The head pharmacists, Anthony and Jenny, are great people and have always gone above and beyond for me when I needed RXs! The staff is hard working and very nice as well! I believe the pharmacy is under-staffed and as busy as they can be. I see all the 1 ratings and its easy to criticize but these are good people and Im glad they handle my RXs!!

CVS should buy a separate building to run their medical clinic out of because they are exposing regular customers who want to walk into the store to buy bandaids or cotton balls to people who are there lined up around the clock to get vaccines. There are literally always at least 20 people in the pharmacy section of this store it’s an unsafe indoor environment.

Only gave them one star because it wouldn’t let me leave a review without it. Absolutely the worst service bordering on unethical practices. Held a prescription for 6 days that they didn’t have in stock & weren’t getting in. They were of absolutely no help transferring it and didn’t release the prescription so it could be filled at another pharmacy.

Tried to tell me my insurance doesnt cover my sons medicine because its available OTC when I know for a fact (being a medical biller by profession) as long as you have an Rx, they WILL cover it. She didnt even attempt to check and when I pulled up my carriers formulary list, it was on there, but requires prior auth...the only logical explanation is if they dont feel like calling in for an auth., they will tell you they just dont cover it. Also the doctor gave me confirmation they electronically submitted the order last night and they magically didnt have it, and I had a reference#. If they had their stuff in order, theyd have had the time to auth it.I think the pharmacy mgrs wig was on too tight because she had a disgusting attitude that I refuse to tolerate. I went to Walgreens and it was filled with zero issue. Do better.

I am a teacher and went to the clinic for a rapid COVID test. I arrived and parked 10 minutes early for my appointment and waited for the call that was supposed to come. 25 minutes after my appointment I received a call. At the time I was checking my email to make sure I wasn’t missing any check in instructions and my phone didn’t ring. I got the alert for the missed call from a RI number and immediately called back. Two unanswered calls. On the third try they picked up and would not take me. This was all of three minutes. The staff person on the phone was so rude. Please don’t depend on this CVS for important testing.

My husband and son had a horrible experience here. They were unaware that they were not supposed to go inside for the Covid test appt. I made the appointment and it was my error that I did not tell them. However, they said the staff was very annoyed and carried the feelings throughout the visit. My son is 12 and they were short with him and did not explain how to give himself the test. They both said they would not go back to this location. Maybe the staff was having a bad day and this was an isolated incident.

Had the worst experience on the phone with a store associate just now. Was calling about covid vaccine information. She kept interrupting me when I had a question to understand their procedure to get put on a wait list. Was very friendly. Seems to be more annoyed that I was taking up her time.

Terrible service. Dont care in least about you. Other than the pharmacists, terrible care. Ive been there many many times and always the same. I need to switch pharmacies but havent gotten around to it.

I saw someone post a review that had the same experience as I did, only three weeks prior. It seems they are not letting appointments know when they did not receive supplies for Covid tests. I would advise to call ahead. Also it could be a long wait so if possible, leave yourself time. I believe this CVS could work to get a more efficient process.

Terrible service. Made an appointment 24 hours in advance. Ordered an uber, and minutes before my appointment was argued with over the phone by a representative. Employees at minute clinic insulted my intelligence due to my age, and refused service. Wasted time and money. All in all not helpful, and upsetting visit. During a time of pandemic, compassion and teamwork is a necessity, especially from our pharmacies.

Horrible! Always an excuse why the prescriptions are not ready when they have had days to fill it. A couple employees are extremely rude. Don’t expect to be in and out.

This literally happened a few minutes ago, and I probably should sleep on it before deciding to post a review, but I’m so just frustrated right now that I have to get it out. I scheduled a covid test for 9:50AM this morning, and received a confirmation text at 8:43AM about said appointment. at 9:49AM, I pull up in the left lane as instructed by the signage. 30 minutes later, Im still sitting in my car waiting (note: I took time off from work for this test). Finally, someone gets on the intercom thing saying they ran out of tests. Are you kidding me? I sat here for half an hour for nothing? They said I should have gotten a text saying it was canceled, but that their systems are currently down. So here’s what I say to that: get a piece of pen and paper, write the words NO TESTING TODAY, and tack it to window. Problem solved.

Im fed up with CVS. I have been with this company more than 40 years. Im switching my pharmacy, I cannot put up with their inconsistency. Records are not read. There was a 20 minute wait and the store was empty.

I went to the cash register to check out and the price wasn’t ringing up correctly, and I said “I’m pretty sure those are $2/$4” and she replies that she doesn’t know what the price is and I should go back and look. She was just so rude throughout the entire transaction. Sorry it’s your job???

