Convenient location. However, stock seems low everytime I go. Would like to see shelves full.
Just got back from shopping for foundation for me and my sister. Of course due to Covid- they aren’t allowing us to test products 😑. Luckily we met “Alexis” (I do hope that’s her name lol) she took the time to help us decide on brands/products to match out skin types and she matched our skin tones perfectly to the product we picked on the first try! We tested the product after purchasing and were amazed 😳😳 like magic she had shown us bottles and told us this is it- and she was right!!!! Great customer service and knowledge all around.
The customer service is not good! I will not shop there!! Return policy sucks as well!!
Just called looking for a Sephora brand eyeliner. They never have them in stock, but I thought Id chance it. The lady that answered was clueless! Hello!! Do you know your products or not???? She told me they dont sell it. Uh, yes you do! Its a Sephora brand! You know what.....forget it.
Workers are rude and unhelpful, i was trying to find someone to help me pick out some lipsticks and I couldn’t find any workers and when i did find a worker she just turned around and walked away from me. There was a guy worker there that just kept giving me attitude and rolling his eyes. The store was also out of stock of a lot of products and the testers were filthy.
Stephanie did such of an amazing job helping me and was very knowledgeable with her products. After i was showing her pictures of my girlfriend she helped narrow down what to buy for her AND GUESS WHAT. IT WAS. EXACTLY WHAT MY GIRLFRIEND WANTED. I earned huge brownie points!By the way I think the store is under new management becuase all the other reviews seem to be inaccurate.

I saw the bad reviews before I went to this location, so I didn’t expect much. Though the ladies working there were nice, I was not offered any help while walking around the store. I also was not able to redeem my Beauty Insider points because they were out of EVERYTHING. This store needs to be improved. I certainly hope Sephora takes the time to address the issues at this location. Next time I’ll go to the nearby Ulta.

12 people in line and only 1 cashier, there were NO sales associates on the sales floor, and other customers needed help finding products. The shelves looked bare are I drove all the way out there and none of the products I needed were available. Didnt expect this location to look so unappealing. This is both a management issue as well as corporate issue. Get it together ladies.
Horrible customer service! Went to Sephora to get a couple things for my daughter for her birthday! I needed help finding certain products because I dont know anything about makeup! The girls were very stuck up, did not want to help me! I had to ask one of the girls where a certain item was and they just pointed in some direction saying its over there without physically showing me! This is the worst Sephora Ive been too! Not worth it! Also the line was crazy long with only 1 cashier working the register! Come on now! Get it together Sephora.
Its rare.... like really rare if you get a helpful staff member. I asked one of the girls working there if the tarte unicorn brushes were still available and she offered to check. Minutes pass and I see her return next to me and completely ignored me and was looking at makeup. She acted as if I hadnt asked her to check but I guess she was on her makeup break because that seemed more important. Every time I come back to search new products (I keep my beauty blog updated often) I always have a negative experience. If you know what you want get it asap because the popular items sell out fast.

I purchased a foundation and a lipstick. I noticed that my lipstick is not in my bag. I called the store to let them know about it and they said they put the lipstick in the bag but it’s not there. I’m very disappointed and wasted money for no reason. Never coming back to this store.
Poor customer service. Called for a simple question. Lady was rude and said Im with a client right now I dont know what to tell you all we have is what I just told you. And all I asked was if it was the thicker casing for the mascara since Marc Jacobs mascaras have different size casings. But I guess she didnt know her products. Exactly why I dont shop at this location cuz they have poor customer service. West Covina location is five minutes away and Id rather drive to Arcadia because their customer service is 10x better!! I would give them zero stars if I could.
Samples dirty. Nothing stocked. Had to look under display to find my own color in bottom drawers.There were four girls walking around and putting on makeup in the mirrors and taking all the room. Disappointed by this locations. Lazy workers.
This Sephora is the worst!!! Lines are always 30 min long. They never have stock and dont know when it will come in...Went in last night asked about makeup tutorial Rosa said we have 3 people ahead of you...ok ... let me see if anyone available...ok never comes back so we start looking around another employee passes by she says I have one person Ahead of you and I will hel you...Rosa comes up to her saus your off now and they both walk away...no one ever helps us. Thanks for nothing wont be going back even though I live right across the street. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL.
Not enough people on the floor or behind the counter stock is low and displays are messy and gross
We went to this Sephora because I had a JcPenney merchandise credit to use and wanted to get Becca or Anastasia highlighter. As soon as we walked in my husband commented, Looks more like Hoodphora than Sephora. This place is nasty! All the samplers were messy and the displays were all empty and dirty. There was barely any merchandise available and I dont think they ever clean the place up. Needless to say neither of the products I came for were in stock.We ended up leaving and I ordered what I wanted online so thank goodness I was able to use that merchandise credit. Since it says ships from manufacturer Im assuming its coming directly from Sephora. Phew! Even though I was still able to get what I wanted online, the online shopping experience left a lot to be desired. So the rating will stay at 1 star.I dont usually shop at JcP so I dont think Ill ever be back. But I think Sephora should pay some visits to these JcP locations cuz they are not representing their brand well at all. Yikes!

Needed help for choosing the right color of BB cream . She told me one second but after ten minutes she still doesnt want to help me . I ended up chosen exactly not what I wanted and got everything returned the second day .
The makeup shelves looked gross and empty and all the products I wanted were unavailable.
