Very pleased with the customer service experience at Stillman Volvo. We like that they don’t play games going back and forth to the “manager” and they thoroughly appraised our current vehicle without holding back on telling us the trade in value before deciding which car we wanted. I had a very pleasant first experience purchasing a vehicle from here. Kyle was absolutely wonderful to work with and he was very helpful with any questions I had.We live three hours away, so we wanted to make sure the trip would be worth it. Kyle told us exactly the condition the car was in and took pictures for us to inspect the car fully. He took it on a test drive to make sure everything was running properly. We were sent an invoice with the total cost and paid a deposit so they could hold the car for us.On the day of our visit, we paid for the front bumper to get touched up, as it had minor scratches, and they were nice enough to do both bumpers at no additional cost. Once we got there we were immediately assisted by Kyle. We took the car on a test drive and confirmed that the car was in perfect shape. The paperwork was a breeze and we were done with the entire transaction, from stepping foot inside the building to leaving with the car, in less than 2 hours.We are Volvo enthusiasts and it was clear to us that Kyle was extremely knowledgeable about the cars, since he has been working selling vehicles for 10+ years. Just leased a new 2021 XC60 and I’m in love!!! It’s beautiful and just as great as my last lease (2019). The sales consultant, Kyle, was professional, patient and knowledgeable. He helped me get the exact new colors and equipment that I wanted. The process was quick, pleasant and easy. Austin Zeitter the product specialist helped me set up my new XC60. He explained the new features that were not on my last XC60. He was extremely patient and extremely knowledgeable. I required a great deal of explanation because I am not technically savvy. Our family just purchased our 3rd Volvo this year from Stillman, each time working with Scott Evans ( 8th Volvo from Stillman in the last 2 decades). Scott was able to find us a 2020 XC90 that suited our needs the day we can in and we were able to start a contract that afternoon. It was one of the quickest and easiest vehicle purchases ever. Scott is always patient and being a car guy, knows what his customer needs. Hes not pushy like most sales persons and is very laid back. He understands his customers, makes recommendations thats practical and reasonable, and lets the customer makes the final decision according to their own timeline. When I climbed into my new Volvo for the tech tutorial, the XM radio was set to the station Id been playing in my trade-in. If thats not attention to detail and superior customer service, I dont know what is. I dont know that when we arrived at Stillman Volvo on a sunny Monday evening we expected to make a deal but it absolutly happened. I give huge credit to Kyle - for reading us and understanding how to talk to us and what we needed/wanted in a car and a dealership experience. That, and discovering a shared history didnt hurt! We returned to pick up our new ride and trade-in our Wrangler and the entire process was so incredibly smooth, respectful, open and clear. Even finance- such a pleasant surprise! It felt great to be spoken to and treated with such humanity and respect. And I would be doing a disservice if I didnt mention Austin, who took the time to pain-stakingly walk me through all the glorious new tech in my new ride while tolerating my middle-aged lady references and pretty terrible jokes. BEWARE - Volvo’s are expensive to repair and have known electrical issues and some expensive parts wear quickly. If you unluckily get one of these vehicles - you’ll be dealing with these issues for the entire time you drive the car.Bought a new Volvo from them in mid 2000’s...Had a known software/electrical issue with heating cooling system that had me in and out of the shop many times...Each time service said they upgraded the software, then it would break again, then when the car was no longer under warranty...They said it would costs “ thousands to fix the heater/ac because there was a “black box” they needed to get in”. Clearly they were patching or jimmy rigging a fix - never fixing the issue entirely.Then there was substantial water in rear floor of car due to leak in sun roof, kept needing right engine mounts during inspections, then new a/c, then brake calipers, then oil pan recall they never told me about - I told them, then struts, then a $500.00 remote key replacement, then finally - new transmission.Heater/cooling was never fixed while under warranty or after warranty - greatly affected wind shield defrost which is essential for driving and all else happened one after the other as soon as the warranty expired.Dealer kept pushing us to purchase a warranty for $1,500 every year. S40 just slowly fell apart. Dealer wouldn’t acknowledge it was a lemon.Shame...We heard much praise for Volvo - you pay more upfront to have a safer, more reliable, reasonably maintainable vehicle. Drove beautiful - when it wasn’t having issues..Which is why I’ll give it 2 stars, instead of 1....but cost me much, much time in travel to the shop and caused much inconvenience, frustration and cost me much money.Ultimately a big bummer.

