I purchased the car and had it shipped to me in Aug 2021. Shadi, from the sales staff said the car was in perfect condition, full maintenance completed, and CPO certified. When the car was delivered, front bumper had been repainted by the dealer and paint does not match. Multiple rock chips on the fenders and hood down to the bare metal. Headlights have sand blast damage and are not clear. Air filter housing had cigarette butts along with a pile of debris. Oil never changed. Interior smelled, checked the cabin filter and it was nearly black! Dealer has not done a thing. Took weeks to receive paperwork from bill of sale and had to call day after day requesting CPO paperwork and inspection report. Looks like they filled it out without ever touching the car.
David was by far the best sales person I have ever worked with!!! He didnt pressure me, on the contrary gave me options! He was more like a life long friend than a sales person!! I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a new car. Come to Audi WC!! You will not be disappointed!! Joseph the Manager really hooked it up... The service department here is great. I or my wife have been bringing her cars here for service from the first time we purchased an Audi. Steven Sao has been her go to guy for most of our 7 years. He is a rock star, as is everyone else we have worked with when Steven has been away.We are always welcomed in by a smiling face and someone is there promptly to help get us on our way. They have always been great with communication and timeliness. Over the years they have added systems to enhance their communication and to make doing business with them even easier.I grew up working in independent auto shops and have basic mechanical knowledge. I have never felt pressure to do work that I would deem unnecessary. Anytime we have had a concern about our car the service department has gone above and beyond in diagnostics to confirm or explain why it might not be valid.
The sales lie to you with the features included in the car, but after I drive home, just realized these are not included in the car. I went back to this dealership and the sales just said it is my responsibility to read the window sheet and do nothing. Worst buying experience ever.

I have a 2018 Q7 Audi and Ive had problems with my back passenger window ever since I bought the car, certified pre owned in Feb 2019 I have been taking the car to the Ontario Audi dealership for all the repairs but they have not been able to fix it and not helpful at all. So my Husband and I went to the West Covina dealership where we met David Lee. He is a sales rep and was showing us other Q7 which were amazing I love the car but have been very unhappy with the service I was having at Ontario Audi Dealership and the lack of results on my car problem. So we were getting ready to purchase a new Q7 when my Husband and I decided to try and figure out the window one last time. Even though David Lee was getting ready to loose a 70k deal (he tried to save it) but he said to my Husband to bring the car back tomorrow and let their technician give it a look. I cant tell you how kind and helpful this man was. I understand sales but he just lost a big sale and he still did what was right for the customer. The next day I came in, David greeted us in the service department and introduced us to Michael Sanchez the Assistant Service Manager who was very informative and kept me updated on everything. I like to say my car is great, but I am not sure yet, but what I can say is that these people took their time with us and treated us like a person not a number. Thank you David, Michael and Audi West Covina for thinking about the customer first.

