Came to drop off my vehicle to have it serviced Monday morning. The level of disrespect by sales department was so rude. Guess they dont need my money. Do not recommend bringing cars here. Had my car in a flatbed truck waiting, now i have to relocate elsewhere. These retards wouldnt even reason with me.
My vehicle was submitted for a repairs estimate to be reviewed and approved by a third party financial assistance program in Claremont, CA. The assistance would help cover the cost for repairs to the Jeep.The dealership failed to provide a written statement and or printable one for repairs requested. In order to receive assistance, a written document was needed.After seven hours, vehicle was returned with wrong brake cap.•Request Refund (have not received as of Friday September 10th, 2021.)•Note: Refunded October 8th, 2021.
I’m surprised to see all the bad reviews, my experience with Adam here is one of the best, as a lease hacker with over 20+ transactions in the past. My wife and I was looking for a pacifica hybrid. We walked in at 7pm, Adam walked us to see all the inventory and helped us find the right model with the exact package we expected, carefully went through the details on the window sticker. The best part is Adam truly worked between me and the finance department. I finally talked to Sam & James in finance department. They look buff & tough, but really nice people. They made me happy by giving me enough discount. Again I never had such a good deal with such a straight forward anti-BS experience. Thanks to Adam, Sam and James!
Had 2 phone calls with this dealership and realized it would be best to stay far away. I made it clear I was looking for a specific color vehicle that was currently in transit. They refused to give me an estimated date that the vehicle would arrive and refused to talk about price (even though it was already listed on Jeeps website). They told me I should buy what they had on the lot and put a different color wrap on it. I couldnt believe how unprofessional that response was. Taking my business elsewhere.
Back in October 2020, I found a 2004 Jeep Wrangler at this dealership after months of searching. Went to go look and it was stock with some pretty new looking weather tech front floor mats. Decided to buy when they tried to sell us on an $841 paint protection and fob insurance. The car was priced at $7991, so no I won’t pay 10% cost for an insurance, also jeep wranglers pre 2007 come only with a key standard, and a chipped key as an option(which mine had but is not worth that much, and if you have two keys, you can pair up to 10 to one TJ wrangler on your own!) Trying to get them to take it off was like pulling teeth, kept talking about what it is. I had to say it’s 16 years old and I’m taking it off-road, it’ll get scratched and chipped and I don’t care. Take it off or I’m walking. They gave in and paid what I wanted.2 days later I go in to pick up the car, they hand me one key saying that’s all they got. On top of that, someone there tried to steal the floor mats, a manager called a tech to wash the mats and bring them as they didn’t even do that. Later I found out that they stole the owners manual as well!If you ever buy from these people, make sure it has all accessories from when you inspect to when you pick up, as they try to nickel and dime you and steal accessories off the car.
Went to see a minivan. They wouldnt discuss pricing. I decided to run the numbers, find out they add $1300 to every car they sell as key insurance. Total joke. Dont waste your time. Xavier was nice. But just a bad way to run a business. Thank you, next.

Im an American Muscle car enthusiast and I bought a used Charger RT 2014 in March 2021. Love the car but it was time to change the oil and I decided to change it myself. Came to find out that the oil drain plug has been overtightened by nobody else but Envision. I still have not been able to remove this bolt. I believe this is common sense but when you tighten a bolt, theres something called torque specification. I wouldve expected a dealership to go by its own torque specs. Im very disappointed, something so simple could have been avoided if Envision would have simply used a torque spec.Update: I managed to remove the over torqued drain bolt with bolt extractors and a lot of leverage. The drain bolt was completely destroyed. Luckily the threads were fine on the oil pan.
I was talking to the manager about a possible trade, regarding a wrangler. I was provided a trade in number and instructed to drive up from San Diego (2 hours), for a a better trade in value. I was told, I would get more, once my trade in is on the lot. I drove up from San Diego, and had my car evaluated. Upon arrival, the used car salesman walked around my car and offered me on the bottom range of Kelly blue book value. When I attempted to negotiate a better price for the trade in, I was offered BELOW BLUEBOOK. A complete insult and a waste of my time. Furthermore, they expected me to pay a 5k markup on their new vehicle.I would not recommend doing business with this dealership. Four hours of drive time wasted. However, I did purchase what I was looking for at a neighboring Jeep Dealership.
This place is a joke service dept, I went here for fixed my blind spot mirrors, I never asked them do oil change and tire rotation, I waiting almost 2 hours they do oil change and then my blind spot still doesn’t working, I go asked the manager,He name is Ruben Barrera, He is a really rudely guy, he told me if I want to fixed it, I need waiting for tomorrow, It’s not my fault,they wasted my time and try let me spend extra money, I just do oil change last week at here,my oil life still 94%, Unbelievable. I talked with another manager,He take care me,only used one half hour to fixed my car. Only one person really friendly and helpful and nice to talked with me, He name is Robent Morales,Thanks a lot!I very appreciate it!!!I never do reviews but people should know the place is terrible!!! I went in for 73,300 ram 2500 i saw on their own website. Negotiation started at 110,000 because demand is high. I was the only one at the dealer. I told them bye then manager called 3 times telling me if i come back he will give it to me at 73,300. What a joke here is 1 star for wasting my time