The BEST customer service I have received in a long time!!!Their service was prompt, thorough, and excellent.We are from NY and were visiting PA. Unexpectedly, our engine was making a high pitched squeal. We called the dealership and without question, they came to our location, picked up our vehicle, provided us with a loaner car, and repaired our vehicle the same day.Our XC90 has been the most reliable and comfortable family car. We have loved it and more importantly loved the service we have received from Stillman Volvo in the purchase of our vehicle and continued wonderful level of service.

We had a great experience at Stillman Volvo over the last few weeks. We were in the market for a new SUV, and heard great things about Volvo. We met with Casey Truitt, and he showed us the XC90 and answered every question we had completely. He was exceptionally helpful and not pushy whatsoever. Then, when we determined the XC90 was what we wanted, he went and found the exact model that we wanted and arranged for it to be brought to Stillman. He also helped us get the financing out of the way early so we could pick up the car as soon as it was ready. Excellent service department. Volvo keys are super expensive but they were nice enough to try programming an aftermarket (ie cheaper) key fob for me and transparent about pricing...even if it didn’t work, I’d have to pay for the software download. Thankfully, it worked! They had the key ready in about 30-40 minutes ($140 overall, very reasonable). Also everyone was wearing masks and keeping social distance, would highly recommend and will definitely be back.

A recall brought us back to Stillman for service on our XC60. Which we love. We made the appt.online could not be any easier. Added a oil change and a tire pressure check. Arrived at 10am greeted by the most polite and professional service personel anywhere. Waiting for service i had my choice of snacks and drinks. Within 45 minutes our car was finished. They know the business. May be our first Volvo but will not be our last. Thank u.

Went to this dealer over the weekend with my wife. Walked the lot for 20 minutes, very interested in the XC60. Literally pulled up right in front of their front doors, not a single salesmen walked outside to greet us or help us. As we were walking back to our car to leave, I peeked in the window to see at least 2 salesmen sitting at their desk with no customers, one of them texting on his phone at his desk. Got back in our car and said, that was embarrassing..... Went across the street to Infiniti and bought a QX50 the same day, was greeted immediately there.... Cant rate the car or shop service, only the location and the customer service on the retail side.

The sales process is easy and organized, pricing is fair, and the entire staff goes out of their way to give you a memorable experience. Our service experience for the past few years has been top notch and accommodating. Lots of great amenities and I can work while my Volvo is being tended to. Some service reps got very bad attitude. Cold and tough words over the phone, a focus on how to make their day easier instead of a customer. Especially compared to BMW or Mercedes next door, who will never ask why when a customer requests for a loaner, or promise to fix something in a flash but when you stop by they refuse to serve and told you that you have to make an appointment.

My husband and I started our car search in February and we wanted to test drive everything that I was interested in before making a decision. We still had a couple months on our lease of a different brand of car and were up front about that and that we would be test driving other brands as well and making a decision in May. Casey was our salesperson and was never once pushy, he was knowledgeable, kind, and patient. He told us that he would not bug us and not be calling us unless we wanted him to and respected our wishes for him not to. Fast forward Covid hit, and we couldnt test drive cars. After the dealerships opened back and we test drove other brands, the XC60 kept sticking in our minds from February. Coupled with the customer service of Casey, we decided to go back to see if we still liked the car. Casey was off but 3 people helped us that day to see the only car left that we liked. They were all patient and nice and helpful and helped us book an appointment with Casey for when he was back after the holiday. We ended up with exactly what we wanted, Casey, Austin, and Angelo were a dynamite team to get us the best deal and set us up for success leaving the dealership. My S60 was coming off lease soon, in December Kyle Butler followed-up with me and explained Volvos 9 month pull-ahead program. The timing was perfect because they were able to get me into a new 2018 S90 during their end-of-year Red Bow program and we got a great deal. Kyle listened to my concerns about going from the S60 model to the larger S90 and all of the details I was looking for. Kyle worked with Brad Stillman, who weve had a great relationship with for many years, and they found me the perfect vehicle. Kyle kept in constant contact throughout the entire process and helped me feel confident about my decision.The day we picked up the new S90 Brad was waiting for us in the lobby, thanked us for our continued business then took us to Kyle. Kyle motioned over to the showroom floor and there was our new S90 fully detailed with a big red bow sitting on top. Kyle let us take photos with the car in the showroom then painlessly took us through the paperwork process.Afterwards Kyle handed us over to Holly Hopkins who patiently explained all of the S90’s new features until we were comfortable with them.Several days later both Kyle and Holly have followed-up with us to make sure were happy with the new S90 and asked if we have any other questions. The entire process left us feeling like valued customers – not to mention I love the S90 – its quality is what you’d expect of any Volvo.

