Went back in after purchasing a Cali flow from this “business” the vapes battery died after 3 hours of use. I went to return and explain what had happened and was told nothing could be done. If you sell a bum product, as a respectable shop that wants a continued client base, I would expect at least alittle compensation. Maybe $5 off or something along those lines. But to be told “it is what it is”... not something I’m prepared to hear as a client who essentially was sold a broken product. Good luck with your establishment. Next time be more understanding and not try to deny responsibility.

Literal crooks. Try to overcharge you without you noticing and when I pointed it out they laughed and said “oops my bad :)”... Also, when I purchased a Cali Flow vape from them, it was broken when I got home and tried to use it. Went back to exchange it for one that actually works, and they wouldn’t exchange it, give me my money back, or offer a discount to replace it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

Worst customer service ever. Never follow policy and always calling police on homeless. Worst employees that lie to police and defimate character.

Staff is dishonest and advantageous.... attempted to charge a girl 10 dollars for matches the other day because she was drunk! Have had to correct their cashier on multple occasions. Always ask for a copy of recieipt! the only positive review about staff was posted by a staff member/owner....

Next time give the customers right change, if you keep 40 cents or 20 cents from each client, that’s easy a hundred dollars a day that you don’t deserve, basically stolen money from the good people of west chester pockets, never going back there ..... you ruined the best 711 ever

Definitely uncharged me on ice cream. Was sexually harassed in the store.

Has pretty much anything you want.

Multiple times they have tried to over over charge me by ringing up items extra times or ringing up more expensive items in place of cheaper ones I bring to the counter, then laugh it off when you call them out on it. Watch out of for this whenever you go, especially late at night during the drunk hours.

Never coming here again. One lady accused me of stealing because Im black.
