There are not many people like Sam in this world.. My Jeep got taken in a flash flood. I almost got pulled into the current and I don’t know if I would have lived if my friend hadn’t pulled me out of the passenger window.Geico sent Sam out for road side assistance. Half way through winching my drowned Jeep out of a wet field, Geico called to say I wasn’t covered, then said I was covered and to proceed. Sam put my Jeep in his flatbed only to have Geico call again and say they weren’t covering the recovery and I would have to pay $1500 out of pocket, AFTER THEY HAD SAM TAKE MY JEEP.Now, at this point Sam could have taken my Jeep to his yard and kept it there, legally. But Sam knew Geico was in the wrong, knew what I had just been through, and did the right thing. Sam has proven himself to be a person of extreme integrity, and a good human with good intentions. I originally asked for a tow through my insurance roadside assistance app and they assigned me a company that was 45 miles away and could not get to me for 5 hours. Long story short I cancelled that and called On Time Towing, best decision I made that night (other than not driving my car but that is a whole other story). They said they could get to me in 30 minutes (much better than 3 hours) and actually arrived 31 minutes after I hung up the phone. The driver was a great guy, very informative, very professional, and very pleasant. He turned an unpleasant evening for me into a positive experience. If I ever need a tow again These guys are on my speed dial. Very reasonable pricing even though they could have gouged me if they wanted to. I HIGHLY recommend On Time Towing in West Chester!!!

My insurance company originally selected a company that cancelled after two hours. I asked them to please look for a company in West Chester and they found On Time Towing and I am so very grateful they picked them! Victor was my service provider and he was on time, friendly, professional, and made a negative situation of needing my car towed into a pleasant situation. He also needed to navigate a busy Wawa parking lot to tow my car, and he did so with ease and without inconveniencing any of the customers in the lot. What a great experience! I would highly recommend this company!

NEVER ON TIME TOWING IS MORE LIKE IT!!Both the dispatcher Sam and the service person lied about when they could be there to fix my tire. First the dispatcher said within the hour that the service person was finishing and up a job and would be there next to fix my tire. The service person called me 30+ min. later and said he would be there in a few minutes and was jumping someone in Exton and if I could lower the spare tire off my truck and have it ready to go for him. I did all of that and he still wasn’t there after 30 minutes. I text him and he said he was in Malvern doing another job and said it would be another 30 minutes. My guess is that these guys intentionally lie hoping that you will put up with the poor service so they can take your money. Good thing most credit card companies have protection against these type of businesses if they don’t provide the service. When I called them back to report the issue they had no explanation or reason which is why I believe it is standard bad business practice for them. Mind you, it wasn’t the owner that I was talking to on a Sunday afternoon, just poor service from employees who don’t care about customers or honesty.

I was stranded on the side of the road on Tuesday evening. I hit a pothole coming off of boot Road and immediately got a flat tire. I pulled to a safe location. It took my insurance company a while to find a company that would be willing to come out for a reasonable rate. Not only did you except the rate, but the driver came very quickly. His name was Sam. Sam was there within 15 minutes. Very important to me because I was on the side of the road in the dark in a very unfamiliar area. He was professional, polite and changed tire quickly. I cannot say enough about the service and thank you very much. I am a nurse at a local hospital. Rest assured in my eyes Sam and your drivers are the ones who are essential workers. Thank you again

On Time Towing came out to jump my car after sitting with a dead battery in freezing temps for a week. They sent someone out and arrived within 15-20 minutes or so - unheard of for many towing companies. The technician I worked with was friendly, knowledgable and timely. Affordable prices and excellent service. Will definitely be calling them again if needed!

I needed to schedule a tow 2 hours away on Valentine’s Day. After calling a few places who did not do long tows on weekends, I came across On Time Towing who said it was no problem. Sam arrived on time and solved every issue that came our way. We could not get the car out of park and he jumped right under the car with a flash light to try to figure out the problem. After getting the car into neutral and rolling it down the driveway, he was able to get it onto the truck to drive the 2 hours back. When we arrived at our destination, the access was not big enough for the truck to drop the car and get it into our garage. Sam went above and beyond to find a solution to this and ended up getting the car right where we needed it. We could not have been luckier that Sam was our driver- he was very professional, kind, and helpful. I will be using this company for any of my towing needs in the future and would recommend them to anyone else looking for a tow company.

It’s amazing how many fake reviews this business posts for itself. Don’t believe it. They are not good people. All about $$$$ on their time. On a side note maybe Burger King would still be open if they didn’t illegally tow away all their customers. It’s too bad corona didn’t put them out of business. Stay away. Trust.

