I love this place. Saturdays is a mad house. But any other day, is calmer. Good selection of products. 👍 I usually go to the big one in Rosemead, but this w Ulta in West Covina is great. Many brands to choose from on the drug store side. They have signs for each brand. Really liked it. On Saturday, the line was really long to checkout. I try to do online orders whenever I can.

Ty was so amazing in helping me find all that I need! Very helpful. Kept checking in with me during my time there. Im not a big makeup person, but she was patient and asked a lot of questions to narrow my search.There arent a lot of perfume options, but they have some good brands. Each perfume has a tag that explains what scent it is which is very helpful.

I recently got a hair cut at Ulta and I got a male stylist. Let me tell you I was so blessed to get my hair done by him it was amazing. Very nice, did exactly what I wanted and is good at doing long layers on long hair. I will be coming to him from now on..

Update: today I went to get my birthday freebie and am proud to say I will be changing my rating to give them five stars, new people working here and they care. Love love love getting my eyebrows done here. Hit up my fav gal Samantha for an Eyebrow appointment! Shes genuine and takes her time to make sure youre happy with your wax. Great energies all around. She told me that the wax Ulta uses is specific for sensitive skin, so girlies if you breakout like me or bleed after a wax at the salon... getting them done here is the right choice. Game changing! My Eyebrows feel fresh afterwards and dont even itch!? UGH love you Sam and ulta !!!

I would and will never buy anything from this place until I become a millionaire. If youre a woman and has a little dough in her pocket that she wants to spend this is a good place for her but not for me. Im a guy.

This ulta beauty was great ! It is big and the customer service is awesome. I got my haircut there for the first time with some guy (I forgot his name :( ..... ) but he was amazing. I have never loved a hair cut so much. They are a bit pricey & I did use a 20 dollar off coupon I got in the mail but I would definitely go back to him and pay the full amount.

Called ahead to see if the product we wanted was available. They pulled it and held for us. Excellent customer service.

Great selection on stock. I went in looking for The Ordinary stuff and their shelves were completely stocked. Fast and friendly ladies at the registers. There was a slight line to get in dire to covid but totally worth it.

Selection cant be beat but for as many employees as there are none seemed interested in me.

I made a curbside order of 2 lipsticks today. After I opened the bag and found one the lipsticks is used! It really made me uncomfortable especially during current COVID period. So I had to go back to the store and ask for the refund. Instead of refunding, the associate made an exchange! I got so frustrated and told her just refund both of the lipsticks, but she could not even refund the right amount... Finally the supervisor helped and refunded. I have purchased from ULTA.com several times and this is the first time that I try to do a store pick up. The experience is so disappointing, the store should check the items before they give them to the customers. What if I am a senior with Presbyopia? I might just use it without noticing. Terrible.

Ulta has great volume of options. I went in to buy some face creams and ended up buying a little more because they had a great selection of clearance items. I recommend this place!

Customerservice is on full alert as soon as one steps throughthe glass doors. I was shopping for a few products and was literally led by the hand and escorted to the destination. Unfortunately they didnt carry theitems I was searching. Instead of shunning me awayshe and another employee took the time to give me other suggestions and not only that. They actually got onto to the website for extra assistance.Besides the great customer service they also have a mega selection of beauty products for her and him. So if youre a guy,step your game up and come smelling nice and looking like the handsome devil you are. If that isnt enough,they also do hair and skin serviceswith recommend products. I have always been super, super picky about letting just anyone cut my hair, last year I decided to go short and for the last 8 mos or so, Kimberly has been cutting my hair(about every 8 weeks) and she does a great job every time!! She listens, gives feedback and advice....shes awesome!! 😀😁

I went to this store to purchase my shampoo and find a face press powder. A lady helped me find the shampoo. However when I asked a young man to help me find the right color, he stated well these will work. I asked him again he swapped his finger on the powder and put it on my hand. I told him well my face is a bit off a different color. He stated well I am not going to put my finger on your face. I left without any real help or purchase. 😞

Contrary to what a previous reviewer stated the staff in this Ulta have been superbly kind and extremely helpful with their expertise.The few times Ive stepped through their doors Ive been greeted with a heartfelt hello and approached by staff who volunteered to answer any questions Ive had. Theyve helped me with fragrance selections for gifts and for me (which turned out to be great hits), skin care solutions and with salon services.Understandably salon services are by appointment only. Their typical salon clients are after all almost entirely female and the time required to properly service each client is far greater than a typical male cut. Additionally, the only stylist who actually specialized in mens cuts doesnt seem to be working at this location any longer. That in mind, its easy to understand why a walk in wouldnt be able to receive immediate service. There are however, half a dozen family barber shops within a two mile radius which welcome walk ins, are expedient, very reasonably priced and also offer exceptional customer service to boot.I dont frequently find myself in need of the bulk of their products but when I need a gift, replacement hair grooming and styling products, cologne, face cleansers, hell even chap stick, the customer service experience always makes me want to return to Ulta to provide them my business.

The Ulta at Eastland in West Covina is convenient, has nice staff but is my least favorite, often poorly stocked and product on display is very used and dirty.

Staff is pretty friendly. Some of the displays have testers that I wouldnt even dare to touch. However, something that really bugs me about ulta is that they dont have prices for some of their products. Other than that, generally the store is clean and the staff are helpful if you need help.

Went in 10 mins to closing and a male employee came rushing at me to tell me that they were closing in 2 mins and asked what I was looking for. I told him what brand and asked if they had a particular product and color at which he told me no and reminded me that they were closing. There were several other customers in the store casually shopping still. I took a quick stroll around and decided to leave as the uncomfortable feeling of being rushed and basically pushed out the store, I figured they didnt want my purchase. Upon leaving as we were driving by, they continued to let additional ppl in. I will gladly take my money else where.

ULTA beauty west Covina is the one you want to be at. The atmosphere is amazing and the girls are so nice. They have a camaraderie that makes you feel at home. Clean and neat is how they like to keep their store. Such good moral here.

I dont usually like to go to the Eastland West Covina store but did since I was in a time constraint. Four workers at the checkout. One actually checking a customer out. Yes, they were helping a gentleman but really, all four! The line just keeps getting bigger for check out, nobody acknowledges those waiting in line to bring up the purchases of customers. Very frustrating, very poor customer service.

I only have one con about this store and it’s that an employee told me false information about a product saying it was k beauty Asian beauty and ect. I had a feeling it wasn’t and it’s a new product too I even asked the brand myself if they were and nope I think she lied to get me to purchase the product or maybe she just thought it was k beauty Asian beauty w.e but I doubt it, the product was myclarins moisturizer but I went in actually to look at the new DHC thought they didn’t have it because 2 employees didn’t know what I was talking about which I finally found after I purchased because the cashier gave me a nice sample which is great so I can try it out.Not upset at that one employee who lied straight to my face but please be honest about a product don’t lie just for sales I know this con might seem kinda bad but in reality pro every single employee was super nice and an amazing help absolutely great customer service I’ve been to other ultas and they all had terrible service especially the one in firestone yuck lol I will be gladly coming back this will be my go to Ulta now they all wanted to help and recommend the best things to try thank you! Great experience and for the employee who lied to me she was amazing too just that little incident.

Not only do they not have a variety of products on stock but when I placed an order through the store, the associate was just messing around with another employee and placed my order incorrectly.
