The care team at ddm was great I called to schedule service because my heater didnt workThey installed it in 2019, they told me to turn the temperature 10 degrees higher than whats in the house so I did that but still didnt work they scheduled me for tomorrow. Have been a customer with Major Oil for 30 plus years. I have had to use their emergency service and they always responded quickly, which in the middle of the winter i need my heat. Barbra C at their office always helps me with renewing my contract and always finds me the best deals.

Set up my contract/budget renewal today. Service was clear and quick. documents were emailed directly during the call and able to sign and complete on the spot. Rita was super helpful through the process and even helped reset my payment schedule for the new budget.

Signed up in Feb for the lock-in rate program and appreciating the reliability of DDMs program. Also their customer service is a great asset. Whenever I call, somebody answers the phone and answers my questions with good information. Today, Monica was able to tell me approximately how many gallons were in my tank. That is awesome. The last thing I want to do is go down to my basement and try to gauge how much oil I have in the tank. You dont want to run out of oil and with this program I dont have to worry about that.

DDM did an excellent job servicing our home. The heater/AC fan had broken over the weekend and we called at 8:30 am today. They advised someone would be out today, but it could be up to 10 hours but they would be here today. Well, 5 hours later the service man came & replaced the fan & we are now back running. Great under promise, over deliver service. We have been using DDM since we bought this property over 30 years ago and they always do a great job.

This will be my third heating oil season with DDM. Whenever I have interacted with the staff, my experience has been positive. In particular, Id like to mention Diane, Sandy and Lauren. From my initial sign-up to annual contract renewals & just fielding my questions, these three women have been professional, prompt and extremely courteous. I could not have asked for better customer service than they have provided.

Great Company!!! They installed our new boiler and their service was outstanding. The boiler was installed in a clean and professional manner. There were some issues with the boiler after install but each time they responded with SAME DAY Service. This kind of customer service and installation is getting harder and harder to find! Ive been with HOP for years. I really appreciate their superior customer service. I was with another company for about 6 years. They were taken over and the new owners were the worst. Anyway I moved over to HOP because my parents spoke highly of them. Since joining HOP I can honestly say I made the right choice. They have always been on time and very helpful when and if I call in with a question.

Great Company to work with. If you ever have a problem they are great to work with, whether its on oil prices, service or tune up they have been very responsive and pleasurable. Highly recommend. At times there prices on oil can be a little higher then market but its worth the piece of mind for automated delivery and if you have a problem just call. Most of their contracts have no cancellation penalties so its easy to find what works for you and your budget.

I spoke with Monica on 1/25/2021. She made sure she answered all of my questions and gave me more information than I needed, which was extremely helpful because most of the information she provided I was unaware of. She even listened to me vent. She was wonderful.I spoke with Rita on 2/1/2021. She was very helpful and patient as not only did I pay my bill using the incorrect account number, but when I set up my online account I used an email that does not exist or at least was not mine.The employees are always helpful and are always there to help customers. I absolutely love the employees and have not had any issues.

I’ve been a customer of DDM Energy for over 30 years. Customer service staff are extraordinarily helpful, kind and understanding. Service staff are generally the same. Even the sales staff are deeply caring and ethical. As one would expect over a 30 year relationship, there have been some glitches, but by and large I would strongly recommend this company. Their employees stay with them for many years (always a good sign) and they aim to please.

Service came to our rental property in Upper Darby 5 or 6 times over a period of a few weeks in Dec. They sent 4 different repair people and no one could figure out how to fix the problem. Finally, they gave up and asked us to find someone else to fix it. Kyle asked us to let him know what the person we hired (at our expense) did to fix it. Who does that????We have an annual repair contract with them!Horrific experience...obviously technicians need to be better trained or the Manager should have come to the site himself to take care of it!

WARNING: BEWARE THE OIL PRICING SHELL GAME. While the oil delivery service of this company has been very good, their billing and contract services leave a lot to be desired. When I first used DDM Energy---one of many names the company uses---they cancelled a negotiated contract because I didnt sign it in time. They dont send the contract under the company name DDM Energy, but send it in an email addressed from an employee. This is deceiving and can easily be missed. I had to go to another company to get a contract price that was higher but not as high as what was in the DDM contract. Two years ago, I ended up back at DDM. The first year I signed up for a price guarantee. But last year, one of their sales agents convinced me that I could get a good price by pre-paying for the season. I used all but $25 of my pre-paid oil supply. Today, the company delivered 63 gallons to top off my tank which didnt need topping off (It was 80 F. outside). The $25 took care of 10 gallons of the 63 at the price I had contracted for. But for the remaining 52 gallons, they charged me twice the contract rate. I was told when I got the contract in 2020 that if I ran out of pre-paid oil, then I would pay the current rate. Today (Apr 28, 2021), the current rate for this company in the same category with others of their size was $2.67, not the $4.20 per gallon for the 52 gallons of the delivery. After much frustration and lots and lots of haggling. a supervisor said he could change the per gallon charge for the 52 gallons back to the contract price, but that I would have to prepay for next season at $2.699 per gallon----according to the Internet, the current price for heating oil for this company is $2.67. While I appreciate that the supervisor helped me, Id like to know why I wasnt charged the current price in the first place. According to him, they called me three times. Unfortunately, the caller ID showed yet another company name. I was in bed with a severe reaction to my second dose of Covid vaccine and didnt answer any calls or check my voicemail. They had my Email address but didnt send a message. The bottom line is that oil companies have got to stop playing the numbers shell game with their customers. Its like playing the oil game at a casino and the house always wins.

I have been a customer for many years. The office has always been very helpful in setting up my contract and managing my account. Office staff is very courteous. Prices have always been reasonable. Service staff that has come out to my home has always been respectful, promt and efficient. I have never had to concern myself with running out of fuel. Ive always had peace of mind. Thank you

Came and filled my oil tank before the sun came up and put a bill with oil prices $1.50+ higher then 6 other oil companies in my area and stuck the bill in my mail box. Customer service was absolutely no help, when asking to speak with a manager them claimed someone will get back to me sometime this WEEK!!!!!

I have been with DDM for many years and have alays added the service plan as part of my conract . This was my first time speaking with Barb and what a great Lady . We negotiated a fair contrct price with that said I had mentioned I need service on the heater and she gave me a date a few months out . almost every year I set it up for Feb. and last year I missed the service call due to the first of two Spinal surgeries she put me on hold and came back with a date of next Thursday . To me that is great customer service on her part. I have been in Equipment sales for over 20 years and I have a hard time pulling off date changes Barb I Thank you again and I believe that a person who can go out of there way to make something happen for a customer should be noticed

This company is totally amazing. Our AC unit shut down on the hottest and most humid day of the year. DDM Energy was out the next day and installed our new system.