I was very disappointed with this dealership. I went in and drove over an hour to look at their 2020 Q5. Salesman was kind and friendly until the negotiation started. I decided to walk away. The following day, I received a text from the same dealer and they restarted the negotiation. As the negotiation got tighter the condescending remarks came. After almost walking away again, we finally came to an agreement. That was until it came to finalizing paperwork. $8000 was added to the used car price and the APR changed dramatically. The financing guy was rude and even more condescending. I am now completely turned off from audi. Whats worse is that being a female, I felt as though they felt it was okay to belittle me and even insult intelligence. Extremely disappointed.
I went in with the expectation to test drive the A4 as Im in the market for a car. As is customary when you go in and express interest, some numbers were shown to me. I was not interested as the initial price I was offered was $10K over the MSRP. I explained that Ive had my fair share of sitting in the office of a dealership, and I want to respect both partys time. Text or email me if you are able to offer a more captivating price.I got texts the next day. After some back and forth, I was promised the car I test drove at the price I want. I was very pleased, and agreed to go into the dealership that same day. Mind you, I actually had to put off work and drive in 1-hour traffic because I thought I made a deal. I even asked a friend to come with so someone I trust can drive my other car back.Get to the dealership, and I was told the car is in the process of being detailed while we get the paperwork done. Nice. Enter the dealership office, and I get the first red flag: there was a woman trying to purchase the same car. I thought when we agreed on the phone that Im getting the car I want at the price I want and that Im coming in to fill out paper work, the car should be removed from other buyers consideration. Because we agreed on it.My salesman Charlie said hes on my side and wanted to get me my car, so basically if we submit the paperwork before my competitor, were fine. Sounds sketchy already, but the price was pretty good. I took it as my salesman making us feel the urgency and how big of a deal were getting by tying that story in, so I pushed on, despite already feeling disrespected by the lack of commitment.We spend a little over an hour completing the paperwork, and I was pleased by how quickly things were progressing. I was finally told to wait for my car as its almost done being detailed and the fuel just needs to be topped off. The car that drove out to be fueled was not my car, it was a base model that was far from what I paid for. My nightmare began when that was communicated to the team. Everything had to be reversed. They sold me the wrong car.Despite confirming multiple times on the phone, getting a picture of the pricing with the MSRP of the car I wanted sent to me, this disaster was chalked up to miscommunication. I dont care? I upheld my side of the bargain. You give me the car I want for the price I want, and I come in same day to seal the deal. Actually, we literally did seal the deal. Paperwork signed, money wired over, everything was done, but I drove home with no car tonight.I took off work, I wasted my time, my friends time, sat in traffic and wasted gas, I got my credit checked and therefore will suffer a lowered credit score, all for nothing, despite literally confirming the deal on the car.My recommendation is, if you respect yourself, choose another dealership.
I am interested in Q5 and came to look around and try to get the information, Julio came to greet me and asked if I am bringing a car home today when as soon as I said not yet, I could tell he wasnt willing to help and he wasnt happy. I didnt appreciate his attitude and went to Audio Pasadena instead, and the service in Pasadena was way better than the West Covina location.

Not a good experience, actually the worst in my car buying experience. I couldnt make the online deal as I was going to put deposit but due to the GM of store who dont care for out of state business.You cant and will never get any kinda favor from this place because he thinks his on-line listed price is the lowest in the area and when you contact and try to give them a business you will find out the price is actually not lower thats just the trick. They will respond back with online price + Ecoblock $1295+ other feesAnyway I was going to pay all of that but still they were holding me for 1st of the month, May be they sold enough cars this month.Extremely disappointed, I dont know why someone would buy used cars at this dealership. Nice way to rip off people through the online lower showoff price trick and no commitment after you agrees to their own terms and policy. Worst customer service ever i call and ask them to transfer to finance office but the never pick up always sends me to voice mail i left a voice mail over 10x never got a respond back !!! seems like they don’t care about your customers .. but then when it comes to taking your money its something else ! never coming here again to buy a vehicle !!! had to go in person to talk to the finance manager for cancellation seems like he didnt want to even help me out he gave me the paper work for warranty cancellation and told me there the info on the paper for you can cancel it yourself when. on the cancellation paper it says selling “dealer “ is responsible for customers full refund !! i went 5 days after i purchased the car to cancel it and its been over 1 month and they still haven’t called to cancel it ...

Came into the dealership after speaking with one of the employees regarding a rare 2018 a4. When i arrived was immediately greeted and spoke with the sales person. This day i only came in to get a quote and rough estimate as i was comparing another vehicle and everything went great. After a week i contacted the sales person making an offer. Once we had a deal. I went back to the dealership to only have them completely ignore what was agreed upon and tried to change everything. Needless to say did not end up purchasing the vehicle once they went back on their word and deal.
I have been to this dealership for past 4 years, but this time is the worst experience. When I got to the service, Anthony Torres said it would be maximum two and half hours for the service. I requested for the Uber just like before, but he refused due to the covid. Then I requested for the shuttle, and he agreed. After waiting for half an hour I requested again. Then he told me the shuttle won‘t be back for another hour, and its better to get a loaner. 15 minutes later the loaner was ready, but I was told I needed to go to the gas station to fill the tank before I returning the car. The round trip from my house to the dealership is 24 miles. Which is probably equal to 1 gallon of gas. They insisted I need to fill the tank, otherwise they would charge me $9 an gallon due to the loaner car policy. I feel like they make it so difficult for the customers. The whole dealership only has one shtttle and only one guest at a time. In the past, they would pay for the Uber but they dont want to pay for one gallon of the gas this time. If they really want to help the customer they can record the mileage. They also should tell me all the situations when I made the appointment. So I had nothing to do for 2 and 1/2 hours. When I told Anthony they were out of creamer for the coffee, he just said that I could go to the sales department to get the creamer myself. After two and half hours, my car was not ready. I went to Anthony then he said okay it would be ready in 5 minutes. I do not know what went wrong. I really think it is ridiculous to go to the gas station to pump one gallon of gas because their policy. If the policy is not reasonable, they should modify the policy. This dealership becomes so unconsiderate and does not really care for customers anymore. I am really disappointed.
Im like everyone else with these reviews wondering how ANYONE can give this dealership more than 1 star. Not only do I think theyre removing negative reviews, but they must be adding fake ones as well. Ive leased Audis my whole life and have spoken and experienced with many dealerships throughout socal, but these guys take the cake when it comes to being disingenuous and disloyal to their customers. I hope whatever lawsuits they currently are in bankrupts this awful dealership. Please do yourself a favor and lease your next audi somewhere else.

