Dr. Morris and Dr. Boon are both amazing. They truly care about their patients and they take time to listen to your individual situation to help you see your best. I’ve been lucky to find these great doctors and they have helped me see well as a very active athlete for many years.

This is way more than a read the chart and pick the better of two options eye exam! Surprisingly, your blood pressure is checked, new health issues and medications are discussed and all is done with true care and concern by the optometrist. Amazing to have your overall health as part of the eye exam! Well run, efficient, tidy office.

Worst Customer Service. I went here for an emergency eye check and the workers seemed like they didn’t care for my health and service saying that the Doctor was booked all day and didn’t have time to see me. Thank goodness I found a great Optometrist that gave me the care I needed.

I’ve been going here for 10+ years and I love it. I love Dr. Bun. She’s so thorough, super nice and cares about her patients. Staff is super friendly as well.Only one thing that good be a bit better is cost of frames. A tad pricey but the service makes up for it. A few years ago we tried another optometrist because it was closer to home, bad idea. We did not get the same great service. Convenience was not an option in this case. The following eligible year, we went home, back to Eye Care Associates.

From the minute I walked into the office I was welcomed and greeted! They follow The protocol for hand sanitizers, etc. Dr. Morris is awesome & great sense of humor. 5 stars for the best optometry office Ive ever visited. The staff was friendly, thorough, professional and their pandemic safety measures are top notch. I was very impressed of how patient Gracie was on the phone with me and explaining all the pricing and intake procedures. When I arrived for my appointment I was very warmly greeted by Katie. I was not scheduled with any other patients, and every staff member maintained 6 foot distance when appropriate. Dr. Bun was succinct, factual and did NOT try to upsell me on anything I didnt need. She explained everything I would be charged for and didnt get frustrated when I didnt understand. Later when I asked for a copy of my prescription, it was easy they conveniently emailed it to me. In the past i have dealt with other optometry offices withholding me from having my prescription. I will definitely be picking up my contacts from them for years to come and getting any exams I need. Love this place thanks for all your hard work and keeping us safe during these difficult times.

The doctor and whole staff were wonderful. They’ve invested in their technology and it’s really changed the eye exam process. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, personable - difficult to ask for that consistent level of genuine care in these times, especially when someone like me has to try on 30 pairs of frames AND call friends for a face check. I bounce around until I find health care providers that are worth staying for. This ones worth staying for.

Eyecare Associates in West Covina are very courteous and professional, they handle my optometric needs in a way that makes me feel like they listen and consider my opinion as well provide solid support. I’ve been coming here since I was 16, over 10 years. Both doctors are amazing!

The optometrist was very thorough and she took the time to explain my test results. An image of my eye wasnt clean and to confirm the results, a second image was taken. Everyone was very professional, including the office staff who followed protocol to keep the area clean and disinfected. This is my first time here and I would recommend this Optometrist office.

I cannot see without my glasses so when they broke on me I automatically just drove down from Huntington Beach all the way to West Covina. With all that is going on right now they are really doing all they can to protect their customers so they are taking appointments only which they informed me. However the lady did hear me out understood my situation and was able to offer me an afternoon appointment and repair my glasses that I so much need. She was really polite and understanding so i just wanted to really says thanks and that i appreciate them helping me out.

Quarantine restrictions have been lifted for services at Eye-care Assoc. I was overdue for contact and eye glasses fitting. I was able to be scheduled within a couple of days. This was amazing given the limited hours and limited appointments imposed by LA County. No one allowed in unless they have an appointment. Very careful screening and care is taken from the moment you walk in. I felt safe and Dr. Bu took plenty of time to discuss my needs. I cant thank the staff enough for all the extra care and precautions, taken during these changing times, with COVID19

This eye clinic is conveniently located inside of the Lakes Business Center in West Covina, right off the 10 freeway. The parking is very easy and safe. The front lobby has a comfortable sitting area with water supply for customers and along with clean and beautiful displays of the big variety of different eye glasses and sunglasses for customers to choose from. The whole feelings and ambivalence since you walk in, it is very clean, nice, classy and professional. The staff members who are taking care of the first time callers, are very knowledgeable and professional in their work regarding insurance verification and setting up the appointment for you. The doctor is very sharp and advanced in her diagnosis and treatment for my eye exam and interventions.When I proceeded to purchase the right frame and lens, the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable in choosing the glasses for me. However, there were certain eye exams, they charged higher prices than others clinics. Also, for the choices of the glasses, it is not the most and the best if you are really looking for certain brands.However, I was happy about the overall experience with them and I will certainly go back!

Went with my mom and brother. Quick check up the ladies in the office were awesome. Ended up with a new set of frames and a fresh prescription. Had one issue with frame but was able to get that corrected very quickly. ie) My dad was being seen to order his contacts and I was out the door before he left. Very fast and great service.

Eyecare Associates Optometric are following mandatory protocols for the current Crownvirus *Masks are REQUIRED: (1) MUST have an appointment to show up (2) You ring the doorbell (3) One of the staff members will unlock the door - one entrance and exit ONLY through the main entrance of the building which they will unlock it for you (4) They will take your temperature and give hand sanitizer. (5) Have limited appointees allowed per visitation.That said, they have staff members that will handle the pre-tests, sanitation of the equipment, glass frames decisions, and finances. The Optometrists are very indicative on your eye health from the picture of your inner eye function (from the pre-tests), eye muscles test, and check up on eye changes with and without glasses/contacts reading the letters reflected on the mirror. Nice individuals that care about your visual health.I would recommend them.

As always, when you walk in you are greeted by some of the friendliest people who work in a doctors office. The wait is never more than a couple minutes and Dr. Hill is a very kind, competent, and understanding gentleman. The opticians and personnel who work to fix your glasses are very professional and friendly. They do their very best to assist you and help you make the best decisions for you. When you leave the office, you will feel content with your experience and have a smile on your face. Thats just how it is there.

I appreciate that when my appointment is at a certain time this office honors that and respects my time by not having me wait. They run a very well oiled machine. One person checks patients in, immediately the next eye tech takes patient to do preliminary exams, and soon after dr takes over and never leaves the patient until exam and results are complete! This office never tries to up sell any contacts or frames and they make sure patient walks out with a clear understanding of frame/contact turnaround. Also, i love the appointment reminder post card, text and phone call!!!!! Patient also walks out with next year’s appointment scheduled. Wow! No work needed on my part! Since the day i began with this office service has been excellent and i dare say has gotten better!
