Purchased a Mercedes s63 amg from Sam on July 14th, 2021. Asked him multiple times to send me a copy of the service records. Interior and exterior is in great shape, except the transmission has a little kick when coming to a stop. I purchased this from Florida sight unseen, but the salesman told me that car was perfect with no problems. Also that it was a consignment from a friend. They all knew it has an existing issue as no service records of them checking it out. Since I purchased the car, I had to put on new brakes and rotors. I will need a new transmission also. Don’t buy from Chicago Motor Cars with personally driving the vehicles. I have never had this problem previously buying from EBay. The worst experience ever.

I have a few cars is my collection and I was wanting to add a Ferrari F12. After looking formonths and not being able to travel I ran into the Chicago Motor Cars website. Being a little hesitant about buying without actually looking at the vehicle I took a chance. And I must say my experience was above and beyond great. My salesman a young man named Mike Salerno was absolutely fabulous to deal with. Having doubts and changing my mind over and over he hung in there and agreed to all my wishes. This man deserves a raise. He’s a fabulous salesman and your lucky to have him on your staff. The super car industry is full of crooks and you have to beware. We purchased a beautifully specced 991.2 GT3 back in May from Mood Khalid, and I couldnt speak highly enough about the experience. Being a younger person, I sometimes am not treated too seriously in a place like this, but everyone at the dealership was helpful, accommodating, and incredibly kind.This is the first car weve bought from a non-brand dealership, so there were some reservations. Mood was super patient while I asked a ton of questions and while we took our 3 weeks to ultimately make a decision. I buy several cars each year, and this is the smoothest, easiest, most hassle free car buying experience I have ever had! Evan gave me a fair price, vehicle was ready for me, I flew up to Chicago and drove it back to Houston without issue. Vehicle was in fantastic condition, and Evan is super easy to work with and very accommodating. Plan to buy several more cars from him in the future, and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone buying a high end vehicle!

Lets start off by saying that this dealership exceed all of our expectations. We were skeptical at first since the dealership was out of state, but they put you at ease with the communication. Ive been looking for a specific GTR for a few months, and finally found the one online (ebay). Called the number, and got to speak with Eric about the car. Eric was very upfront with everything from A-Z, gave us tons of pictures, and extra pictures as they were requested. We finally set up a date to come check the car out (driving from Detroit), we did not finalize anything since we had not driven the car. To our surprise, the car was outside, cleaned up, and ready to go. Eric wasnt at the office, however another rep greeted us, as she was expecting our arrival. She gave us the keys, and said take the test drive, just you guys. We have been to a few dealerships, and never have they passed the keys along without a pushy sales rep with you. Once we get back, we get to meet Eric, awesome guy. He basically stood back, and said he was of assistance if we had any questions that needed to be answered, and wanted us to be comfortable while we personally discuss our thoughts about the car. We fell in love, if there is a way for Eric to reply to this review, he can definitely say that we checked out every corner of the car and left nothing behind.We get inside to fill out the paperwork (already prepped), while being surrounded with the most amazing exotic cars youd only dream of. (GT3RS was my favorite). Once we finish the first portion of the paperwork, we get to meet Sam. Sam the finance guy is awesome, very genuine, and a straight shooter. He gave us a few goodies to take home with us as well.Overall, we do not have one bad thing to say about CMC. Walking into a high-end dealership with the purpose of buying one of their least expensive models, a Ford Mustang GT, can be a little intimidating. We didnt expect much.Were we ever surprised! We were treated very well indeed. There was no hesitation to let us test-drive the car and the salesman, Jose, was attentive without being pushy or, as wed anticipated, dismissive.He noticed my husband walking the dogs around outside and welcomed them inside with enthusiasm. We chose to go through them for financing thanks to a highly competitive low interest rate. The whole time our dogs were as well treated as we were, with water and food being brought to them.Several employees stopped to discuss our dogs and our vehicle purchase with enthusiasm. They all had something to add about the vehicle, or a personal story about another similar car. You can tell these guys are passionate about cars.One minor repair was included as a condition of purchase, and we were contacted the next day to see how we liked the car and to set up a time to bring it in. At time of writing it the repair has already been made.We will definitely return when were ready for another purchase.

I was browsing the country looking for a ZL1 1LE. Chicago Motor Cars had one that checked all the boxes for me. The price was reasonable as well. Being out of state everything needed to be done remotely. I contacted them and was connected with Hassan. I worked only with him throughout the entire process. He was very responsive to my questions and honest about the condition of the car. The car I wanted had a tune on it and CMC even agreed to take the car to the Chevy to remove the tune on their dime. He updated me with pictures while the car was being prepped to sell and was just overall very knowledgeable about cars. It was truly painless. CMC was able to quickly set up shipping the car to Detroit for a reasonable price and the car arrived in the exact condition that was described to me during the buying process. I will definitely be browsing their inventory for my future car purchases.

