Pharmacist called to tell me to come early for my flu shot. I arrived 15 min early and while checking in was told to, wait Im busy... Then why tell me to come early? I understand folks are busy, but some friendliness can go a long way. Pharmacist was dismissive and curt. We are all busy.

I scheduled a Covid test on this location and got confirmation via email, but when I turned up, testing has presumably been cancelled? Not sure why CVS has this location listed for appointments if no testing has taken up.

Best CVS around!! They always answer the phone quickly, Staff really puts in the extra mile for customers!

I cant get my medicine with these changes in hours - have to wait until Saturday.

Service was terrible. The was obody at the counter and self check out had issues. After waiting for a while I had to wander around the store and finally found a worker all the way in a back corner.

Really cooperative in filling prescriptions on short notice.

Amber T. at the drive thru is great! she gave my my covid test and thoroughly explained what to do. she was patient, kind and helpful! i’ve been coming to this pharmacy for years, and some of the pharm techs aren’t so friendly. i have a chronic illness and one older blonde woman in particular treats me like a criminal when i pick up a freakin antidepressant. other than that, amber was awesome and my test was negative!

I had a wonderful experience at the West Chester CVS, on Rt. 202 and Rt.926. The manager was helpful, asked what I was looking for, -I was looking batteries I needed, which were a rare size. How nice to have knowledgeable customer service, in this time where it seems to be absent in most stores. His kindness and help was appreciated!

Wont answer the telephone on a Sat. & Closes at 5pm + bad customer service. Consistently gets simple prescriptions messed up. I never ever write bad reviews.

Bless this CVS and the goth who works here. I came in to use the bathroom and purchase bubblegum and they were polite and incredibly helpful (albeit all out of bubblegum).
