Had the Worst experience ever in this store. I walked in for a new phone talk to someone named Albert he told me he could not help me I had to call a special 800 number to order a new phone and pretty much sent me away I was very upset.I am reading other reviews and this store needs a better customer service or a better manager to manage this store.

This place is the worst Verizon store in West Covina! I honestly thought they were busy but I see they are lazy and unprofessional! I will be going back for the persons name, I will be filing a complaint with the company, and let’s see how Verizon feels loosing a business account….
I have never experienced such bad customer service. The reps are so unwilling to help and lack people skills. All I heard were excuses why they couldnt help. Never going back to this location again!!

Worst customer service ever. My brother went in to replace his phone. We waited forever to have someone help us. Finally when we were being helped we explain to the guy that we are willing to pay full price and just need to replace a phone that is on an existing, active line. What does he do, he tries to sells us a tablet, accessories, and an increase in the plan coverage. We politely say no and he then says Well I cant help you, you are going to have call Verizon and have the phone ship to you. He gave us some excuse on how its company policy. We walked over the Best Buy and had no problem buying it at full price and switching the phone. I would think that if it was company policy, Best Buy would say no as well. For this reason Im canceling my service and switching. Only visit this store if you are looking to start a new plan. Other than that they dont want to be bothered.

My experience with this store was good. I upgraded my IPhone 6 to a 7. I was able to return my iPhone 6 and use $$ toward the I phone 7. Transaction went very smooth and they had a nice promotion that was great! I had John and another guy help me out the service was good!
Worst customer service in the world. The chunky Mexican with glasses is so damn rude. Does not want to waste time with anyone He cuts you off when you are trying to explain anything to him all he can so is tell you to call customer service. Doesnt want to be bothered. Not only is he rude Verizon is so expensive. To talk to a customer service rep it is 7.00. To print your bill it is a charge. Ridiculous!!!! Pay attention to your bill they sneak charges in and then dont let you cancel, this is the reason I switched to T Mobile and have been so happy since! Rude employees and high prices!
My husband and I purchased new note 4 phones. My husband had previously purchased the Galaxy 5 and he didnt like it, so he got the Note 4, in which these phones are nice and fast. The service at this location was actually really good. The manager was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I recommend this store.
Beware of the business rep. Emilio Belloni. Lacks accountability on what he proposes and did not represent the product truthfully. Too many problems to list on this review. Ive owned a company for 8 years, would not treat my own customers in the same manner - otherwise Id be out of business. (And that will continue as the response to this message will not offer solutions, but state a PC message that is to imply being helpful. But far from it once you actually speak with someone).
Came here to make some changes and cancel some. Found that you cant disconnect here but need to call. Now good luck to you all trying to disconnect from them...
Got temp screen protectors in Sept. Was suppose to recieve them in the mail but didnt. Went to this store and got them replaced no hassle. Great customer service!
Took my wife’s iPhone X that we purchased on 5/17/19 at Costco Verizon in Eastvale. On Friday it became very hot while my wife was talking on it. Saturday it was dead. Took to the Verizon at West Covina Mall and they tried to turn it on and couldn’t. told us that it wasn’t in warranty and since we didn’t purchase insurance we needed to purchase new phone. I asked about the warranty and he showed me on the Verizon account that my phone was no longer covered. His info and my were in conflict. We took the phone to Apple in Brea and they replaced under Warranty with no problem. The people in the Verizon store in West Covina Mall can not be trusted.

The service representatives are quite friendly and professional and knowledgeable. They guided me through my plan and offered a less costly alternative plan with cost savings . Verizon has improved dramatically the level of services and reduced the wait time.
I would not recommend this place. The manager lied and sold us unnecessary items he said we needed. I know he took advantage of my situation, I had my three children with me and I just went in for something minimal. He insisted on extra items and said he was giving me a “managers deal” but on my next bill, I got charged for all the “free” items I qualified for. Never again will I go to this store. This manager would be a great politician, I eventually called corporate and filed a complaint. I will be taking my service to another company because of this experience.