The Guy was totally lost and was too chatty he should’ve been concentrating more on what he was doing . I hate to slam or talk bad about anybody but he was misleading and ended up selling additional coverage which didn’t cover what he Stated and then ended up calling me on my drive home to give me the bad news and make his corrections The guy was an idiot . buyer beware When you get to the financing department that guy has no business there .
These guys will say anything to get you interested. Do not trust a word they say. The famous line of we can get you a lower payment, trust us is a load of BS. David Lee was helping my wife try and trade in her 2018 and get her into a new 2020. Every number that was given to her magically changed when it was put on paper. Purchase price of 60 went to 66. Trade in of 48 went down to 37. All said and done, payment was going from 1100 to 1400. Lose my wifes number and email address. We will never purchase another vehicle from your dealership.
Had been shopping around for an Audi A4 for a bit and was between Audi West Covina and another location in Fontana. I was called by Audi Specialist Davide Gilberti and we set up a time to meet. Not only did he meet me outside but had the exact car I came to see ready for a test drive. He was knowledgeable and helpful in the car tour and explanation of services.I decided to purchase an Audi A4 and the negotiation process was easy because the dealership wanted to offer me as many benefits as possible while not impacting cost or keeping it very low. As we waited for financing Davide ensured I was comfortable and had anything I needed as you’d expect from a luxury car dealer.The sales managers Te-Hao Chiu and Nemer Sarriedine were exceptionally awesome and helpful and oversaw the deal exactly as I had expected.Ray Eldenaf, the Finance Manager, called me the next day and let me know there was a minor problem with my deal but that’s only because he found a way for me to save more. I came back and received an even better offer.My key fob battery was low and the team helped me get a replacement battery with no problems.Chris, in the parts department helped me and was fast and knowledgeable to the battery I needed.All in all I had a great experience at Audi West Covina (Envision Motors). I would highly recommend this team.
Went by Monday Night to look at the Q3 or A3. Shadi was great (only reason they got a star... he was a 5Star, only him). It was getting late so we decided pay the down payment and return Thursday to sign all the paper work and pick up the car. Anderson the not so friendly financial manger told us that he willget all the paper work ready. And we will be in and out in no time on Thursday. Was text by Shadi asking us the time we will arrive. I replied: 2-3. We arrived greeted nicely and was asked to have a seat. We arrive shortly 2. We waited to almost 3 and Anderson was not ready for us. So we told them we needed to leave by 3:30. They finally asked Ray to help. I noticed all this time, Ray was standing around at the entrance really doing nothing for a whole hr. We sat down a expressed our discontent of the long wait. Instead of apologizing, Ray went off rudely and said he was doing us a favor. Furthermore, the paper work was not ready, so it took another 30 mins. I have bought new car over the years, never have we feel to insulted and bad customer services. Would have walked out, but the deal was good to pass. the customer service was far below the bar on the manager part. Will never get another car from them. Regret doing busy with they.
Was ready to purchase a CPO Q3. David contacted me and provided me a price for the vehicle I was looking at after negotiating with the GM. I was not able to come in today and informed him that I could come in tomorrow (Saturday).Contacted him before the end of the night on Friday to get a cost worksheet after taxes and fees. He then informed me that the price will increase if I come in tomorrow (with less than 1 hour before they close).Fraud dealership and will reneg on a deal that’s already was already agreed upon. Good thing I contacted them prior to closing. Otherwise I would have wasted a 2 hour drive to the dealership on Saturday only to find out the bait and switch tactics on the price.Will deal with a different dealership who won’t screw your over instead.
This dealer only play games all day long. And make no deal at all. Imaging agreed price had gone up when you showed up. They are not selling cars. They are the worst dealership in the country messing around. Imaging a son could destroy daddy’s businesses.

