Just needed a quick frame repair after glasses got sat on, and these guys were on top of it! I have half-rims, so much easier to break, but they were careful and really smart about using a ribbon to reseat the wire frame. Thank you!

I always go to lenscrafters for my glasses I love their designers. This time I came in for help with my current glasses. They were a little crooked and kept falling off of my face and Elsa was able to fix them right up for me ! She adjusted them and fixed them for me with no hesitation. Definitely recommend

Second time here looking for frames only. Made a purchase this time and I have to say I am very pleasantly surprised with the customer service and lack of sales pressure, which I heard is a problem sometimes. I have had the same optometrist for years and really not looking to change, except the choice of frames in his place is limited. Came one before to look around and make a “short list” and service was pleasant as I recall. Today, greeted and asked if I needed help. Didn’t think I did since I knew what I wanted, so he walked away. When I did have a question he was very helpful and finished the sale. He did ask if I needed the prescription filled here and when I said I didn’t, he moved on. Even offered me the AAA discount which I would not have thought to ask. Score!!!!I also have to say, compared to Montebello location where I was ignored, this place has a larger selection it seems as well. Maybe just larger space but feels like they have more in store to choose from.

I arrived at the West Covina store on Sunday probably around 1ish, there was no wait, compared to much busier days when they are packed, and Brian was who greeted me. He went over my options thoroughly to help me decide what type of lens would suit me. He was professional, welcoming and attentive to what my concerns were and knowledgeable in every aspect. It makes all the difference when we feel cared for, especially when it comes to our health and well being, Brian by far exceeded my expectations of my experience to get my eyes on the right track. Joseph the assistant manager was so kind and professional he explained everything in detail without pressuring me to make the purchase. I didnt have the exam there I brought my prescription from another optometrist.

My sibling made an appointment and we had to wait outside for someone to come get us and walk us to the location. They were notified by a call and the lady gave attitude to my sibling. We waited outside for 15min and no one came to get us. We ended up going to the Macy’s LensCrafters which was much better, convenient and had friendly staff.

The eyewear consultants were extremely helpful. I am very happy with the purchase of the frames selected. Exceptional customer service was provided. Consultant went above and beyond my expectations. The visit was the highlight of my day. Thank you!💛

I thought the staff was terrific, friendly and efficient. The Eye Dr. was wonderful and explained what was going on with my right eye in detail. In spite of being in the Xmas rush, I was very pleased and so was my son.

This LensCrafters is horrible. I went in recently for an eye exam and new glasses. I was there for 3 hours. The staff has no organization and the girls that work there are clueless and unprofessional. I called twice following up to see if they had a pair of eye glasses in stock. I was told a call back and never received one. I called a different LensCrafters in the surrounding area. They were able to find the eyeglasses I wanted in the brand I wanted as well. This location offers you poor service overall. I suggest going somewhere else.

From my first step in to my last wave goodbye, and everything in between, I was treated with care! I went in for an eye exam and to buy new glasses, and all the girls at the front were super friendly and attentive. I had three of them running up and helping me with getting my frames, getting my insurance squared away, scheduling me in, everything! Even when I had my eyes dilated and couldnt see my own face in the mirror, the girls even helped me pick out a pair of glasses that was complimentary to my face. Dr. Gonzalez was extremely kind, knowledgable, and made my experience a memorable one. I felt like he actually cared about me as a patient, which I do not feel from most doctors. When I got the call that my glasses had arrived, the fit and prescription were perfect and I am now writing this review with my cool new blue IQ glasses that make me feel like my eyes are actually open! Coolness!! These guys are the coolest and Im super happy to have met them all! :) Also, Dippin Dots is right next to this place, so even if you dont need glasses you should just go and say hi after you get your fix of Dots.

Me and my wife walked into this location. We waited about 15 minutes while two gentlemen who appeared to work there talked to one another with no customer around them. We left. We came back, again with the same result. No help for about 10 minutes. Im not sure if I was supposed to have customer service at this location. I will not be back here.