I spent over 4 hours trying to get my roadside assistance to come out and jump my car. They said they couldnt find anybody in the area, and asked me if I could call a friend to come jump my car. Exasperated, I googled tow truck companies in West Chester and found On-Time Towing. They said theyd be here in five minutes and they were here in five minutes. Super polite, friendly, and willing to listen to me complain lol. Cant recommend them enough, if I need help with my car again I will be calling these folks first.

Sam is the gentleman that came to pick up my car (Mitsubishi Evo). Car is pretty low to the ground with a lip kit all the way around so I was very concerned. However he got it up and on his way in no time.

Called GEICO the night before and they were scheduled to arrive at my house between 9:00-9:30am to take my car to a local garage. At 10:00am, I finally called the office to see what the ETA was. The guy in the office asks if I received a call earlier from the driver. Told him I had a missed call at 7:55am from an unknown number with no voice message. Did you return the call? he asks. I dont make it a habit to return all missed calls. There was no voice message.Bottom line is the driver will not show up until he gets confirmation that someone is there with the car. Understandable. However, calling from a personal phone (which when you try to look it up on google, shows nothing), and NOT leaving a message, then as a result not showing up, is really not a good set of procedures. I was at my house the entire time waiting until I had to call the office to find out what was going on.Please instruct your drivers to leave a message if they call and get no answer. For most people it is not common practice to call back all unanswered calls from unknown people.

My insurance company called On Time Towing for me when my car would not start on a workday morning. They arrived sooner than estimated and were friendly and professional. The driver knew the area, and was able to take me right to my mechanic without needing directions. I would recommend this company.

I had a flat tire and called Jeep roadside assistance. The guy got lost and I was trying to figure out where he was. I asked what the buildings looked like, street names, and so on. He told me he was colorblind. Not sure what that has to do with being able to figure out his location. He also said he wasn’t from around the area-I was in Exton! The company is in West Chester! He then told me he would drive around and if he couldn’t find me he was leaving and I would need to call Jeep assistance to get someone else out there! I begged him to please do not leave as he is the second company to come out since the first no showed! He finally made it to me. I asked if he needed me to open my trunk? He said yes. He then came right up to me in an aggressive/lecturing manner and said “can I give some advice” and I said “no sir, I really just want my tire fixed”. His response- “let someone else help you” and he left me with a flat tire! He took off and left! His actions are absolutely disgusting! I never yelled at him, I tried my best to navigate him to my location, I answered every question he had, and I made sure I was outside by the entrance to be able to wave him in to my exact location. He should never be allowed to talk to someone like that and god forbid if I was stuck on highway with my kid and he left me there! A complaint was filed with Jeep Assistant.

Had a break down in Chester Springs. Was told that they would be there at 4:09. Didn’t show up until 6:00. What a nightmare!!!!!!

My son lost power with his steering wheel going north on 202 by Great Valley exit, really sacred for a teenager, he pulled over on left side of the road but damaged the front tire from impact. We needed the car towed and with in 15 minutes On time Towing was there . I was grateful they were so nice and helpful, it made a difference in a stressful day!

On time arrived in about 20 minutes. My front driver wheel hit a soft mud patch. Within 15 minutes the winch had me out! Friendly driver and prompt service! 5 stars baby!

I called three prior places and two of them, I wasnt even sure if the number was correct, they answered hello. I had to ask if I called the right place. Then, one of them sounded like they just woke up and I had a hard time understanding him. In the end, he was WAY expensive. Second towing company couldnt get me till tomorrow. The third place was tonight or tomorrow, she didnt know. There was no way I could wait that long. I was about 27 miles away and had work to do. Thank you On Time Towing. I called my insurance company for a jump start and they sent me Sam from on-time towing, he was excellent! Came on time and gave me a call when he was outside, and on top of all that he was very nice. I would recommend on-time towing if you need a jump start, tire change, winch out, or towing.

Polite driver (I believe his name was Mick) showed up to take my car to the dealership for service after it was rendered undrivable. Decent rate that was less than what I expected...for same day service and an accurate pick up time, I’d call the cost worth it. He was careful loading my car and getting it up on the flatbed. I appreciate the fact he didn’t rush it...hopefully I won’t need another tow, but should I, this company will be on my list.