Brittny in the service department provided FIRST class customer service. I had my windshield replaced by another shop and the job was not done properly. I was irritated with the delay and extra costs that were involved with having to take my vehicle in for the second time. Brittny calmingly assured me that she would ensure that the job was done correctly and within my tight time frame. She delivered on both accounts! This dealership is an absolute fraud. The advisor manager didnt inform me how much would be cost on my repair. Then, they told me the bill for which I need to pay much more than my insurance deductibles. I understand the OEM parts are more expensive than after market one, but they still should have got my permission ahead of repair. In addition, my finger was cut off by glass scatters on my seat when I was checking out to see if the cleaning job had been done nicely. I will never buy Audi due to this horrible experience.

Not fixed at all. They charge $1200 for just checking the engine. Now after I sent almost ($4000 for 2 times) but the engine still has problem.First time I went here for my car (engine light problem ) after they fixed I drove less than 20 miles the engine light turned one again so I went back the dealer with the same day and they still say need $1500 more to fix the engine light off. For me it is like scam. So disappointed with this dealer. (They never pick your phone up)Sent $4000 already here but problem not salvoed.Finally, I decided go some where else then I found out there is a repair shop they only need just $700 to repair it and even suggested me to write this review because they are really try to scam me.The dealer even though me go and report them where ever I like to. Called about a used vehicle and Raymond said it was a available. He called me back 10 minutes before I go there to tell me he would get the car ready. When I got there he told me it had sold. Why would he be getting a car ready that someone else was already negotiating on? He wasted A LOT of my time.

My expectations were reasonable if slightly aggressive and I laid them out on arrival. We quickly reached a deal with no pressure tactics or games. Bad dealer for service. Oil change with appointmenttook 4 hrs. The bill was low so the car wash is down so they claim. No COVID CLEANING either. They did not even bother call to tell us that the car is ready. We had to call. Waited 10 min to pay in 100 Deg heat. Disrespect. No care for COVID, they drive your car with no gloves. Their offices are so small with closed doors, no way you can practice social distancing. Shut down this operation. Amateurs in customerservice. Will try Ontario Audi next time.
I came here for a car and I got one, I just wish the dealer had more employees working. Maybe I came on a bad day but there was a ton of people and not many workers. I did get a good deal!
POOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT - Bought my first AUDI, I went back to the dealership to get acquainted with my car. Have the agent explain to me few things on functions and capabilities. Part of the deal was to have the APPLE CAR PLAY, asked the agent how it works and when we plug the cable on my IPHONE, car play wont work and found out that the system of the car is not updated. I asked agent to have it updated so APPLE CAR PLAY starts to work. After a few minutes he came back to me and mentioned that I have to pay $785.00. Why do I have to pay for something that is part of the deal. He tried to get the help of the managers and owner whos in there but all of them DO NOT WANT TO HELP. I told them if Im not gonna get what I was told I might as well return the car and get my down payment of $2,000.00 down. he went back many times and ask those managers/ owner how hell settle it. it is SO SAD that all those managers and owner himself told him to tell me to go ahead get a lawyer and I wont get my money back and if theyll replace my car for another car with car play it will be TRADE IN and will pay what ever that is included in the trade in. I bought is Saturday night and its only new Saturday morning when these things happened. THOSE managers and owner are heartless people. They didnt even bother to talk to me and see how can they help to resolved the problem, they refused to deal with it and let the poor agent take care of it. It couldve been nice if at lease one of them came up to us and help out. I just realized - To them once you get out of the door, signed the papers, took your money is done and no more customer satisfaction/support. Very sad
Bait and switch. My wife recently made an appointment for an old change advertise on their website for 69.99 and once the car was there they said it was 129.99. Audi should be ashamed of dealers like this.i trusted this dealer for many years and have brought our older model Audis have never had a problem. We have notice and many faces come and go and never had a problem till now.
They lied and told me I had to get extended warranty or bank wouldnt finance me I was trading in a a civic which had less then a year left in its lease I knew I would have negative equity but the problem was they still have not fully paid it off and my credit was even brought down because they did not fully pay it off as promised on contract but they are selling it still from investigation. They also illegally told me I needed to get the warrantys and added service which within 30 days I told them I wanted to cancel after discovering that was a lie . Since then not only has the car continuously had problems I have not even even able to have it canceled no able to claim use of it so Im not only paying for it Im not even able to use the useless free money in their pockets . They said wait 8 weeks and it should show but wow its been way passed that and I still see the same amount financed instead of deducted as promised I understand my monthly will be the same but it would shorten the pay off time which I dont see anything has even gone into affect I have the copy of cancellation which he stated would cover gap and the maintenance service and appearance protection plan and extended warranty all in one . LIES not a single thing was canceled I believe I may need to do legal action because they must expect me to just give up so they can keep taking money out of my pockets . Dont ever buy Audi atleast from here even Mackenna Audi has told agreed this place is horrible and people are always lied to here .