I went to this store for the new Galaxy 10+. First, they told me that my phone will be ready today. I paid the phone but today when I got to get it they dont have it ready. The manager BRANDON RODRIGUEZ with a very bad attitude told to call UPS to get the info by myself. Instead I went to El Monte inside Toyota dealer and they gave me an amazing service and the phone immediately. Never comeback to this place again. All of them are in their phone texting and do not care the costumers.
Came in, no one approach me or provided any sort of resemblance of an attempt to help. Walk to the check out and the rep helping a couple made eye contact but did not even acknowledge me. Normally I do not leave bad reviews or any review but this was bad.
Have been having some frustrating issues dealing with Asurion over a lost phone claim so Ive been to six or seven different Verizon stores over the last week (I travel for work, so I go to whichever is closest at the time) and this store was the first one I have gone to where the employee I dealt with immediately helped connect me to Asurion to check on the issue. I forget the employees name but I am very appreciative; I was able to finally figure out what the problem was this time and hopefully it will be resolved quickly. Thank you so much, whichever employee it was that was working late evening Thursday the 18th!!!
I should have checked reviews before wasting my time here. I made an appointment and arrived15 min early.POOR POOR customer service, I have been with Verizon for about 20 years. Last 4 phones I purchased thru Best Buy or Sams. They set up phones and did my file transfers, This time I made the mistake of ordering my phones thru Verizon by phone/online. They assured me I could go into Verizon Corporate store and get them set up and files transferred. Well that is not the case at this location.It didnt matter if I had appointment or not. I took in my phones and was told I was suppose to have called a number to get phones activated. There was nothing in my paper work stating this. So while H had me calling a number he gave me to activate my phones, he went into back room. Break time?I was having trouble activating 1 new line, and when I asked for him, he said he was busy helping someone else so I had to wait, even though I had an appointment.When he finally came back over to me, he easily, activated the line. Which he should have done from the get go. Next I needed my gmail (which I didnt have) well guess what? H said I had to have it to continue setting up my phone and sent me on my way.Guess what? H just didnt want to be bothered. I got home didnt have my gmail written down, but my phone located it. Everything I did MYSELF IN THE STORE I could have done at home.So yeah, the customer service at this location is HORRIBLE. I will gladly reccomend my friend and family to shop Best Buy, Sams, Target, Costco.Verizon should really consider closing this location an letting authorized distributors pick up the customer business.It doesnt matter if some responds to this review, that theyre going to look into it (complaint) they are not. Based on past reviews they have not done anything to improve this location and it will continue as is.
Costumer service here is incredibly poor. Been there twice and both times I walked out of there very unhappy. Wanted to use my upgrade which was due and they wanted to charge me $200, went to the best buy in the same mall and paid $40 for the same phone.
Had a few bad experiences in the past but the service was great this time around. I made the mistake of going to TMO and regretted the hell out of it. Service rep(I forgot his name) Had me back on the network in less than an hour. Walked me through on how to get my passcode reset and porting my number back.
Excellent Service, much nicer than the Glendora store. Staff was very helpful and they did not try to pressure me into buying a phone I did not want. Unlike at the Glendora store where if they didnt have the phone I wanted in stock, they tried to sell me something else. 5 Stars for the West Covina mall Verizon Wireless!

Sal from the West Covina store is amazing out of my 15 years of service with Verizon i have never really understood what I was getting when I upgrade and always left confused but this time he took the time to explain everything in detail and did everything he could to help get me the best price and deals for what me needs were I wish all Verizon employees could be just like him thank you sal :)

The store was remodeled and everyone I used to work there they got fired but they knew people they got there none of them really wanted to help you but we had two people. When I was going to get a phone there was two choices when was the pixel 2 and the other one was a Moto Z. I wanted the Moto Z cuz if it was a whole lot cheaper but then when I asked the girl to get it Ill take that one it was until I had set I picked that one then she informed me that didnt have that one in stock but they had the pixel 2. When I asked a simple question about the charger they seem to not know what the he she was talking about. When I asked you get anything for free with the purchase she told me come to find out several weeks later I got a package in the mail and was from Verizon or Google they sent me a free mini home and a Chromecast for buying the phone. not only that I wanted to trust the phones out before I bought them thats why they had to display want models but the display models were hollowed out and just for looks so you can even didnt turn on.
Anytime I have a problem or a question the staff is quick to help and always friendly. I have never felt pressured to buy anything or upgrade if what I had was working

I came to this place to upgrade my sons phone to an Iphone 7 plus and the sales person told me that its going to cost me over $200 to do an upgrade.... me and my son looked at each looking surprise and i asked the the salesperson why its so expensive just to do an upgrade? He stated that because of upgrade fees, taxes and misc ... that was his exact words ..... i was thinking to myself, this guy must think i was born yesterday and i can tell he was scamming me ....I then politely told the salesperson that we will be back. We then went to BEST BUY MOBILE spoke to a salesperson and he was able to upgrade my sons phone to an Iphone 7 plus costing us only the tax which was $80 and he gave us a Best Buy gift card to purchase a case, we were in and out of the store in under 20 minutes ... I was floored .... a couple of days later, i contacted this is Verizon wireless store and i asked why were they going to charge so much to upgrade when BEST BUY MOBILE gave me an honest and reasonable price? The representative on the phone couldnt explain why i was being overrcharged and he was claiming that they charge the same as BEST BUY MOBILE which was completely a lie because my sons were right there when i was being overcharged .... I will never do business in this place ever ... and im warning all consumers to beware of this place .. Go to BEST BUY MOBILE they are honest and they will provide you with courteous and fast service . If only i could rate this store 0 star because thats what they deserve.

WORST SERVICE EVER. Me and my girlfriend went to just get a 4G chip for a new phone i got; we signed in right away and waited for help. We shouldve just left cuz we ended up waiting for about 20 minutes and still nobody helped us. I went to the counter which had 5 employees behind it just standing around on the computer chatting away and asked why we werent being helped and right away this woman gives me attitude saying they were busy and we had to wait our turn yet there was only one other person in the store being helped. Finally this other woman named Vanessa came from her break to help us...her service was the only positive thing from our visit. I know we are never going there d i would advise everyone else to do the same.
Horrible store. They say they close at 9pm, yet I came to visit at 6pm and they waved me off. Their closed sign doesnt even display the hours of operation. I almost had faith in you again, verizon. Almost.

I tried calling and the machine kept taking me in circles. I dont know why they have a number there if it doesnt direct me to the store. it took 15 minutes to connect to someone live. Imma take my service to T-Mobile instead.

This place is a scam. Dont trust what they say. If you have to open a verizon account, go somewhere else. Cancelled my account after a year evn though I had to pay a huge penalty for early termination.

Dont waste your time at this store. Theyll put you on a queue to be helped while the employees stand around and chat. I was there today around 5:30 pm and they told me it was a 30 minute wait. The store wasnt busy and two of their employees was just chatting with each other. A third, hostess/check in girl was just on her phone. Complete waste of time.
