This review is about the truck rental dept. Every other truck place, Ryder, Penske, enterprise, Avon, Quixote, were all out of 16’ Isuzu trucks with a lift gate. Except this place. Daily rate was great. Mileage rate & location not so great. Overall service & truck condition was superior.

I called two other Buick dealers and they couldnt help me. One dealership did not even answer their phone. The other said an oil change and battery replacement would take 5 days. When I called Reynolds, they told me they would get to it right away. They were friendly, diligent and did a great job! I got my car back the same day and was able to pick my husband up at LAX the next. Even though Reynolds Buick is further away for me, I will always go their first.

Everything went great with my first service at Reynolds GMC, however I was surprised at the $35.00 charge for a road test to check the vibration with the brakes. Jack did ask if I wanted a road test, which I approved, but I didnt know it would be billable. In fairness, the service cost less than the estimate so moving forward I will need to ask for more detail while requesting services.

This was by far the best experience. I went to multiple dealerships in the San Diego County area. Their customer service was horrible.One phone call with Jeff lead to Mark at Reynolds and he took great care of me. He gave me straight forward answers even before I went up to the dealership (160 mi). Mark worked the deal the best he could and his co worked even join in to ensure I was getting the best price. I’ve never experienced such respect and class when it came to car buying. Nor have any sales persons just volunteered incentives genuinely trying to get you the best price when you already were convinced to purchase. This was my first New car purchase and I would make the drive again. I called my family just to brag on the experience as soon as I left, I didn’t tell them anything about the suv. It was that good! When I tell you superior customer service! I MEAN IT!Keep it up team, you can tell they are a team there and operate like a family! It’s not a competition. I can see why people travel from all over to this dealership.

It could not of been more easier than it was. Everyone was very courteous and the entire process was very smooth. Mr. Bob Andringa made signing very simplistic while yet being very thorough on what we were signing. Within 30 minutes we were completed. Yet, the real Thank You goes to Danny Isida who we initially spoke and worked with in searching for our new Yukon Denali. Initially our wait time for our new car was going to be about 5-6 months. But with Dannys due diligence we had it in 3 weeks. By the time we arrived on site to view our new car everything had already been prepared for us to drive it home. It was what we exactly wanted and in the end we were and are very happy in turning to Reynolds Buick GMC for our new SUV. Thank You to all!!

I am super happy with the service team at your dealership, Jack and the team have been nothing short of amazing in helping me out. My issue is that after 7 visits to the dealership my engine light came on again after the last visit. From my first Visit in September of 2020 until now the same codes keep coming up and my engine light comes on. Now my truck is out of warranty and I just spent $1,000 on this last visit and the light came on within 24 hours of me paying the invoice and picking up the truck. I feel these visits should be covered under the warranty since the problem was never properly resolved while the truck was under warranty. I need to escalate this situation to a higher lever within the dealership and coordinate with the GM Corporate to fix this truck properly.

Overall professionalism. Rudy and Danny were both extremely professional and courteous during the entire transaction process. Rudy was very informative and Danny was able to assist in all other aspects during the process. Prior to speaking with Rudy, Danny was very professional in returning calls and explaining questions and I had regarding a different vehicle purchase that we were interested in Before actually going with the final purchase that we made of the 2021 elevation.

Kudos for this dealership,Let me begin by saying throughout my life long experience of purchasing new or used cars ( many years) This is the first time I walked in and walked out happy.Starting from the initial inquiry, the salesman, Mr. Kennedy was very honest in answering all my questions. The loan process was so short and good, not going back and forth dealing with the finance manager. I had already had bad experiences with a salesperson from a dealer in Ontario.CA. I purchase a 2019 Denali Hd here and have done my routine service here since. After today, I dont think I will be returning here for service. I asked the mechanic if he could check my transmission for an intermittent hard kick downshifting and he said his technicians are not properly trained to diagnose Allison transmissions. I asked if he would atleast document my concern and he refused. I asked another mechanic and he said it is normal because the transmission is still breaking in. I asked another mechanic and he said I have to leave the truck for about a week and he will see if someone could test drive it. I will likely be doing my service somewhere else for now on.

I had an appointment for an oil and filter change. Once again, Jack got me all signed inand the work started. While waiting for the work to be completed, Omar and I engaged in a conversation about a new truck. He took the time to escort me up to the lot, obtain the keys to a vehicle so I could inspect it. Keep in mind, Omar is not in sales, but he recognized our past customer relationship and educated me and pointed out some of the new changes on the newer trucks on the sales lot. A couple hours later, my vehicle was done, washed, and I was on my way. Reynolds is first class in my opinion.

I was able to be Squeezed in for a 7:30 am Monday morning appointment from Friday from a Dead Battery. Charged my old Battery for verification ( dealer battery w/warranty ) was done in 2 hours, replace with a new battery. Great as usual.

Please note: this review has ZERO to do with my service adviser!! He’s not at fault for the issues with the actual mechanics or shop foreman etc. After my previous experiences with your dealership with “Angel” in the commercial truck service. He tried to rip me off with un needed repairs. And I caught him at it. I had documentation from another dealership (Thorson Pasadena) and - repair place “Domestic Diesel” in Chino Ca.I understand now it is a couple years later and Angel no longer works for your dealership. So I give it a second try and visit your dealership for my 2018 3500 Denali dually truck with only 13k plus miles on odometer. Somehow they spilled a ton of oil inside my chassis and frame rails and it’s been leaking in my driveway ever since. I had to return to make sure they didn’t leave anything loose or defective. They supposedly washed the oil off. It’s been days and my driveway still shows signs of an oil mess. This has costed me much time returning to your dealership, buying special products to clean my driveway, etc… I intend on sharing my recent experience on YELP….. this is completely unacceptable. I have not received a phone call following up or even to offer to clean my driveway etc….. horrible experience for the SECOND TIME. I had a purchase a bundle oil service coupons. I would like a refund. I have no confidence in your service DEPT. In addition. They booked me for a second service recall. They performed the same recall twice?? Or maybe just wanted to be paid twice……