The Regular Pharmacy Staff is great! When a certain guy is filling in for the head pharmacist he a complete A hole very rude he picks and chooses who wants to fill prescriptions for. I will getting my mothers prescriptions transferred to another store because of him.

This CVS store signed me up for services without my consent or knowledge. When I called CVS to cancel the transactions, they refused to refund my transactions, saying I must call my credit card to dispute charges. Expect I have NO IDEA what credit card they are charging. The last 4 and the expiration date do not match any cards I currently own. Now I have a credit nightmare on my hands and CVS refuses to do anything to reverse their transactions. I will not shop at this store again.

This is my local CVS, so it’s really the only option for me (because I’m loyal). but, there’s definitely an obvious staffing issue at this location. I’ve been here a number of times and every single time I’m at the register, there are no employees in site. I’ve commonly waited 5-10 minutes before searching the store for someone to help me. the same goes for the pharmacy drive through. something that’s supposed to make my life a little more efficient is always a ghost town. the employees and staff are very kind and make my experience worth 2 stars. But, the lack of staffing in general makes for a cumbersome experience every time I come here, without fail. Hopefully they can figure this out soon because Walgreens is closer and unfortunately they’d probably be a little better.

The pharmacy is Ok and I go here for convenience and for the sales/coupons/pricing for general merchandise, but there are several negatives:1. Staff often seems frazzled and unhappy2. Several times they have NOT had my prescription in-stock and it had to be ordered-in so I had to make a return trip the next day (and it was not a crazy or rarely prescribed medicine)3. They lost my Prescription card - I was told to leave it with them when they filled an eye prescription, I appreciated the research they were going to do on my behalf with my insurance company. But I hesitated leaving the card, I suggested they copy it and give my card back to me. They said there was no worry because they would just put my card in the paper bag with the prescription when it was filled, they do this all the time. I picked up my prescription a few days later and immediately noticed my card was NOT in the bag. They looked around and asked but no one knew where it was. They said they would look into it and let me know what they find out....NO SURPRISE....no call. So I called them back and spoke with the head pharmacist but they did not know where my card was. Just strange....my husbands name is on the card as he is the insured, he is in their system so even if it was misplaced, they could easily look up his name and get the card back to us. So I have not had my card since last August and thankfully I can use my husbands card if necessary. At CVS I dont need the physical card because they have me in their system, but if I were to be out of town and using a different pharmacy, Id need to have my husbands card.

Im not sure what has changed in recent weeks, but the customer service of the pharmacy has hit rock bottom. From waiting at the drive-thru for 10 minutes to be acknowledged, to losing my prescription for another 10 minutes (CVS had called to advise it was ready), to taking another 5 minutes to process the coupon I asked for - then asking me to pull around to be FOUR cars deep because there is someone behind me - incredibly disrespectful of a customers time. With no apologies, nor acknowledgement of the supremely poor service. Someone needs to step in and get these people trained.

I came here to get the vaccination. I see burn down employee who doesn’t even know what’s her duties in the pharmacy, don’t even care to ask why the customer is standing at the counter and the actual pharmacist really is rude (I believe she is India or Pak descendent). I prefer Walmart or other pharmacies are better because at least employees are professionally trained to treat the customers.

This CVS is on a downward spiral. As a CVS coupon addict, I’ve visited this location many, many times. Over the past several months I’ve noticed a decline in hospitality, and just an overall sense of mismanagement. Disappointing, for sure.

Incredibly disorganized. Prescriptions faxed by my physician have been lost on multiple occasions. When I call the Pharmacy they claim they never received the prescription but my provider is always able to provide fax confirmation. They will sometimes have 1 of 2 prescriptions that were faxed at the same time but have lost the prescription for the second. Often times when you call the pharmacy you wait on hold for at least 5 - 10 minutes. There is nothing convenient about the drive through. It is often faster to park, enter the store, and pick up at the pharmacy. I had to file a complaint with CVS corporate regarding my safety and the safety of employees due to someone that work in the store/pharmacy. I have to use CVS because of my insurance and wish there were an alternative closer to my home.

If you get a prescription filled here DONT GIVE THEM YOUR PHONE NUMBER! I had a prescription filled here a couple of months ago and get constant robo calls telling me I need to refill, have my doctor call them for a refill, and even to tell me someone whom I dont even know needs a refill. Ive called and asked them to take me off their records and they continue to call. Im about ready to contact the attorney general - its getting that annoying.
