OPEN 24 HOURS IT STATES....SIGN ON DOOR SAYING THEY ARE CLEANING..IN A DIMM PLACE W NO ONE THERE...I JUST CALLED SHE SAID NO THEY OPEN AT 3 :30 0R 4 am...MAKES NO SENCE WHEN ITS A 24 HOUR STORE...UNACCEPTABLE

Not open 24 hours. Employees put a sign up and close the store for early morning cleaning.

I had a very bad embarrassing experience at one a short while ago in which I contacted Corporate. So ... However I go to others get my coffee n such...the Berry Blast muffins are SINFULLY GR8

Had to tell the cashier they owed me the correct change and dude wanted to try to keep it

I was in this Cumberland Farms on New Haven, and the bathroom was filthy, trash on the floor, no paper towels in the bathroom, then to to get a napkin near the coffee station, no napkins at all, these employees need to be fired, they need a new manager, sense he lets his employees be lazy keeping the place flithy was so gross.

Use a credit card for gas, plenty of money on it. Pump stops at about 2 gallons. Pump says, pump stopped by operator. Ask the guy behind the counter why it did that. He said oh thats not us, its the computer on the pump.I said wow, 39 years old on this world, I have almost lived on the road, and thats never happened to me once., He reiterated that its not them. Yet its their pump. Anyways, if he is the manager this place is doomed for failure. Hopefully this message will reach the right channels, so they can fix their errors. This guy isnt going to tell anybody that needs to be told. Hes just busy defending the fact that its not his fault.. thats irrelevant. If youre dealing with a problem, involve your team. If you cant figure it out go one step higher..

Great place to stop in Merritt island out of the other choices in that area. Way more selection

Went in there the other day to get a coffee and a snack. There coffee is always fresh. One of their staff informed me once that it is regularly switched out with fresh coffee throughout the day and they take pride in having fresh coffee. I ended up getting a soft pretzel which was HUGE and yummy. All of the staff was SUPER HAPPY AND FRIENDLY as well. Their selection of creamers is great and you can get an extra shot of cold brew for free if u want. OH and their coffee is $1.. Gotta love it!!!!!

The ladies and a few gents that run this location, day in and day out are doing such an outstanding job as a team! This particular location is the only one we like to go to because everything is always clean and fresh. The customer service is always welcoming and warming! We just love this place any time of the day on any day!!! Thank you so much!!!

Very nice and efficient staff. Low prices, and great tasting food makes eating here a easy choice. The store is immaculate and with probably half the staff, they are definitely giving Race Track competition.

I normally fuel up at various gas stations but from now on, I will only deal with this location. I was surprised at the level of service I received from one of your employees named Halle. With a background in retail management and consulting in New York City, I was not expecting the level of service I received today. First of all I was greeted by a friendly smile when I walked in and Halle stopped what she was doing to help me find the items I was looking for which is rare in your type of business. Most managers just point to the general area and then you are on your own. In a time when most people like to complain about any little thing I find it necessary to commend people when they go above and beyond. I’m assuming she is the manager because of her disposition and demeanor. And if she is not a manager I’m sure she is in line for a promotion soon I hope. Thank you for your great service.

Just Listened to a cashier named Karrie abuse an elderly man and then yell at her co-worker. I was angry and embarrassed for him. She needs to be fired at a minimum. It doesnt matter how cheap the gas is, if that level of abuse happens, I will not be a patron there...an shameful to happen on Thanksgiving too.

I use the app. And strictly use cumberland farms, a self proclaimed class c operator came out to tell me my *deisel truck* was unsafe to be left running while fueling, anyone with simple knowledge of the diesel combustion engine knows they do not rely on spark for ingnition.

I come here quite a bit and everyones usually very friendly. I went in there about 30 minutes ago and the girl at the cash register asked me if I wanted a bag and I stuttered and then she rolled her eyes and rudely said seriously? That was very rude and I looked at her name tag it was something like Damarys. Anyways, that was rude, but everyone else here is usually pretty nice.