Previously I had been a customer of a different Volvo dealership. I happened to stop in to Stillman to look for a new vehicle as I am turning my older Volvo over to my son. I am so fortunate to have had Scott as my salesperson. He was very personable, very knowledgeable and so much fun! He made my car buying experience a real pleasure. David Parry made buying our first Volvo surprisingly easy. He was extremely friendly and we never felt pressured. We interacted with several other Stillman employees as well and they were equally as lovely. They even had patience for our one year old son who was shopping with us. Had a great test drive experience with Nicole first and decided on an XC90. Contacted a few dealers to get the best price and Nicole matched it quickly. Put down the order at the end of Jan and a couple of months later our new car was here. Nicole and Angelo made the pick up experience very smooth and pleasant. She went through the features with my wife thoroughly once more. She even threw in a personal gift for us - a kick guard for our young son, which was greatly appreciated. Definitely recommend to anyone whos interested in checking Volvo out.

I purchased a Volvo Certified used vehicle from Stillman with approximately 30,000 miles on it. Allegedly thoroughly inspected and therefore, Volvo Certified. Within four weeks I had my first bill for four new tires as they were all dry rotted and the air pressure light was on from the second day I owned the car. Over four years I had the car in to Stillman 15 times for service and repairs which amounted to over $10,000.00 and much inconvenience. The timing belt skipped two weeks ago and caused catastrophic engine failure. No one at Stillman can explain why, and my point is, it is certainly not a maintenance issue on my part. They actually accused me of bottoming out and when I advised them I did not, they acknowledged there is no undercarriage damage or evidence of such. Stillman wanted $6,000 to repair the car. I have been told by Volvo that we offer a warrantee not a guarantee, so much for Volvo Certified.. My car is now at another Volvo dealer getting the exact same repairs for $3,000.00. The EXACT same repair for half the price. Beware of Stillman.

Class Act!We visited Stillman Volvo after being told by another Volvo dealer that they couldnt help us lower the sticker price. We arrived right before closing. We were met by Robert Corse, and instead of telling us they were closing in 15 minutes, he told us to take all the time we needed to look at, discuss, and test drive the car. Once inside, Frank had no problem helping us to reach our goal, and Denise was a lovely, happy presence helping Robert with our paperwork. As my husband and I were trying to figure out a way to get back to Stillman the next day to retrieve our new but used car, Robert made arrangements for us to drive it home THAT night. Youre probably wondering about the last minute detailing. Robert gave us an IOU to come back at a later date that would suit us. These three exemplary employees stayed well beyond closing time to ensure I was happy. Talk about teamwork and customer satisfaction! They definitely made a new lifelong customer in us that evening, and although the dealership is not that close to our house, we will be making the drive to service our car! This was my first service appointment since I bought my Volvo convertible in June and the staff was exceptional! My car was taken on time and done in 40 minutes-washed and service completed. I submitted a $10 coupon for my oil change and Paul was happy to deduct it, even after the invoice was processed.Just as impressive were the other members of the service team, who explained to a customer that his service may take a bit longer than he had anticipated, and immediately offered a ride home. Within 15 seconds, another member of the service team asked the customer if he was ready to go.I am in the financial services industry and in my business, an exceptional client experience in each interaction is expected and, hopefully, delivered.I genuinely believe this experience may have been the best exhibit of teamwork and responsiveness I have have observed as a consumer ! Give all those gentlemen a raise!!
