I bought a G80 July 4th, from Genesis of West Chester. There was a known issue they said they would fix before I picked it up. Not only did they not fix it, I found several other issues with the vehicle that prevented me from driving it. I had to wait over a week to get an appointment. They have now had the car for over 5 weeks with no resolution. I have called over 10 times, every time getting the promise of a return call, not once was I called back. It sook me driving there to get any information. I am told it has a know defect that they dont know how to fix. I have asked for a buy-back, but they will only offer paying for my first car payment. Between the lack of service techs, and the courtesy of getting a call back or any information, I am without my vehicle for well over a month, yet I a still having to make payments with no end in sight. Corporate Genesis is just as informative as the dealership, so there is no movement on a resolution. I do not recommend this dealership and hope to be able to cut ties with them in the near future.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, able to schedule a test drive quickly, in multiple vehicles if necessary. Also, incredibly quick time from finishing the test drive to driving away in my new car.

Do not shop here! They just tried to sell me a car for 2k over the MSRP which is highly illegal. They try to take advantage if you are from out of state. I wish I can give this dealership 0 stars.

The team gave me an unbelievably awesome and classy experience! All questions answered, super friendly, and really knew what they were talking about. I had an amazing experience at Piazza Hyundai and Genesis. The staff was incredibly accommodating even beyond what I would ever expect. They knew I was on the fence between an SUV and a luxury Sedan so they let me do an extended test drive to make my decision easier. I never felt pressured throughout the process and couldn’t be happier with my car choice.

Couldnt have had a better experience getting into my brand new 2020 Genesis G70. John in sales was factual and direct with me every step of the way. He went out of his way to save me money anyway he could by mentioning not one, but two programs going on currently to save money. If youre looking for a new vehicle, please call looking for John! You will observe no obnoxious salesman antics with him that youd experience elsewhere. Again, he made getting into my new Genesis a breeze.Had originally planned on buying a genesis from Colonial Hyundai/Genesis in Downingtown, but they scoffed and questioned me on being able to afford to get into a car. Jokes on Colonial; I took my business to Genesis of West Chester where I bought a more expensive car for a much cheaper monthly rate than I could have ever gotten at Colonial. If anyone reading this is debating driving the extra distance to Genesis of West Chester, please do. You will waste your time with the rudeness, overplayed and outdated sales tactics, and bait and switches at Colonial Hyundai/Genesis of Downingtown.Thank you to John, Kevin (the financer), and the rest of the team at Genesis of West Chester for providing me a luxury and affordable Genesis!