I had a horrible experience with the service department, the management keeps changing, hiring new people, I bought tires there and when I needed service they changed the terms and I had difficulty getting them to service the tires. Then they put the wrong name on car warranty and refused to service the car. I have bought several cars from them in the past. I will not go back to this dealership. I was basically called a liar and was treated terrible. For me these people don’t care about you only money. Beware

It took the engine light away but I still have the same sputtering problem. Jack has advised me to drive it straight to the shop when I experience the issue as it is very intermittent. On the last day of the month my lease was up and i needed a vehicle within a couple days. After hours of negotiation, the sale rep, the sales manager, and i agreed on a price to include the GM factory military/first responder discount program and GM rebate or interest rate promotion that ended that day. After about an hour the GM stopped the deal because he did not want to honor the GM factory military/first responder discount program. I am not thrilled about wasting each others time and for a GM to want to stop a deal because he thinks he can make more the next month when promotions change is just rude.I made arrangements the next day with another dealer to purchase a similar vehicle with the discounts and have the car delivered to me the following day. I had to go through the whole negotiation process and run my credit again. That afternoon the Reynolds sales rep called me back and said the GM agreed to let the deal happen. Good for me as it was my first choice in vehicle but i was still sour about the whole deal and so was the other dealership as i had them draft all the paperwork and prepare a driver for delivery from the valley to the IE.The sales rep was very helpful and compassionate the entire time. Id recommend him but the GM is iffy.

After taking my GMC Terrain to one mechanic who told me I needed a new engine and more recently a new fuel pump, I decided to take a chance on this dealer based on the favorable Google reviews. AAA had California Coach tow my car into Reynolds Buick-GMC and Ben, my Reynolds service agent was fantastic. I told him that my husband said I didnt drive the car often enough and I said to Ben these cars are run by computers not carburetors. Having replaced the fuel pump I thought it might be one of two sensors or the Throttle Body. Ben listened to me about the constant stalling, engine lights on and off and low power. Ben gave me confidence in Reynolds and he kept me informed along the way. My care needed the Throttle Body cleaned and the ECM replaced and it has been running great since the repairs. Dont be afraid to go to a reputable dealer for repairs. They know their cars. I will be going to Reynolds from now on. And another nice thing about Reynolds, they washed my car. Thank you

The 5 stars are for the outward display of good customer service rendered by everyone I spoke with during this ordeal. However, it is unfair and unfortunate (to customers) that your company did not honor the very expensive extended warranty I purchased when I purchased my vehicle at your store in 2014. I know you couldnt care less as I am only one customer and dont make any difference to your bottom line. This was a very expensive repair and I can fathom only one reason why it wasnt covered under warranty - deception.This experience has taught me a valuable lesson about extended warranties and I will never purchase another one.I was recommended to your store by a family friend of one of your employees and I have personally recommended others to visit Reynolds when shopping for a new vehicle. I expected a better outcome.The only silver lining in this scenario is that I am blessed with the ability to pay the ridiculous price you charged me for the repairs and my GMC Sierra 2500HD is awesome. As for the warranty, it is worthless and you shouldnt sell something so worthless because the quality of the vehicles you sell speak for themselves.Thank you for the opportunity to vent.Carl

Not only did he communicate with me each step of the way, but he was very easy to deal with and made sure that the process of using the extended service contract our vehicle had, was simple and painless. My wife and I have leased Buicks for Reynolds for many years. I is and has been a pleasant process with no hiccups or surprises. That being said, this last experience has left us dismayed. A couple of months after returning a vehicle and taking the lease on a new one, we received a delinquent DMV Renewal notice. A message was left on the dealerships website (with our contact info). Also, the sales person was contacted via email. Both messages requested confirmation that this matter has been corrected.As of today, we have heard not one iota from this dealership about this matter. New messages have been sent but what gives? There may not be another Buick in the future.

Jack Carter, Service Advisor at Reynolds GMC West Covina, was knowledgeable and very customer focused with the repairs that were required to place by 2007 Denali back on the road quickly. The dealership is actively following the state mandated Covid 19 safety requirements. ALL staff maintained the mandatory facial mask requirements dutifully and might say even cheerfully. Facility was constantly cleaned and wiped down by designated staff. Customer lounge and restrooms were clean and well maintained.A very positive experience!

Please do your research before buying a car here. I was told by the Salesman that I was buying a 2021 GMC Acadia with a 4 Cylinder 2.0 Liter, turbo charged engine, and turns out I can home with a 4 Cylinder 2.5 Liter naturally aspirated motor. I had told Chuck Rhodes about the incident, and he told me theres nothing he can do, since they dont make a turbocharged motor for this car. Turns out they do make a turbocharged motor for the 2021 GMC Acadia. Please fellas, if the General Manager doesnt know much about the vehicles General Motors sells, then proceed with caution before buying a vehicle here, do your research, and do not trust everything the salesman tells you.

The Internet Mgr. was very informative, direct and easy to deal with. I shopped around with two other dealerships and they promised things they could not delivered. Reynolds was my first visit and the other two did not come close to making a deal. I returned to Reynolds and the Mgr. kept his word and we closed the deal.

Jack Carter was awesome and funny as always. Although he could not solve my issue with my Infotainment system the mechanic (Steve) was also very helpful and very professional.He also ordered a new system in order to solve my issue. Hopefully I dont have to wait to long for it to arrive, its now in GMs hands.