Dont fall for their 69.99 oil change. Its a bait and switch. I called to confirm the night before and they agreed to the price . Once I arrived to service the give me a price of 125. Ive have been going here for many years and this is horrible service from any dealership especially from an Audi dealership. Please go somewhere else.
This dealer used to be good but they changed their no limits concierge loaner policies and reduced their loaner fleet. Now they never have any available unless you book your appointment very far in advance. It absolutely kills the experience for me. I expect the best when I think of Audi. My 16 Q5 has treated me well but the dealer should pay as much attention to after-sale service as it does to with the actual sale. Instead of making you sit and wait for your vehicle to get serviced and giving you another sales pitch for an upgrade to a newer vehicle. Penske needs to stop cutting costs on the things that make people want to get an Audi.
I have very good experience buying a CPO Audi Q5 from the Penske West Covina dealer. I enjoyed working for along time with Joseph, Internet Manager, who was excellent - very professional, courteous, patient with my taking the time for a few weeks searching the right CPO Audi. He quickly provided me with all the information I need on different cars to find the right fit for me without any sales pressure. I also liked the opportunity to discuss the car with their Audi tech person - super nice guy - who explained in details the work he completed on the car under the Audi certification program. In addition, I enjoyed working out the financial details with the finance managers, Vianka and Ted - both very professional and pleasure to work with. Overall, it was very good experience especially comparing it to some other LA-based Audi dealers who were more aggressive for my taste and made up some narratives for quick sales. I will update this review for Penske for the post-sale service department at the time of regular maintenance.