They decide to close 3 hrs earlier than the time posted online. It was NOT a holiday or anything for that matter. Total waste of time.

Was not pushy at all and I got no vibes of someone just trying to make a sale, I had lots of questions, got all my answers, and I did not feel rushed out the door; even when it started to get busy. They truly care and are there to help. Id say possibly the best deals Ive gotten on shades would be at this Lens Crafters location, and they always go above and beyond customer service wise. Its a shame people only come on Google to vent their frustrations and misunderstandings, takes away from the quality service this location truly provides. Lenscrafter has very bad customer service and might overcharge you if you are using insurance. I was at Lenscrafter on 8/13/16 @ 10:30 am, Saturday. Trying to get 3 prescription glasses, 2 with insurance and 1 paying out is pocket. We were there for more then 2 hours. At the end of 2 hours we were out of patients and agreed upon getting 2 pairs only (1 with insurance and 1 out of pocket). It was all good until I walked out the door and looked at the receipt and found that they overcharged me $60 on the pair that I used insurance. I went back trying to tell them that they overcharged me $60 on the frame (my insurance covers the frame in full). But the guy called Ralph (I think) said that the $60 was not charged and asked me to use my cell phone to check with my credit card account. Really? I signed for it, my signature is on the bottom of the receipt and he told me that he didnt charge me that amount? My husband was trying to tell him to look at the receipt and he did not use any language that is inappropriate but was frustrated, because Ralph did not listen to what we are trying to point out to him. He basically told us to be quite and call my credit card company. He even got up and tell my husband to shut up or he wont help (may not be exact wordings, but it is how I feel I was treated). He is not helping anyways. This is their customer service. I guess when the computer do all the pricing for them, they dont know how to do the calculation and assumed the computer must be right. Then another guy (didnt get his name) offered to help. He did the manual calculation himself and he knows it is an overcharge but did not know why and try to fix it manually by writing down everything that we previously done for the last 2 hours on the computer. I got upset when he told my husband that he would whether be dealing with me than him now (in front of my kids). That is when I told him to return everything and just return the money to my credit card. We ended up paying for the pair that we paid out of pocket because it was ready at the end of all these. But we will never come back again. They have very bad customer service and they might overcharge you if you are using insurance. We ended up getting the other 2 pairs at Sears Optical. They have the same glasses, with the insurance we ended up paying $70 less than at Lenscrafter, plus Sears did not overcharge me $60. We were at Sears for maybe 30 minutes and got 2 pairs. They might not have the computer fitting technology that Lenscrafter has and you cannot pickup the glasses in an hour, but with the money you save and the customer service that we were getting, I would whether have my business somewhere else than Lenscrafter. Lenscrafter may have the computer fitting but it took forever. Your picture have to be taken at least 3 times and if they hit the wrong button it has to be retake again. And with the transitional lenses that we are ordering, we will still have to wait 1 week at Lenscrafter. Lenscrafter has very bad customer service and to my opinion might overcharge you if you are using insurance. $60 was not explained to me why it is charged, but according to my insurance, it covers all of my frame cost, so to my opinion, the $60 is a mystery charge. They are in a service industry and this is not how you treat a customer. At least one need to listen to what the customer has to say, but they cannot even do that. Have your business somewhere else.Update: just checked with my credit card. They did not return the correct amount. $60 still missing. Filling dispute with my credit card company instead. Done dealing with Lenscrafters.

The best place to get glasses.

I had a very poor experience there. The staff is not trained properly.

After my visit to Lenacrafter, I was curious and came here to see reviews. It was as expected ... Not even 1 star is what I can say. They are all salesman trying to extract money for unnecessary things. I talked with my friend and it was same experience . They asked for eye imaging and didnt mention that there is charge of 40$ which is not covered . I had similar experience at other locations and gave it second chance but I think its done !! I will ask my company and friends to avoid it.

Came here for a eye exam and seems like there all just salesmen trying to get your money. Got a pair of glasses and was told about insurance on them and was charged $20 in which was never brought up and never agreed to.
