They always do a great job, they just fixed a sliding door screen for me. The young man that helped me was great!

The key maker was able to copy a very unique key. The key maker has like 30 years experience making keys and he had a very difficult time finding the correct blank. It took him a minute to make two perfect copies once he did.

They may have the best hardware section in 50 miles. Once you get past the wandering employees who find it their duty to ask you what you are looking for a dozen times its really a great little gem of a store.

Love this place! So thankful to have a hometown hardware store again. Friendly, knowledgeable owners. Dont be fooled by the exterior. There is a lot inside! I always check here before going to Home Depot. They also partner with a local saw mill and can provide premium hardwood cuts for special projects.

A true helpful, old fashioned type hardware store. If you need a screw to a 60 year old table, or a new flat top griddle, you will find it here. Plenty of helpful employees. This is not a big box style store, but they have a little bit of everything.

The staff is so rude and very disrespectful ..Avoid this place ..I am legally disabled and have barely able to use hands and I asked the stay up if they could fold up the blue trash bags because I have to carry them in a canvas bag which is big enough to hold 40 of them if theyre folded nicely..The staff there is just too lazy to do it they told me to open the back of my car and they would throw the bags in the trunk I told him I walk I dont have a carI would never go to that place again

Excellent staff they’re very welcoming from front end cashier to other all staff they always help me locate what I need and they even help load it in my vehicle—it’s a pleasure doing business with a local shop and their screen repair person is excellent, I know because I’ve used them multiple times well worth the cost and wait! They have a monstrous selection of hardware and supplies including hard to find stainless & chrome bolts, washers and nuts etc... that rivals a Harley Davidson dealership or custom auto shop. It reminds me of the quintessential old town hardware store that used to be in every small town where you could find about everything.

Incredibly unprofessional and inappropriate. I went there awhile back to get a key made and the duplicate they made did not work for my door. After calling back to inform them of this, they accused me of finding the old key and just wanting my money back.

Fantastic selection of nuts and bolts! Painted my Jeeps after-market rear bumper over the weekend and took it off the Jeep to do the job correctly. Snapped many bolts in half removing the bumper and mounting brackets. They had every size I needed both standard and metric, including washers and lock nuts. My go-to place for sure!

Better than Home Depot and Lowes. The staff here do not have a problem assisting.

I can’t recommend a better place to go. I went there with my 1 and 3 year olds. We were greeted upon entering the store and asked if they could help us with anything. The sales associate helped me find a random piece of hardware (6mm coupling nut). As we were leaving an epic rainstorm had started so we decided to wait for a break in the rain. The sales associate saw the kids were getting Ornery after a while (lunchtime!) and asked if she could help me get them to the car. She opened a brand new for sale umbrella and proceeded to walk me and my kids to our car. I have never received service like this in my life. Thank you!