Had a horrible experience in 2018 but decided to come back as they were under new ownership. Sadly, the customer service from sales manager was deplorable this time. He wouldnt come out with the salesman to tell us why he would not sell us a car. We more than qualified. Perhaps a person of color does not warrant respectful customer service? Find another dealership to spend your money.

These guys have had my truck for a total of 12 days for a simple oil leak and the reason they said its not ready is part wasnt there then staffing and then guy called out sick completely unprofessional and terrible communication to me. I try and keep my business in my city but these guys are terrible advoid them at all cost
Yes I could give a zero rating If I could. I purchased a 2019 Jeep Cherokee June 1, 2021. First of all, they matched the trade in quote that I got from another dealership and that was solid.I witnessed a few shady practices as I had a FICO score of 760. They offered me a 5.99%. WHO DOES THAT?! All of a sudden they came back with a less shady APR. They also represented to me that I HAD to purchase the echo block appearance warranty that replaces the keys and other appearance items. It was intentionally misrepresented to me. A week later I looked at the contract and the contract stated that it was optional. I called the Service Contract and they told me that I shouldn’t have been charged. Over the last week, I called the dealership countless times. No one will contact me back. I have no other option but to contact the Better Business Bureau and perhaps file a small claims lawsuit for material intentional misrepresentation. Also in the contract they give contact information of an ex-employee. I called him and he was very frustrated. I will follow up in the next few weeks to see if they care to read this poor reflection of how they do business.

11.14.2020 The dealer is clearly not playing a fair game. We announced our offer in advance, with all taxes and hidden fees - 21,000. We immediately warned that we would not pay more for the car. The dealer has agreed on a price. Upon arrival, we examined the car and went to sign the contract. After checking our credit history (it was good), the supervisor stated that the price of the car was 24000. If they had said about such a price earlier, we would not even have arrived. This is not a professional and blatant lie. As a result, the credit history suffered, we spent 3 hours on the trip, money on gasoline, and the dealer did not even have the conscience to apologize for the obvious lie. I hope this boss will be fired for a lack of professionalism.
Very unpleasant car buying experience.I bought the car at 8 oclock in the evening. I want to come back to the next day, but they dont agree. So I can only trade in a hurry.But when I drove home, I found that the engine lights were always on. The next day I went to the store, the staff found many scratches on the car and there was a collision.The supervisor gave me a solution, let me make an appointment to repair! The staff told me that they would not check before they sold the car.At night, customers are hard to find problems, so they sell them to customers quickly! The staff said that according to California law, completed transactions cannot be exchanged or replaced and can only be repaired.The car I bought yesterday, I am going to repair it today, and I have to repair a lot of places.The staff has always stressed that this is a new car, this is a new car.The new car in this store needs to be repaired. Hahaha

