I visited this dealership for an oil change on Saturday, 7/10/21. It took hours for my car to be serviced. On Tuesday, 7/13/21, I ended up needing road side assistance due to the safety recall for the 2016 Ford Fusion shifter cable bushing issue. Despite an oil change lasting hours, this dealership failed to perform the standard checks for outstanding recalls during my first service with them. This failure to execute standard procedures put me in an unsafe situation with the potential to harm others. Apparently it has become common for dealerships to forgo safety procedures since they do not profit off those services. By forgoing safety procedures caused by malpractice at Ford manufacturers, they have now imposed safety hazards among Ford drivers. It is needless to say we will never visit this dealership again due to their lack of concern for safety.