My sons car broke down and Sam from OnTime Towing was there in literally 11 min. He loaded the vehicle and towed it to the shop for me. From the initial call to saying “thank you and goodbye” was 23 minutes in total.Sam was super nice and courteous. I really can not think of one thing that could have been better. Horrible sad company that takes advantage of poor college students. I was visiting a friend who goes to West Chester. I was there for an hour and half at The Edge Come to find my car has been legally stolen and now I have to pay $145 to get it back. Pathetic. Luckily my girlfriend and I work full time but if I went to school Im sure I would be screwed, I know my friend whos a full time student would be. Maybe this company can be more lenient in certain cases or dont jump the gun so soon after AN HOUR, especially in a prominently college student parking lot - on a Monday. Not like there was a lack of parking spots, the lot is massive. My friend and I went back to see how many signs there are letting students know about the inevitable towing, we only counted 2 SMALL signs when you are entering, one of them actually under a stop sign. Keep in mind I visited at night and NONE of these signs have lights in the same area, so unless you know what youre looking for, chances are youll completely miss the signs like me. Regardless, this towing company is known for literally WAITING for students and guests to visit the complex. BE VIGILANT, if you are a low-income college student struggling to get by, they WILL TAKE YOUR CAR.

My insurance company provides road side assistance, they selected On Time towing. On Time Towing called me approximately 5 minutes after I talked to my insurance provider, they let me know when they would be coming by to tow my car, Victor the driver, gave me updates on his progress and was very professional and friendly when he arrived, loaded my car and towed to the dealership and texted me when he delivered it. All within an hour of me contacting my insurance provider! Excellent Service.

Sam was super kind and helpful. I thought my starter was dead, when it turned out to just be my battery. Sam offered to test the car for me to make sure the problem really was the starter before towing. After figuring out that it was a battery issue, he quickly jumped my car and offered recommendations on battery replacements.

Towed my car. They never notified the police and there was no sign posted about what company towed it. I had to spend over an hour trying to find it including filing a police report for my “stolen car”.Shady business. Also charged me $200 for one night “impounded” even though their sign says $150-175. They made up something on the spot about my car needing extra equipment. Yea. Okay.

I called my roadside assistance for a jump start. They said the provider will be there within an hour. A few minutes later I received an updated eta, 45 minutes. After 50 minutes I called On Time to check on the eta. I was told the driver would be there in a few minutes, he got tied up on another call. After 20 more minutes I called my roadside assistance back for an update. They checked with On Time and I was given an eta of an additional 20-25 minutes. After that eta I left a negative review. I then received 2 called from the tow company, one from the driver telling me his boss just gave him the call and he would be there in 20 minutes. The next call was from his boss, this dispatcher, telling me unless I took down the review they were cancelling the call. I took down the review. The driver showed up and gave me a jump start. The driver then hands me his phone and says his boss wants to talk to me. The boss offered me a $25 Wawa gift card for taking down the review. I don’t want your gift card. I don’t like being lied to and I don’t like being threatened.

Had to use this company through Geico and the driver showed up over an hour late past the ETA to get my car. Pretty ironic considering the name of the company. Other than the ETA being way off, the drive who showed up was nice and pleasant.

Geico dispatched them for roadside assistance when I locked my key in my car. They came out On Time exactly as they said they would. Their driver accidentally dented a chrome trim panel on the door when unlocking it, but they made it right and reimbursed me for a new panel. Thank you Sam, for correcting the mistake. There is no such a thing called on time in their dictionary. On time towing is just a joke! Had no choice to use them, because they are contract with stillman volvo. I have been waiting in the car for almost 3 hours, and still have no idea when will they show up. If there is a option, I will give non star instead of one.

This company is horrible! My husband needed his toolbox moved from one store to another and while driving the box fell off the flatbed and was damaged, the box was not damaged at all until the driver pulled the box and bent the castor. They said they would handle this they said they would call back they never did we had to call them now they are saying they are not covering any of the damage. We tried to talk to the owner but the manager would not allow that so now we have to go to court and file a complaint when this could have easily been handled