In April, when I bought a car in this car dealership, I signed a contract of 335 monthly, but I received a bank notice, which turned into 444 monthly. I talked to the manager of the car dealership many times. They said that they had made a mistake in their work. But now I received a bank letter. Someone signed a contract of 444 imitating my signature. This kind of behavior is fraud. I hope someone can help me.
Absolute worst place to buy a vehicle. Bought our Ram here and never again will I ever be back here. We were avoided like the plague after we left and Jose the finance manager wasn’t any better. As soon as he made the deal we were dead to this place. It was so awful that corporate Chrysler called us and made an entire report on it and gave us back thousands of dollars for this dealerships continuous mistakes.Don’t not buy a vehicle here even after they reopen. The only credit I will give is to Ruben who is no longer with the company and to the techs at the time who updated the wiring for my aftermarket fuel pump and also replaced my leaking oil cooler. A week after repairs last November 2020 I noticed that my fuel gauge was not working reading properly so I asked to see if they are able to calibrate it but was told that an OEM fuel pump would solve the issue. I double checked with the tech to see if I need both fuel pumps since my car has a primary and secondary but was told that I only needed to get rid of the after market pump. I ordered an OEM pump from mopar and still had the same exact fuel gauge issues. I was then told that the pump I ordered was bad and that the dealer will have to order both fuel pumps to make sure that everything comes out good. I purchased both pumps & installation from the dealer then 1 week later my fuel gauge was still giving me issues. I was then told that I needed a new body control module. 1 week later my fuel gauge was still giving me issues. I was then told that I needed a new fuel tank to solve the issues. 1 week later my fuel gauge was still giving me issues. From then on each time I would bring my car back to the dealer they would wither simply clear the fuel sensor codes and say that even though they appeared that they are historical codes, stored not active codes, and that after constant testing the codes never appeared under their watch. After being very tired of the fuel sensor codes being cleared to only reappear again and also being very tired of watching my fuel gauge drop to the lowest level every time I had 5 gallons left I went to another dealer. The other dealer did not clear the code and say that they couldnt find anything because they corrected the issue less than two hours from when I dropped off my car. The biggest slap in my face was paying $2000 at Envision CDJR for a replacement fuel tank that I did not need. I was told that I had no signs of damage at the bottom of my car that would need a fuel tank replacement & there is no way that replacing a fuel tank will correct an electrical issue. Long story short when it comes to repairs, find a shop that will address all of the issues at once instead of going to a shop that will drag you along for 3 months. Finding another shop will save you $$$thousands. Anyone at this dealer who thinks I am exaggerating could look up exactly how many times I have had to come back for a fuel gauge that was never repaired. I am so relieved that I will never have to come back here again, not because it is 30 miles out of my way but because there are other shops out there that actually want to address issues and concerned instead of just temporarily clearing codes and saying everything is normal.

WEST COVINA CHRYSLER DODGE RAM JEEP Dealership is a SCAM. The Sales reps are fooling the customers, they only want to sell the cars which arent properly inspected and they have the worst customer service. Here is my experience with them.I came across a post 11/20/17 for Jeep Grand Cherokee 2017 by West Covina Jeep Dealership with few rebates on it. It was a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee, MSRP $38,500 but after rebates, it was down to $31,000.I Scheduled an appointment to be there after work at 8:00 pm on Monday 20th Nov 2017. I was at the dealership for nearly 5 hours and the sales person gave numbers after numbers and no number was anywhere close to the numbers in the ad.Since I understood that the ad was most probably a scam to attract people to the dealership I decided to leave. This is where the sales rep suggested me to meet with the manager where I got TRICKED by the sales deceits and ended up buying 2018 Jeep which came to $41,000 on road price.I Immediately regretted the decision but since I bought it I took my new car and left the dealership at about 1:00 am on Nov 21st to find next day--to my disappointment--that the car wasn’t even washed property or had any polish done to look like a brand new car. Imagine how I felt when I bought a car $10 k over my budget and the first morning I see it it doesnt look anywhere close to a brand new car (attached pic).It took a week for me to get over the fact that this isn’t what I went for and became a victim of sales tactics. Moral of the story so far,DO NOT FALL FOR THIS TRICK OF MEETING A SECOND SALES MANAGER AND END UP BUYING SOMETHING OUT OF YOUR BUDGET.Day 12 - 3th Dec 2017, Its Sunday, 6:30pm. BRAND NEW JEEP DOESN’T START. Headlights work fine, interior lights work fine, music system works fine, so I know its not a battery issue, no signs of low battery or battery being dead. I am SUPER FREAKED OUT. I called the dealership and spoke to the sales and they suggested me to TOW the car to the nearest dealer. I had to go meet a potential client but I couldnt because my new car wasnt working. I canceled my meeting and lost my client and then TOWED the BRAND NEW car to the closest dealership on Day 13, Monday 04/12/17. I had to leave the car for two days for them to fix it.Upon inquiring I was told that the car had COMMUNICATION ISSUE which had something to do with the power supply to cluster, monitor and ENGINE itself. The brand New Jeep had to undergo calibrations, configure the whole system and reprogram it.BASICALLY THE JEEP THAT I BOUGHT WASN’T INSPECTED. BEFORE SELLING IT TO ME AND LOOKS LIKE 2018 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE HAS ELECTRICAL AND/OR COMMUNICATION ISSUE. I AM SOO UPSET WITH THE PURCHASE I FEEL LIKE I AM DRIVING A REFURBISHED CAR FOR THE PRICE OF A NEW CAR.I Discussed my concerns with the general manager (Alex) at the WEST COVINA JEEP DEALERSHIP who didnt give any proper response and I had ZERO percent satisfaction. I didnt receive any help nor any resolution to my concerns at the dealership. The sales reps are annoying, the cars arent trustworthy and the customer service is zero.I request the dealership to look into my concerns; else Ill be forced to take it my issue to the Jeep Corporate Team or worst case scenario use the LEMON LAW ARBITRATION.Im sharing my story so that someone else doesnt fall for this scam and face the same problems which I did. Let my story serve you as a severe warning to be away from this dealership.NO STARTS FROM ME, IF IT WAS AN OPTION.