First time buying an Audi, and it was a very positive experience. Jack Shen was our salesman, and he was very patient, knowledgeable, and straight forward. Also F&I manager, Ted, was friendly and not pushy. Weve purchased a lot of vehicles, and its refreshing not getting the sales games and pitches.
The exact situation happened to me on 07/17/17. Chris Martin was my advisor as well. I had come to the service department knowing already what was wrong with my car. Chris proceeded to tell me the same information I already knew and still charged me 160. Chris exhibited poor customer service, even though this dealership highlights their excellent customer service on their website. Also, according to the website, the service center offers a complimentary diagnostic. The complimentary diagnostic they offer online is not what you expect to get when you arrive at this Audi dealership. I was willing to pay more to have my 2010 Audi A4 fixed at the Audi dealership, but based on the poor service I received, I regret my decision to bring it to this dealership. Moving forward, I will have my car taken to another mechanic because this was a complete waste of time and money.
Joseph Hernandez was an awesome and professional salesman. He helped reassure me that I was making the right with Penske Audi. He showed me what I wanted to see and didn’t pressure me into anything I didn’t want. I had a budget and helped me get into the car I wanted and even saved me money staying under budget.
Pretty good but they arent the speediest in getting the simple maintenance done (2 hours for an oil change? Really?) Certain sales folks are good but not all. They gave some pretty good deals so Ill rate them higher.
I have taken my Audi to Penske West Covina for service and was very pleased with the staff. Since that time I have referred people (my business partner among others) who have purchased vehicles from the dealership. Vianca delivered a new All Road to my business associate and he could not have been more pleased. Thanks Penske, I would have no problem sending more people your way in the future.
Davit is Great! We drove down from Los Angeles to get our Audi. Their prices are competitive and the sales staff very friendly and knowledgeable.
The salesperson has been very dedicated to get me in the car that I wanted.She succeeded against all odds. At all times she was courteous and professional. A very positive experience.
Service department is very helpful, but if you need a courtesy car reserve it when you set up your appointment.
So I recently brought my A8 2013 in for a small repair they forgot to put back in the under body screws and when I called to inquire on this Chris told me if I drive the car for a trip the screws fall out them selves and pretty much said the car FALLS APART ITSELF AS YOU DRIVE ON LONG TRIP needless to say it will be the last time I ever go there for service and if you plan on it I would strongly reconsider going somewhere else. For anyone looking to read a feedback about this dealership especially their sales department, Let me start by saying DO NOT fall for the negative reviews that you may read. I’m not affiliated with them and have no personal relationship besides being a customer- a new customer. That said, I’m very familiar with the car purchasing process as I trade in, lease or purchase vehicles almost every year an half between myself and my family. That said, I researched almost every dealership between AZ and CA (I reside in AZ) and ended up driving five hours from Phoenix to West Covina to purchase a car. Here’s few reasons why this place is the place to go for the right deal and the right experience:-The team at this dealership are truly amazing. I had the best communication via emails before I drove. I connected with Grace who is one of the best sales rep in the industry. Simply because she would give all the information you need and answer any questions you may have and trust me, I had many.-Due yo the great and clear communications I had with Grace and based on the great pricing I found on the car (again I did a lot of comparisons) I decided to drive from Phoenix. When we arrived the car was pulled out and ready for our test drive.-When the time came to make the deal, every person we interacted with was mite than helpful including other seller reps who had nothing to do with the deal. Just there to assist and answer questions.-Davit the sales manger is truly a person you can trust to get a good deal from. I can’t thank him enough for his patience with us and his professional manners. Everything was clear and easy to process.-Getting to finance and interacting with Ray (Ribal) was another great experience. Nothing to hide, clear details and to the point paperworks. He is one of the kindest people you’d meet (and you don’t see that a lot at a car dealership).Bottom line, if you are in the market for an Audi and/or a great deal and great experience, Audi West Covina and the team from the GM, to Sales manger, Finance and sales will not disappoint you and they will do everything in their power to have a satisfied customer and provide an outstanding experience. DON’T listen to the negative reviews. Most of the time, the upset customer is the one who likely to leave a review VS a satisfied customer and in any business, you can’t always please everyone and do what they want. Every business do run in to some hiccups. Big thank to Martin, Sam and Tony for their help correcting the issue. I just wont count on service department from this dealer. Parts department are great tho. Bought certified 2013 A6 with service plan for 35k and 45k Miles. Bring the car in for 35k miles, service rep are quite ignorant. For my 45k miles, Ive decided to bring my car to another dealer. Long behold, service records show 45k service has been used for my 35k. Record also indicate my 35k service was used before I purchase the car. Sam pull it through for me.
Always good service and take care of the small issues quickly. Got engine oil quickly refilled though they are very busy today!
Great experience. Facility was immaculate, staff were very friendly, and our sales person, Kayla, was exceptional. Very surprising how knowledgeable she was on this vehicle, and her personality was extremely pleasant to work with.