Bought a used 1999 Porsche 911. Had some issues after I bought it, told them about it ( in my mind Im think Im out thousands of dollars to fix the issues.) They told me to drop it off after a day of them looking into it. They resolved all issues and went above and beyond. If youre looking for a new or used car this is the place to go. The best place to go for the luxury car purchase! The owner (as well as employees) knows the market, knows the cars (it’s very annoying when people are trying to sell you a car and know nothing about it) and is very easy and pleasant to work with. Also, stands behind his word which is not exactly the standard these days.. If you know what you want and you’re realistic with your expectations, you’ll finish the transaction in no time (also big plus in my book as I hate spending hours trying to get it done). I spent ~ 6 months doing a nationwide search for a Land Rover LWB Autobiography and found Chicago Motor Cars. I live in the Chicago-land area and had the luxury of visiting the showroom where I met Evan. Right from the beginning he was approachable, friendly (but not in an awkward way) and prepared. I had called ahead and he had the vehicle ready for me check out. No pressure. Extremely knowledgeable about the truck I was there to see as well as every other vehicle in the building. They beat the rate from my long time institution. They had the paper work ready to go when I pulled the trigger. In and out in a flash including the plates. Wow! This was my first real car buying experience. Evan was very helpful and a real down to earth guy. Unfortunately a deal wasnt able to be made, but trust is huge for me so I will definitely be back when I am more ready to purchase. It was a wonderful experience the sales guy Aaron worked with me very well to make sure my purchase experience went well. After two days of purchasing the car due to the below negative zero degree weather I found the car needed a new starter and the General Manager at the dealership took care of it for me. The quality of the vehicle and maintenance was superb the starter only acted up due to being 7 years old in an abrupt -0 degree Chicago weather. Everything is perfect now and Im so happy that I decided on this dealership for my car buying experience. Highly recommend.

To make it quick: Do not do business with Chicago Motor CarsI found their 2010 Manual Twin Turbo R8 V10 on their website. I called and was sent some pics and it looked great. I was told it had a few rock chips and 1 scratch on drivers side door. I was also informed it just got an oil change and had newer tires. I said that is no problem for me and the tires and oil is awesome news. They said it needs a new oil line and itll be ready tomorrow. I said awesome, I will take it.It arrives at my house with: A check engine light, MANY scratches and scrapes, deep cuts in headlight, chips everywhere, Backup camera doesnt work and the clear coat on side blade coming off (just to name a few thingsThis is where it gets bad. At first they said: we will pay for mechanical up to 2500, it was AT LEAST that and 500 towards paint (including labor) the estimate was about 7500 for both.We wait for a new tune to come in to hopefully fix CEL and we go in to swap plugs and coils (they were fried).By the time we got tune was a little bit longer of a wait and did it all. Figured we should check oil and such out. The oil was as black as night, the tires were worn terribly on the inside on the back, and the plastic parts that cover the underside of car were non existent.I reached out to dealer and said I am not rebuilding all of this at my cost and they can take it back. They made me pay to fix part of the car that gets sent back to them. They call back and say hey, we will give you your money back no problem we dont want bad blood. I said deal.The next day I get a call: Hey, we wont just give you your money back you must buy a car from us to trade it in. So I had to pick a car from their current inventory. I picked one and they said no, they werent writing me a check back that large. So I picked another and they wouldnt budge on the price (taking a mere 2k off a car that wholesale is 10-12 less than asking). Then they tried to get me to pay for ALL transport costs, finally got them to split it with me.When they got the R8 back they admitted There is DEFINITELY something wrong with this car and still wouldnt work with me.In a nutshell. This dealership is sketchy as you know what. This is not a place I recommend doing business with if you want to feel safe and trust that you are getting a solid car.They are already trying to sell the car again on their site with no clue how to fix the issues.Thanks for being aware.

Bought a car from here that they said was in near perfect condition. After shipping it 1,500 miles to me in an enclosed carrier i find out the car had $300 in pdr down each side from door dings, needed a new power steering pump, clutch was grinding and had to get a new front bumper from it being scraped. All this was after we talked to a salesman who swore this car was in excellent condition. I get things happen and used cars arent perfect but after i paid $5,000 over retail book for an 11,000 mile car i should not have had to stick another $3,000 into it right away. Update 1/27/20. Reached out to dealer like they requested and they told me where to go. If u like throwing money away u can buy from here, or burn it. Result will be the same. I work at a small town dealer and if we worked the way these guys do we would be out of business. STAY AWAY

I just purchased a C63 AMG from out of state. Evan was very helpful and friendly through the whole processes. I wanted to test drive the car before purchasing, they kept the shop open late for me to drive in and test drive the car. It is very clear that they are meticulous on what vehicles they sell, you know youre going to get a good vehicle and service if you do business with them. Evan and Sam respond quickly via email and text (including late nights), finally a dealership that is out of the prehistoric technology age! Would highly recommend!!

Amazing dealership. I’m the general manager of another speciality dealer, so it was hard for me to choose another company to do business with. I walked in to check out a Porsche Turbo I had my eyes on! Omar & Geno were very helpful and explained the car thoroughly to me.
