Luigi is absolutely incredible — best customer service around. I was there at night during a thunderstorm and he brought out a cake order to a woman in the pouring rain (he didn’t even have a jacket or umbrella) and then acknowledged all customers in line, asked us our orders, and had them prepared and ready to go by the time we got to the front to pay. Exceptional!!! West Chester’s Dairy Queen is in great hands with Luigi around!

Just wasted 15 minutes of life debating with the dairy queen manager on why I cant have a cookie dough milkshake but I can have a cookie dough blizzard. OMG my head almost exploded. I normally dont get annoyed with workers but it was like talking to a wall. Can you please take my cookie dough blizzard add milk and put it back under the blender. I will pay you whatever you want. No it will break the cup. The cup is metal. No thats the blizzard mixer cup. Ok well use it to make a milkshake. Cant do that. Why? Thats for blizzards. How do you make your milkshakes? In a cup! OMG. This went back and forth for 10 minutes.

This dairy queen has the best water i’ve ever had in my entire life. a simple, free cup of water was clear, crisp, blissful, clean, and frankly life-changing. it felt like drinking from the palms of mother nature herself. i wish i saved this free cup of water and brought home the dairy queen tap faucet for my own good. it was also ice cold and i was pretty dehydrated. the ice cream and service were good too ig

I absolutely love a banana split blizzard. Not all Dairy Queens create this blizzard equally, correctly or even know it exists. Fruit chunks were much too large, choke-a-child large 3 ⭐ for execution, 5 ⭐ taste.

I live is Bear De and when I come to West Chester for doctors appointments I always stop at Dairy Queen to get a ice cream cone with crunch coat. I stopped yesterday and the person in front of me did not have to pay until her order was completed. When I placed my order I had to pay upfront. One person was Caucasian and one was Black.

I had ordered something that they had discontinued on the menu. So I order something else. The ice cream was great. The service was fine. I for sure go back again. I also got a milk shake that was pretty good too.

You cant really go wrong with soft serve or a Blizzard. Friendly staff and a treat to indulge in. Good family atmosphere. This store has been around as long as I can remember. Grab yourself a chili cheese dog and finish off with a dipped cone. It doesnt get any better then that.

I have fond memories of coming here throughout the years, and the service has always been awesome. Especially in our current COVID climate, the establishment is clean, clearly following appropriate guidelines, and the staff are still speedy and friendly!

No drive thru, but have walk up windows. Treats were great.

Lived in the area all my life and started to go to this Dairy Queen when the one on Rte 3 and Providence Rd w/seating closed :(((( Generally impressed that this one seems to have had a good team of kids working here through the years which speaks to good management. The one lacking spot is the lack of seating. They have put a line of benches along the fence...which gets car headlights in your eyes and are not placed in a way that allows people to socialize. But that wont stop me from getting my cone :)

My fiance and I recently went there and the ice cream was NOT the same! It tasted like custard, it was HORRIBLE! We thought maybe it was just a fluke so we went the other night and it was the same thing! The difference in the taste was drastic! So upsetting because we wont be back.

Ordered a sundae and the older woman, who I think was the owner, was rude over a putting hot fudge on bottom. She said that’s .75 extra this went on while this kid working there looked frightened of her it was an uncomfortable experience. I left with 1 swirl of vanilla and a half a pump hot fudge for over$4

During this whole COVID ordeal, the love of my life really needed some ice cream, I didnt realize they closed at 9, and a lady saw mmeas I was walking away from their closed windoe and STILL offered to make an ice cream for my wife. Dear lady who offered to make our ice cream, my wife and myself thank you!

Excellent Dairy Queen. Every employee Ive encountered there over the years has been friendly and excited to make you a wonderful treat. You can tell that customer satisfaction matters to everyone. I usually get Blizzards and they make the best ones around.

Blizzard wasnt mixed right. Girl insisted it was, but finally made me a new one. Even when giving me the new one she made it a point to let me know nothing was wrong with the first. Ive gotten the same blizzard countless times and regardless of flavor, the blizzard was barely mixed. The manager refused to admit it.

Great family owned icecream treat stand. Every night during the summer you will find the parking lot full, and people filling the benches trying to keep up with the delicious drips between simple conversation. Good old fashioned times. Open year round though. Great for a spontaineous indulgence. Love me a Bluzzard!

I usually love getting the royal strawberry new York cheesecake icecream! I love dairy queen and if youre in the mood for icecream but only for a taste, their mini size is perfect and not too over indulgent, you know the feeling you get after you eat too much of something and have the feeling of instant regret? Very disappointed with my blizzard. When I asked for server to turn the blizzard upside down (bacause mine was obviously very runny and not solid) she advised we dont participate in that campaign. If you dont participate in that campaign,don.t use cups that state upside-down thick when product is not thick.
