I have to admit, at first my wife encountered an issue with one of her staff, but after reading all the positive yelp reviews, I thought that she would be fair in addressing our concerns so I reached out to her and Im glad I did. Dr. Christine Chang was very attentive and resolved all our issues right away. She genuinely cares about all her patients. I would highly recommend her!!!

Staff was very welcoming and inviting when I got there. Was super easy to make an appointment over the phone. They are very covid compliant and take the extra steps necessary to make your visit as safe and sanitary as possible. Dr. Chang was very knowledgeable about eye care/health and I definitely learned a lot more than I did coming in my short trip there. Highly recommend coming to this place if you are new to the area and need a new eye doctor.

I was very hesitant to go out because of COVID-19 but decided to keep my appointment. Im glad I did because I was very happy with all the measures they are taking to keep the customer safe. When I arrived I had my temperature checked at the door by a very courteous employee, they made sure to disinfect all equipment right in front of me before they used it. The gentleman who helped me with my frames disinfected every pair I tried on when I was finished. They even had two cups of pens for when a customer needs to sign a receipt; one with used pens and one with disinfected pens. They were all very professional. Was our first visit. My husband and I and our 7 yr old. Dr.Chang is the best Dr. We have ever seen. Treated us like family. Very thorough exam and explained all along the way. The office personnel were also extremely kind and friendly and explained when picking out frames.This office Dr. Chang and staff deserve to be nominated for Office of the YearI recommend her to anyone or everyone..

I have be going here since I was in 7th grade and I am now in my mid-20s. Christine Chang is the only doctor I will trust with my eyes. She is very knowledgeable, calm, and patient.
