I love this place. They always come through with good prices and timely professional work. I just got what I think is a great deal on a wheel alignment. I paid $159 dollars for three years of alignments. I get to come in every 6000 miles and get my wheels realigned. I am thankful to have such a great shop in my neighborhood..

Bryan was awesome! The shop employees are wonderful and polite and easy to talk to about your vehicles problems. Very honest and pricing is right on.The store though looked like it was straight out of the 70s.Dirty, shabby and unkept.They didnt seem to have much work. I believe this store is capable of much more revenue.The building looks out of place. Needs paint desperately. Outside, paint was faded and outdated. Signage is non existent.. I think. I couldnt tell if I was at the right shop.The mechanics area was clean and organized.Overall, Im glad I stopped in.

Robert was very helpful and honest. I got my brakes inspected free of charge. Instead of trying to “sell me,” they were direct by informing me my brakes were still good and they did not need replacing yet. Robert was so nice and told me exactly what to look out for the next time I get my brakes serviced and gave me a demonstration on how brakes work using his shop models. I appreciated him teaching me. I’ll definitely be coming here for all future automotive services.

One day I needed a tire due to a nail, so I looked up tire places near me and I decided to go here. Best decision ever... especially because I am a women and Ive gotten lied to in the past on what needs to be done to my car. Well the owner Robert was very nice and so honest, he explained what was wrong with my car and actually showed me what was wrong with the engine models he has in the shop. That definitely educated me and made me feel that I can trust his word and work. His staff is friendly and does great work. Highly recommend this place

I went in for my free tire rotation through my discount tires purchase contract and found out that the center had made the move to go independent from their former franchise; nonetheless, they honored my service free of charge and corrected some minor undercarriage damage without charge. Honorable service and a place I will assign some trust in the future.

Discount auto tires now is West Covina auto tires. And if its possible to say this and it is this, this is a neighborhood store where the community buys their tires at this location. Ask for Robert or as for Brian both will give you quality service and a no nonsense price. Big thumbs up. 👍👍👍

Robert walked me through my tire replacement process step by step. He did an awesome job explaining and showing me why I needed new tires as well as an alignment. He also was very patient with me during the tire selection process. The repair guy had me in and out in no time. I will definitely use them again. Check them out, you wont be disappointed.

I took my 05 350z here today for what I was told by Firestone was a control arm issue where they wouldve charged me almost $900 for parts and labor. The guys at Discount Tire took 20-25 minutes to check out my front end tightened up the loose nuts and bolts that was causing the problem and said I was good, no need to replace any control arms. They definitely care about their customers and their cars and try to fix any problem the right way instead of trying to scam people like other shops. Definitely will be going here for any future problems and will be recommending them to anyone who asks about good shops. 👍
