Logan is terrific! He always makes our drinks perfectly and is always polite and friendly.

I dont know why they put an incomplete Starbucks. They only offer the drinks but not the rich sandwich😔😡 a coffee without something to accompany it in the morning is not a complete breakfast 👎🏽

I wont go to any other Starbucks. Logan is by far the best, And Ollie too. They know my drink and start making it when they see me. They are always punctual and seem genuinely happy to see me. GREAT PPL!!! ASK FOR THOSE TWO WHEN YOU GO!

Arrived tonight with my mother at 2 minutes before 9 and staff refused to make her a drink said they close at 9 pm. But could do espresso only if she wanted that. On here it says 10pm. Even if it was incorrect you are taking care of customers until 9 pm not before and turning lights off before 9 pm. Very disappointed in this kind of service.

I always stop at Starbucks I love the Frappuccinos a lattes and the service and the food is fresh

The lines are always long but the coffee is always worth the wait plus I always end up purchasing pretty travel mugs, breads etc.

Ordered a French vanilla frap and was given just a vanilla bean frap, was told they dont make French vanilla frap. Wont have my business anymore. Workers there need a haircut and look more professional.

Just ordered 2 Fraps from this store and Jouse was my barista. I walked up to the order register and stood there for a good 5 minutes and watched as he filled up a Carmel bottle, made eye contact with me and said nothing. Not hold on, be right with you nothing until he was finished. After he was done with his Carmel he walked up to the register and said Yes....I ordered 2 frappuchinos and in the middle of me verbally giving my order a coworker walked by and he decided to strike up a full conversation about how she pinched him and it hurt. When his conversation was over he forgot what I said so obviously I had to repeat myself. After my order was done we sat in a long awkward silence until I looked on the screen to see my total. I guess he didnt have time to tell me. I was totally dissatisfied with the customer service Jouse exhibited during this visit. As the owner of a retail establishment that thrives on customer service this type of service would not be tolerated and would be taken as a direct sign of disrespect and ilregard for his job title and duties. I will NEVER visit this Starbucks again and hope that Jouse is dealt with accordingly!!!!