Found a vehicle in their inventory via CarGurus, reached out to insure it was still there (had another place say they had a specific vehicle only to walk in with it being sold after confirming it was available before I came in). They quickly responded & assured me it was available, got there when they opened and met with Jose (Finance guy) who was helping out since the sales rep was not there yet. Jose could not have been easier to deal with, no pressure at all, asked me what my numbers were (down payment, trade-in value I was going for, and how much I wanted to finance). We got to an agreement super quick and after some minor adjustments on the final contract (thanks again to the owner for being so easy on the line items I wanted changed) drove away with a new ride in under 2 hours. Again Jose and the new owner could not have been better to deal with along with all their staff who could not have been friendlier
Horrible service, took my little cousin and he was prejudged immediately. Would have brought over to my local dealer but he lives in that area. Funny thing is hes an 800 score and could buy anything he wants. Sleazy all the way.
This dealer is closed! Tried calling for 2 days. Decided to drive down to see whats going on, and found car haulrrs moving all the cars off the lot. Would have been nice for them to have notify their customers they were closing.
Absolutely terrible bait and switch practices here. Should have listened to the reviews. They mark a car down to get you in the door, then try to say Someone must have INCORRECTLY listed this price... then give you a higher one.Also tried to tack on unnecessary charges and refused to remove them.After all was said and done and a price was agreed upon, reading the purchase contract will always show a much higher price than what you agreed out the door.Be wary. Should have listened to reviews myself.

I had my oil change so disappointed with there mechanic didn’t tight up the oil filter the only reason I found out because I park my truck inside my shop and noticed a oil stain on the floor that’s how I found out the oil filter was loose so unprofessional

Purchased a vehicle Jan 19 2020, Called a month after purchase because my finance company hadnt received proof of Title. They said their DMV clerk doesnt work there any longer. Not my problem and as a business you should still be process all your required paperwork after a sell. Controller said they would be process paperwork the next day and would call me back to confirm. 4 weeks later, 3 phone calls back to her, havent heard anything. 2 months after purchase and still no title.
Today I purchased a used vehicle from my friends over at West Covina Chrysler. Larry, Kitt and especially Fidel were all transparent, upfront and real with me. They were fast and cared that we had somewhere else to be. Go here for your next car purchase and ask for one of the guys!
Update #2 (after pickup):Julian (GM) had my car ready for me in perfect condition. I was supremely impressed with their care and attention to detail. Julian ensured that the issues that I had were forgotten and replaced by their care of me and my vehicle. Crystal helped me to get my keys and paperwork taken care of with a true customer service attitude that represents the dealership in the way they should be. I have updated the review to 5 stars with thankfulness to the prized employees Matt (my service rep), Crystal, and the GM Julian.
I think they are shut down already. I have bought my Rubicon at this place almost 3 years ago and they had it stolen while my car was there for service! No joke. It got even worse after the incident.