My husband leased a Audi Q5 last year, and we bought the Audi care package as well. A very unprofessional service staff lady named Amber charged us $168 out of pocket when my husband went to do the 1st time oil change service. My husband told her that he came just for the oil change. That’s it. However, She urged him to do an alignment check for his Audi. Our Audi only has 10K miles within the last 10 months; and I don’t understand why and how she was asking him to do the useless stupid service. This is the first time we lease Audi and we don’t know about the oil change service. We are not familiar with it. I have a BMW,and they never charge me any! The only thing we know is the sales informed us the oil change would be free bc we have Audi care. My husband repeats his self; he only needs the oil change and asked Amber does anyone must to do the alignment? She said, “Yes,” and forced my husband to sign his name. My husband thought if he doesnt sign. Otherwise, they won’t take his car nor do the oil change. Then he signed. Thats why I said Amber is unprofessional, she instigated my husband and told him he must have to do it and pay for it. Its not fair; she can explain to my husband that Audi recommend the alignment service, but he has the right to decide on the alignment instead of forcing him and telling him, ‘Yes. Everyone has to do it’!!What a tricky answer. We tried to clarify the truth to her manager. However, the manager is so rude to us. I can’t imagine how he runs his office with the strong attitude. He ran away with saying that he could gave us a 19 dollars discount.Besides that,he couldn’t do anything for us. It is not about money! Its about Audi staff, Audi service, and Audi reputation! I know Audi is a big company, but it doesnt mean you dont need to care about customer service. Audi makes me upset, all right. We can go somewhere else. Not only your company sells cars. I prefer the service rather than cars. As I said, you are willing to make us upset; you are going to miss more customers. The customer service is always the most important. We wont get Audi anymore.
I visited the dealership with the intention of test driving an A4 and told the salesman that I was also considering a Cadillac ATS and BMW 3 Series. He stated that people know when they want to buy an Audi, if youre thinking about a Cadillac you should buy a Cadillac and BMW comes with fake leather This man was ignorant of his competition, both the BMW and Cadillac are widely considered superior sports sedans. I bought the ATS and am happy that the only other car considered its competitor is the 3 Series. With this attitude Audi will always be chasing rather than competing.
Audi West Covina and James Gideon have earned my future business - This has been the most hassle-free car buying experience ever. I saw a car that I liked online and within 60 seconds of receiving my inquiry, I receive an email - we went over pricing, down payment, etc - They were able to shop and get me an excellent rate for my credit situation. I drove all the way from Murrieta with hesitation but the car was perfect and all the terms were as stated.My car payment was even lower than the original quote. James demonstrated thorough knowledge of the Audi product and was very enthusiastic to show me all the features in my car.Bottom line is the prices there cant be beat and there wasnt any high pressure sales tactics. My next car will definitely be from Penske Audi and James
Started with process with carguru and was connected with Xiomy and she was on top of her game with details and finally landed to a deal in less than hour. As I am 400 miles away from the dealership, I wanted to hold the car and I was told to talk to Davit (The most unprofessional Sales Manager). He stated I cant put a deposit down to hold the car to come get it next day, so I had no option to just take the risk till next day. I booked a ticket for next day afternoon, and I the morning I found out the car was sold. Loss money in ticket. Two days got a email and call for the Xiomy again that we have the car back on sale. I decided to give them an opportunity to fix the deal again, told them I will come next day in the morning. Working out the final numbers Xiomy again, she said Manager refused to keep his words on the previous numbers and now he wanted a higher number as the other deal was possibly at a higher number. Talk to Davit (Unprofessional Sales Manager), he stated now he was HOLDING the car for the customer (but last time he refused to hold the car for me). He said he will follow up and let me know if the car gets sold that night to customer he is holding for (so he was holding on the vehicle for 3 days), if he may sell me the car next day and let me know what the final price would be, even a number was already communicated and confirmed via email. Xiomy did she could do in her control, but it seemed like Davit held the car for a friend/family member and had other customer lingered around as a back offer and wasted their time and money. This is with the worse experience with any Audi Dealership so far. If youre ready this, I say move on and find a better dealer, West Covina Dealer is not the place where you an expect honest service.
I love my Audi Q7 and I love Penske Audi in West Covina even more! Fortunately, my car isnt in the shop very often. But when I need regular maintenance, the service department is amazingly fast. This is a dealership that continues to follow through for you, even after youve purchased your car.
The entire team at West Covina Audi are great from a service perspective. They are always keeping me and my husband (Hector.M) abreast on the status of our Audi cars when we bring them for service. We have purchased 4 Audi vehicles from them. They treat us like family.
This is my fourth Audi purchase but my first one from Penske Audi in West Covina. I read some of the reviews and agree that they went out of their way to help me in getting the car that I wanted. I was looking for a car for my mother with no options but certain color combinations. I did my homework, knew what I wanted and what I was looking to pay. It was a seamless transaction. There was no pressure. I shopped a lot before I ended up there and paid a fair price for the vehicle I purchased.