EDIT 2: Not only did the New towing company call BEFORE they left to ascertain what was going on, they also called when the car was at the service center to let me know it was dropped off. They also did the entire start to finish in 1 hour (Received call to tow, arrived, towed, dropped off). When I spoke to the manager to thank him for his help, I asked if he wasnt supposed to call customers. He said absolutely untrue. In fact, he said, he never even leaves until he makes contact with the customer and confirms all the info he receives from the insurance company is accurate. This tow company did none of that and lied when he said he wasnt supposed to talk to me.EDIT 1: At 12:54p someone from this company called to tell me that this review was inaccurate. Despite this being my honest experience, he was adamant that the times shown on the website were incorrect and they were on scene before the time stamps on the website indicated. I have no way of knowing if this was true, though I find it difficult to believe the driver would suddenly decide 25 minutes after hes arrived to indicate hes On the way and then wait another 15 minutes to change his status to On Scene. (The gentleman on the phone said it was the driver who had to update the website for those statuses) I told him the new towing company was proactive and at least let me know that he was on his way and was communicating with me. He said they arent allowed to communicate with the customers, only the insurance company after the first communication with us (our first communication was me calling them to tell them I had a ride and where should I leave the key). When I told the gentleman who called me that this was the experience I had and I was honest about what happened, he said well no it isnt. And based on your review history... It was then I hung up because with everything going on right now, I didnt need to be harassed because he didnt like the review I left.---------Original review: On Time Towing ought to change their name to Show up when we want to and will waste your time in every way we can.This morning, at 9:18a I could not start my car. I immediately called my insurance company, as a tow is covered by our auto insurance. She took all my information and chose On Time Towing as their tow service. I was sent a text with information immediately. It stated:ON TIME TOWN-5 RINGS** will tow your [vehicle] located at [address] to [service center]. Expect arrival within 60 min; if necessary they can be reached at [number]. Visit [website] to confirm your vehicles location and get additional service provider details.The website led me to a map where it showed where my car was stuck, the place where I was to be towed, and the status of the tow truck in stages. Thankfully, I was fortunate enough to have someone able to pick me and my toddler up because not only did they not show up in the 60 minute time frame, they didnt even LEAVE to come tow my car until 11:11a, which was 21 minutes AFTER the 60 minute time frame. Then, after arriving about 11:26a, the status stayed on On Scene for the next 45 minutes and never moved to Tow in Progress. I called my insurance company again to inform them of this and when they reached out to the company, they were informed that because my car was stuck in park (something I did not know) they didnt have the right equipment and couldnt tow my car. Ok, thats fine- no one knew this was the case until they arrived, but isnt that something that takes maybe 10 minutes to ascertain? If you cant get it out of park and you know you dont have the right equipment, call the insurance company or the owner thats waiting and tell them. This tow company said they were about to call. Yeah, right. 3 hours later, my car is STILL stuck and nowhere near getting to the service station. Wasted everyones time.

I recently almost hit a deer and damaged both front wheels. I received a text after calling State Farm that stated On-Time would be there in roughly an hour. 10 minutes later Sam showed up and could not have been more helpful. He even helped me inspect the under carriage of my vehicle for damage. Very professional, friendly and courteous.

The guy got here super fast and got my. At unlocked in less then a minute and was super helpful and polite.

THIS IS THE WORST TOWING COMPANY AROUND! Only use them if you want your car to be damaged while being put on the tow truck. They completely destroyed the bumper of my daughters car. Then when I called to get their insurance information they didnt deny damaging her car but claimed they werent responsible because she signed a release when she signed the towing slip. Well that release says they are not responsible in case of fire, theft, or damages beyond their control. Putting the car on the tow truck is definitely within their control! I would avoid this company at all costs and I would give them zero stars if possible!

On time towing towed my car on saturday. first they told me i.t would take 1 hr 15 min. i ended up leaving the keys in my car and going elsewhere during that time. They called me 3 hours later to tell me they were just now going to pick up my car (10 pm) and the tow driver said he would text me where the car was taken. He ended up texting me saying that “my voice sounded gorgeous on the phone” and asked if i was single. As a 20 year old girl who could’ve been in that parking lot at night alone when this creep came to pick me up, i.t concerned me. I found this service to be highly unprofessional

On Time Towing lied to my insurance company about damaging my vehicle on route to the collision center. They took pictures of my car at the drop off location and claimed they were the pickup pictures. The lines in the parking lot where my vehicle was picked up are white, not yellow. Im out $500 thanks to these guys.

Drivers should not take their lunch breaks with car on flatbed- we almost were forced to stay in West Chester an extra day or drive hundred of extra miles unnecessarily because the car wasnt brought to the mechanic directly. This is in addition to the operator being unfamiliar with the shift lock release to put the car into neutral manually without any battery power.

So long story short called at 7.30 am truck didnt get to the dealership till 1pm . and in case you dont know if you call roadside assistance you can request to not have this worthless towing company pick you up .

Worst company ever! Customer beware!! We needed our receipt of service to get a refund from our garage and they refused to give it to us. They said they dont speak English at first and then refused to send the invoice yet again... I had to file a dispute with our credit card company to force them to produce a receipt.

These guys are the worst tow company in the world! Do not call them ever ! They took 5 and a half hours and said they were coming over and over again until I had to call my warranty service again and have them call a new tow company. I will be reporting them to everyone I can. Do not use them ever !!!!