As a business owner is always good to take care of you clients at the end of the day they are our bread and butter. I was trying to purchase a commercial vehicle through the entire process spoke to 7 different sales people and not one of then would return calls I finally get a notice that I was approved and when I got to the dealership everybody was ignoring note: not one of them had was helping a customer. Finally some one approaches me and rudely was helping me so I walk out. Never go to this dealership really bad customer srrvice
On December 27th, We attempted to purchase a vehicle from West Covina Ford.... in the middle of the transaction the Ford dealership was sold. One of the workers told me to go over to the other dealership (West Covina Dodge). We went to the Dodge dealership... purchased the Ford Flex we were interested in. To date... we still have NOT received our registration, the tags have expired, my husband was pulled over for expired tags. We went back to the dealership... they gave us a paper plate, changed the date on the paperwork. They took our contract and did not return it to us. The car has a short on the inside lighting (please fix) We have contacted the DMV numerous times... NOTHING HAS BEEN DONEI am soooooo frustrated, and get no answers.., PLEASE HELPTHANK YOUTerri Moore
Horrible experience buying a car here.I bought a car back in September and still dont have my registration.To top it off DMV has informed me that the plates and vanity plates that belong to the former owner. The car may have been sold not being free and clear . I now have to seek legal assistance to rectify issue. No one ever returns calls and you are lucky to get a hold of anyone in charge over there. They are also owned by FORD dealership across the freeway so the buck just keeps getting passed from one side to the other with no resolution in sight.

Awesome service! The staff there went above and beyond to help me. I lost the key to my lug nut and they went out of their way to find one and even gave it to me so I wouldnt have to struggle next time. I always have a great experience when I bring my car to get serviced there.
Worst dealer ever. I called them asking about a hybrid van, and they confirm they have it on stock. I live about 100 miles away from the dealer. Then I drove all this distance to get the van. After I arrived, I found out they do not have it in stock, and they trying to sell me a different car. They are not professional and not honest. DO NOT trust them.

Another dealer attempted to talk me out of even looking here because of previous issues....but the dealership is under new ownership and local. Shop local. Buy local. And pricing. So I went for it. I am glad I did. Great SUV in excellent condition for an excellent price as well as bumper to bumper warranty . The process was painless and quick (as quick as buying a car can be anyways) and George and Fidel were both pleasant to work with. Oh yes, and I have HORRIBLE credit yet still was able to work out a great deal. Thanks guys☺👍UPDATE: DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS!!!!!After we got home, I reread paperwork and saw they had left out our warranty. I called back and was told by George to just come down and they would fix it. Great! Except they didnt! They lied when I asked why we had to resign papers. Upon further review of papers they had changed our interest rate, financing charge, etc. The financing Department supervisor Ali tried to force us to sign a new contract! When we refused he attempted to slap our car keys out of my husbands hand. As I left the store holding my toddlers hand Ali ran up behind me and grabbed my wrist attempting to jerk papers out of my hand. READ YOUR CONTACT CAREFULLY, once it is signed they cannot force you to agree to new terms ESPECIALLY AFTER 10 DAY sellers cancellation window has closed.I have reported this to the BBBBuyer Beware!!!!! Same horrible business practices as before.
I have a 2018 Pacifica. Check engine light goes on randomly from time to time. When Ive come to this Chrysler auto repair Im told they cant do anything unless check engine light is on-- when I get there.Finally, as inconvenient as this is, I was able to take it when the light was on. It was 2 hours prior to closing time, but was told they didnt have time to hook it up to their computer. They offered to keep the car overnight and take me to a car rental place, but couldnt pay for the rental since they hadnt diagnosed the problem. Nevertheless, I left frustrated.Today I went with a flat tire. Im asked, So you want a new tire? I say, Not yet. Could you check the tire and patch it up if needed. Im told they are not a tire repair and that my tires wouldnt be covered under warranty.I can accept that these are simply their rules, but they are SO RUDE THROUGHOUT it all. The manager is condescending and sarcastic.This is the closest Chrysler to me, but Im willing to drive further to get friendly and courteous service
Tried to charge us $800 to simply take off the door panel. They said it would take them 7 shop hours total to open the drivers and passengers side. Two other shops have quoted me between $80 and $100 for the same thing. Even if this is the closest dealer to you, AVOID EVER COMING HERE.Also, the salespeople will completely make up facts about cars, hoping you dont know any better.
Are they open again ? I bought a car the week in March when the pandemic hit. They closed the following day and never re-opened. I have been calling and getting the run around from other dealerships where the phone has been transferred. I never received my plates or registration its been since March 2020. What do I do?
This was one of the best possible experiences Ive had at a dealership. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I went for a couple recalls on my truck and got lots more in return. I went down at 7 30am and then after filling out the paperwork they took me back home in their very nice air conditioned shuttle van with a super friendly and interesting guy that chatted with me and my daughter the whole way. Then later in the day they came and picked me up from my house and they had done a full 23 inspection, washed my truck, checked fluids and all that just for going to get those parts updated. Any service needed and I will definitely be coming back here !
We stopped by here to research potential cars for my cousin and the salespeople were fantastic. Jose Sanchez was the gentleman that took care of us and he was very friendly and accommodating. Definitely a refreshing experience compared to other dealers that weve visited. This place is worth a visit!