Prior to the change in ownership (previously Penske Audi West Covina), nothing but good things to say about every part of the dealership - from service to sales. Now, under the new owner, the only positive remains the way the service department treats you. Other than them, absolutely horrific experience. From reception, to sales Mgr, to finance Mgr., basically everyone other than service advisors are abhorrent. Also, with the ownership change, I’ve noticed a marked increase in their service pricing. I maintain that the service advisors treat you well and are very courteous, but the new ownership’s service pricing is ridiculously higher than other, local Audi dealers. Try Ontario (15 minutes to the east of them) for a better pricing experience. I will never never never buy anything from these people again. *If* I ever step foot in this place it will be AFTER I buy a service package from another, less ripoff dealer for closer to MSRP just to have them do a regular, prepaid service (to repeat, I’m not giving these people any of my money, ever).Save yourself a horrific experience of coming here for anything other than a prepaid service you bought from someone else!
Avoid like the plague. The salesmen are rude and dont acknowledge their customers as they walk through the door. I had been looking to purchase a car that day, but I took my money elsewhere as the customer service was an extreme deal breaker for me. I initially came here because it was the closest Audi dealership to me, but now I would rather drive further away. All in all, terrible experience. Never again.

I have been to Penske Audi West Covina twice since purchasing my Audi A6 from Riverside Audi. On both occasions I was assisted by Service Advisor Chris Martin. The 1st time I had a question and the 2nd time it was for my 5,000 mile service. I have had three BMWs over the past 10 years but I have never been help more than what I received from Chris and the Penske Audi West Covina Dealership. Helpful, knowledgeable, and without a doubt, exceeded my wishes for reliable assistance.West Covina will be where I continue going to receive service and help in the future!!

Service department wastes customers time. On the phone, Taylor told me to bring in my car for a free diagnostic. Arrived for my appointment the next morning, my car sat for 20 minutes where I parked it, finally called into Chris office. Car never moves an inch. He tells me a diagnostic will be $160. I told him what Taylor said, he gives me some excuse of that is a general diagnostic, but this is a more thorough diagnostic. Says he has to charge as he cant waste his mechanics time, but I guess they are okay wasting customers time.

Even though the show room was empty other than salesmen, no one seemed interested in helping. After flagging a guy down and asking about several models, he not only seemed disinterested but also uninformed about competitors when I asked for comparisons.
I highly recommend Alex Lee for all your Audi service needs.I took my Audi S5 to Penske back in January for a Pre Purchase Inspection report. Anytime I had a problem or question, Alex responded swiftly and honestly. He also provided me with an uber ride back to my work, and an uber ride to pick up my car. We were here to lease our 3rd Audi, which originally through Penske. New ownership now.I am only giving 2 stars because Xiomy was AMAZING. Otherwise, I would give 0 stars due to the Sales Manager working this past Sunday evening 3/3/19, Bianca. She would not even budge and work with us, and did not even support her sales agents by coming over to us and talking to us. She left them to be the messenger, which is not only unsupportive to their customers, but also unsupportive to their sales staff. The very next day we were able to buy the car we wanted at the price we were targeting and was our max amount, the same amount we put on the table the night before. Davit the sales manager working Monday, the day we bought my car was very nice and thanked us for allowing us to put their car in our drive way. 5 stars for Xiomy and Fernando, but 0 stars for Bianca.
Really friendly sales and service staff. Easy to get an appointment on the day you wanna come in. They offer car wash when vehicle is serviced and comes out looking really good.

My wife and I visited Penske Audi, West Covina and met Mr. Ken Lam, he spend great amount of time with us to explain all different features of the car after carefully understanding our requirements. He was very patient, soft spoken and knowledgeable salesperson about the car we were looking for. We stopped by at other Audi dealers nearby but salesperson satisfaction we got from Mr. Ken Lam only. He kept a good follow up throughout our shopping period and called me immediately when he received a 2014 Q5 3.0 TDI, First regretting about our choice of color then mentioned about rest of the features we were looking for. Him being too nice and polite to us so we ignored the color of our choice and bought on October 13th, 2013 in white color. If you are ready to purchase a Audi, look for Mr. Ken Lam only. Thanks to him again for ignoring his Grand Mothers Birthday Party and helped us to purchase the car. My wife and I felt too bad about him missing his Grand Mothers Birthday Party.
Their service department is really bad. It takes forever for small repairs. The service rep never gives update. I call them several times and left message. The rep never call back. I went 3 times for the same problem they never fixed it.
Super helpful and they work hard to meet what you can afford.
