Called on Wednesday morning for tech to check my stove. I was told tech would stop by between 1-5 pm. It’s Friday afternoon and the tech has NOT arrived. I finally got a call to tell me that a tech will not be available until Monday with no guaranteed time of arrival. POOR customer service and irresponsible with a lack of respect to the needs of the customer. Will never shop or recommend this place.

Someone overcharged me to visit my house and tell me my drier had no repair. These guys were able to repair it for a very good price. Honest, fair and extremely good. Highly recommended.

Ample parking and easy access off of Congress Avenue, just south of Forest Hill Boulevard. Inside all the appliances for sale are display neatly and in order. Prices are clearly marked. Salesperson was very helpful, informed and a pleasure to talk with. All my questions were answered well. I bought a washer. I was happy the transaction was easy, thorough, and each item on my bill was explained. The delivery and setup were inexpensive. The delivery came early in the 4 hour window I was given. The crew was very polite, courteous, and careful as they install the washer. They stayed to make sure everything was tight and worked well. They also reminded me that if I had any problem during my 6 month warranty, I should call the store and they would send out a technician to fix the problem.

Bought a second hand fridge for the back porch. Place clean, a bit of smell, but understandable for old appliances. Good selection. Workers were helpful.

DO NOT GO HERE!! Id give no stars if that were an option! We called to see if they had a refrigerator that met our specifications. They did and my husband told them he was coming right over to get it. When my husband got there there was a sign on it and they told him they had sold it to someone else!! It took him less than 30 minutes to get there! They KNEW my husband was on his way to purchase the refrigerator and they just shrugged him off when he got there! VERY BAD BUSINESS!! DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!