This was a great experience in stark contrast to the Dodge Dealer in Puente Hills. - Avoid that place and come to the West Convina store....
Not only did they get me approved with $0 down. Im paying more more than $520 a month for a brand new 2017 fully loaded RAM 1500! The very same day my 09 Toyota crapped out and died on me, they got me in my new RAM. They took the time to get to know me, and the work I do. The sales Managers didnt shoot my credit all over the place from Bank to bank. They worked with me to understand me and my budget. Within an hour of being there, BAM! Approved at $0 down and $520 a month!They even went out of their way to drive all the way to LA, during traffic ours, to deliver the vehicle! Completed signing the paperwork in LA, and I was left with my new RAM! A1 service! The managers know their banks and the car business well. If youve had a bad experience in the past, remember, that this place is under completely new ownership and are making changes to adapt to the ever changing car business.

I visited the dealership 6-15-19, responding to there advertisement for a 2018 Jeep. The Jeep was used with low mileage. The advertised price was $15,995.00. My Grandson and I test drove the car, and we both agreed that it was a perfect car for him. I told the salesman that I wanted to purchase the car. I told him I wanted to pay cash, he then started to take my information for the purchase. He went to talk with his supervisor, which I assume is normal, they then presented me with a printout of the terms of the purchase. The purchase price was $15,995.00 plus $3,790.00 for aftermarket plus $3,580.87 Finance Charge. It also included Tax plus fee/options for a total of $25,614.60.This was clearly FALSE ADVERTISING.I feel sorry for anyone who in good faith buys a car from this dealership. There are laws that prohibit this from happening, clearly West Covina Crysler Dodge Jeep Ram believes that they are above the law.Clearly DisappointedGary G. MillerMember of Congress (Ret.)
These people cannot communicate politely, wait time to get my jeep looked at was 2-3 DAYS. Decided to go to another shop and it took them over half an hour to get my jeep out of the lot and Im pretty sure its because they just forgot I was picking up my own gd vehicle. Dont even bother with this place, save your time and blood pressure.

This place is a joke.service dept. has had my truck for eight days now it is leaking oil.They ordered a gasket and still do not have it.This is a warranty issue and they tell me if I pick it up they will have to start the hole process over again???I have taken it to dodge four times now for this issue..It is a rear main seal leak yet they can’t seem to figure that out...I am about ready to get an attorney and lemon law it...

Took my car to inspect my struts and shocks because my tires were wearing abnormally. I took it in at 8am but the dealership didnt know I live 5 min away and I returned every hour on the hour and recorded my Jeep parked at the same spot NOT being serviced. 5 hours later they call me to tell me they inspected my Jeep and everything was fine. When I picked up my Jeep I confronted them and told them what I witnessed and recorded. They had nothing to say but We did a visual inspection. REALLY! they can tell whats wrong by staring at a parked car for 5 hours! They are liars and said they performed a service they never did and I have it all on videos. Yeah I reported them to BBB, Bureau of automotive repair and corporate, these dealerships give the industry a bad name.
Customer service is a coin flip. Always busy and long wait. But they do offer cheap oil change packages.
