After 8 hours dealing with Apple support, I went in and came out with a phone that was fully functional. I am so glad I decided to see if they were open. Such a blessing. Took my tablet to get repair for LCD replacement, got it returned in 3 days; it was worse than it had before. whoever is doing their repairs needs to learn how to properly do repairs again. The home button on the device wasnt properly placed. The screen wasnt not inserted correct, as were the screen started popping off on its own after 3hrs of receiving it.I took it back the next day, and they said they could fix it again so I left it with them for 2 days, and same issue and it had touch responds issues too.Completely frustrating! I wouldnt recommend getting any device here repaired. Good customer service but their repair services needs to be way better.Look somewhere else to get it professionally repaired!

My niece wanted her phone fixed for her birthday. We came here and they were extremely friendly, gave us a great deal, and made sure she left happy! Cesar and Victor made my nieces birthday extra special.

Caesar has wonderful customer service skills! Hes professional and fast in identifying what the problem was with my phone (bad charging port). He ordered the new replacement part and also changed out my screen. The whole process took less than 30 minutes and now I dont have to throw away hundreds of dollars on a new phone. Definitely would recommend trying out Easyifix if you guys need your phone or tablets fixed! Ask for Caesar!

Came here today, had to get my screen fix and speaker sound was not working on my iphone 6. Caeser and staff there were very friendly and professional. Was told to leave my phone and come back in 40 minutes while they fix it. Left and came back and was told they didn’t have the part they need and to go back tomorrow. Extremely unprofessional to not even take my phone number down to call me and give me a heads up just in case anything happened. Going to a different location that does it for $10 cheaper.

If you happen to be a Metro PCS member And may also need to make some changes to your plan, etc., this location is also connected with a Metro PCS store witch makes it more convenient. Plus, there is a great shop right across from the store.If you come to this location you will not be disatisfied. This business owner is fake, beware of him. He may steal your money. Purchase a fire stick from OfferUp and I have a text message exchange. He said no refund and he also said I dont care. He also sent text message that l got your money you are screwed. And then he said LOL. Think before you trust this business owner. Many of those reviews are fake. He flat out says that hes not taking any responsibility for his product or service.

IPhone 6s Plus is so cheap to do a screen repair it’s 65 dollars and unlike Apple Apple says 250 dollars to repair a screen I will 100% tell this to a cracked iPhone owner.👍👍👍
