When you sit 10+ hours a day staring a computer screen or phone, you gotta get your eyes checked. Came here on a Saturday around noon without an appointment and was warmly greeted by the front desk. There’s a parking lot in front so it’s easy to park, and there’s a Yelp check-in deal too. They took my insurance (VSP), but also take EyeMed, Spectera, Davis Vision, Cigna etc. There’s a little waiting area in the front,, and there’s a little kids section with toys to play with while they wait. It was a short wait after you fill out the form, and they did my pre-test with that machine that blows into your eye and where you look at the balloon.Dr. Cheung did my contact lens exam and my glasses fitting, and was very friendly and helpful. He made sure to clearly explain what I needed to do during the tests and was transparent on pricing. There’s a lot of nice glasses and sunglasses options (esp. the Tom Ford ones). There’s a gender neutral bathroom available that’s ADA accessible. The office space is clean and spacious, and the decor is well done. Special shout out to Elizabeth for being so warm and welcoming on my first visit. She was also very knowledgeable and answered all my preliminary questions.Overall, it’s a great option for an optometrist for those in the West Covina/Walnut/City of Industry area. They speak Chinese, Tagalog, Spanish, and Bisaya fluently as well, so it’s very accessible for a multitude of people. Thanks for the exam, and see you next year, Dr. Cheung & team!

Need chairs outside what if I need someone to drive for me . My driver had to wait outside on the curb😊 nice place but need to think about customer.

Amazing Service!!! The doctor would go the extra mile to find out what u do at your job. He gave me additional advices on improving my habits and usage between contacts and glasses that allowed me to perform better at work. Being seeing this Dr for 10yrs still goes back despite far drive, he goes above and beyond. Highly recommend.

Poor customer service. Not enough staff to serve people. Went in and they had me wait and I was the only person there aside from desk. Went in with questions and they were not able to answer them. Prices are too high compared to other places. Its better getting a costco membership and buying glasses there as it would still be cheaper. Did not purchase anything from here.

Very nice office. Very knowledgeable staff. Dr. Cheung makes you feel confortable and answers all your concerns. Most of all, great frame selection and quick turn around on your glasses or contacts 👍🙂👌 I would definitely recommend this place.

Good with kids and Super happy with the service and the staff are sweet and caring. My sons glasses took a bit long than expected because he had alot of add ons. Mine and my husbands were ready in 1 week.
