Great place to get some good ice cream with a lot of flavors! They also have plenty of toppings you can put on yourself. They have water ice, but Ive never tried it.

Tried their water ice and its very watered down. Probably wouldve been better to go to Ritas. Staff was very nice and its a cute shop. Get their ice cream, the water ice isnt worth it here.

November 2020Ive been going to the Scoops location in Malvern for years now, so I was excited to see a location open up in West Chester. Ive been here about a half dozen times since it opened and I usually get something with chocolate, with a milkshake being my favorite treat. I dont eat too much dairy as it tends to overwhelm my digestion a bit, but when Im willing to put up with a limit discomfort I always make sure its worth my while and come to Scoops. Simply the best ice cream around!

Fabulous!!! Must try the strawberry cheesecake. My absolute favorite. 😄

It was a wonderful place! They served out the side window during this Covid 19. The service was great! There were two girls there working at the time and the line was a little long, the owner i believe came out and had no problem fitting in and helping out!! I would recommend this small business to anyone! Ice cream was definitely fantastic. Favorite is the Cake Batter!
