I picked up a Milwaukee chainsaw for some storm cleanup. It just wasn’t powerful enough so I just went to ACE. I think the slogan is “ACE is the place with the helpful hardware folks”… right? Couldn’t be a truer slogan. One of the employees helped me pick out a Stihl chainsaw, showed me everything about it and gave me some really helpful tips. Couldn’t be happier and the saw I bought blasted through a down tree in record time. Chainsaws are different than other power tools I have and they can be intimidating. Going into this project with such a wealth of knowledge made it super easy and stress free. Thanks ACE!

I like that no one asked me if I needed help. I was able to wander the isles without being bothered but they was still employees around that I could ask for input if I needed them. There is plenty of parking. Overall I like the small, local business feel as opposed to home depot or Lowes

Matt is one of the best people at this true neighborhood ACE hardware. He helped me so much with a project of mine you might even call him a lifesaver. The store has everything you need and the people are second to none. Exceptional

Needed a key copied since every key done at those self serve kiosks ended up garbage and not working half the time. Ace had my key copied in under 5 minutes and works perfect!

Above average for a chain store.Staff know something about everything but I didnt meet an expert on anything. Paint perhaps?

Be careful...overcharged for flowers and then tried to not fix their error. Poor customer service. And also quite expensive.

Found what I wanted but had to wait 10 minutes for one of the sales people and to check out. Not enough staff for volume of customers. Only 2 registers, only one staffed. Staff was however knowledgeable . Tools over priced compared to major chains.

Ace hardware stores are my favorite of all the stores around, i really like the quality products they carry its not always the cheapest but almost always worth the money to shop at ace. I stop in often for smoker pellets and theres always some new gadget or tool that catches my eye. im a stihl guy so if im not gonna be around pocopson this is my go to store.

I always feel like I’m annoying or bothering the employees every time I shop here. I’ve been going here for years now, but mainly out of convenience as it is the closest hardware store to my home. Next time I think that I will make the longer drive to the Ace in Pocopson or Home Depot.

Worst curb side pick up experience. Basically called me stupid, asking if I called the correct store and was at the correct store to pick up my order. I followed all the directions as provided in the Order is Ready email. After 20 minutes, left without getting my items. Wont be back.

As a new mom traveling alone with her little one, it is hard to accomplish even the smallest tasks like buying charcoal. The staff at this Ace was amazing. They helped me find the aisle, load the charcoal, and put it in my car. I was in and out of the store in less time than it would have taken me alone. Thank you so much!!!

Great hardware store! Very knowledgeable staff, eager to help. A bit more expensive than the big stores but definitely worth it. It feels like youre actually appreciated here. They have everything, and Know exactly where everything is. What a contrast to those other places!

Nice place, had exactly what I was looking for. Not to mention they also carry Hank Sauce at the best price I’ve found yet!!! I love this sauce and when I found it here I went crazy. Lol never expected to find it at a hardware store, let alone at the best price is town!

They probably have what your looking for. Lots of inventory inside and out. The employees are knowledgeable but not always personable. Dont get me wrong they are polite but sometimes you feel as your bothering them.

Great experience with making copies of keys and renting a U-Haul truck.The young man helping me (I asked for his name, but forgot it since) was great. I think I tipped him, too. He was all service and made sure that I left happy.Everything together took a bit longer than I thought it would, but I didnt mind because of the treatment I received.Ill definitely be back to this location.

We shop here all the time and its always a great experience! Everyone is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I took my little dog in one day, set him on the floor to look at something real quick and he meandered off! A young employ helped me find him and what I was looking for, cant beat that customer service! As a matter of fact, Im waiting for them to open now so I can run up there!

Quick and helpful

Guy in there didn’t have a mask on and when we asked if he forgot his mask he said he didn’t. Then the cashier and multiple workers said nothing to him and allowed him to still shop there. Won’t be going back

I called to see if they had a pool for my dogs in early September and the man who answered the phone was very nice and told me about both sizes they had with hard plastic and the prices without leaving me on hold to look up the information! He already knew! When I got there, he recognized that it was me looking for the pool and put it in my car for me. I got in and out real quick. Wonderful service all around!

Ive never had a bad experience here and Ive had many experiences here. Not as inexpensive as a Home Depot or Lowes but the convenience of having a hardware store right down the street from your hometown is worth the little bit extra.

Amazing customer service!!! While I was in the store I got asked 4 times by different people if I needed some help and all of them knew exactly where things were located. Forget the big box hardware stores where you cannot find 1 person to help you; i will definitely come back here again!!!

I go here often to buy materials for work these employees are very helpful, very rarely will you find someone that has no idea what theyre talking about... simply put if they arent sure what your looking for someone else who works there will help you find it... you wont get this kind of service or friendliness at Home Depot.

Friendly, family-owned hardware store with a great selection. Theyll let you browse the aisle in peace, but if you DO have a question, theyll know the answer and are very helpful about it. Basically, the perfect neighborhood hardware store.

When i go into a family run business I expect the staff to be friendly and pleasant..this is not the case here...most of the staff act miserable and no one ever asks me if i need help. Plus they must have a 300% markup on everything...almost $10 for (2) 9 volt batteries!! Gouging the customers!!! Unfortunately there are no other local hardware stores close by...by the way the dog IS the only saving grace.

The store is an absolute mess. I dont know if it was their truck day or something else, but there were loose products and boxes all over the floor and in the aisles. In addition, they are missing price labels on 40-50% of their products, so its hard to make a selection based on affordability without taking the product up front.Customer service was average. The only reason Id visit again is because of the convenience of having it nearby.
