Ive been to this Best buy a good amount of times and Ive always had great customer service and had all my questions answered. The store is nice and clean, and they have always had whatever item I needed in stock. Cant ask for much more than that. Would definitely recommend 👍
- I was originally interested in a sound bar after my TVs speakers popped and the sound bar became a necessity. I was having trouble figuring out which one was the best for the price and size for the room I was staying in. The sales associate who greeted me was extremely friendly and knowledgeable on the subject at hand. I ended up walking out with a Vizio 5.1 M-Series and my issue being resolved completely. He also explained to me why the dimensions of the room had an impact on product choice - something I was completely oblivious to. I remember the associate being a smaller framed man with a mild stutter. If you read this man, I truly appreciate the help!

I went inside Best buy after leaving BrandsMart was out of the harness that I needed. They sent me back to Best buy at someone to come to a car electronics waited 7 to 10 minutes went to customer service. Was given the excuse everyone is busy. I have seen people walk in and got help right away. This is unacceptable you need more workers and better customer service. If you see a customer standing looking offer some assistance. Then having the customer to go find help which never came. I have shopped here before and had wonderful service when I bought a ring doorbell camera.
Items were organized logically and staff was very knowledgeable and helpful.
Just went for one thing. A micro SD card for my phone. Found it right away. Was in & out in no time. Other than having to update my rewards card info at the register. No biggie.. Lol.
Walked into Best Buy with a pocket full of money seeing that all stores have Labor Day sale going on. This was at 7:15 pm on a Tuesday. Barely no one in the store. Was looking for a small freezer and a surround sound. NOT ONE PERSON GREETED ME OR ASKED IF I NEEDED HELP. I seen the tall manager leave once I got here. He needs to do a surprise visit. I’ve been a retail manager for 35 years and find that the customer service in this store is below expectations. Sitting in the parking lot writing a review saying to myself it’s too bad I couldn’t get the help that I needed. All the horse playing, eating on the selling floor, if they only put all that energy into the customers this company would make a lot more money.

Pretty wide open store, from the moment you step inside you can see the whole place. Theres monolithic columns that go from ceiling to floor indicating the sections of the store. Theres a few help desks within reach of the doors with staff to help you. The website is clear and precise, and its easy to shop here. Would make the trip to come back again if I needed to. One of the better Best Buys.
Great service, especially from general manager Mark Maycock who helped me and made the transaction very easy, he speak a little Spanish so my mother also understood him and she was very happy.
I was able to return the headphones that did not work for me and get the ones that I was able to use. I am grateful for the customer service for the return and the assistance in technology for the item I wanted was in stock to purchase. The Beats By Dre work for me as they are plug-in. I can use them for work and on my phone, so I am overjoyed on my purchase.
I was very disappointed in the computer salesperson I Was ready to spend over 1500.00 dollars and was not ready to help me out the gig dept should do the same day programing I walked out from the store and went to staples a0nd got great service
Seems to me inventory is a little lowWhenever I go for a item not in stock.First. The cell phone I bought there they dont sell the case next. Dont have a case for my table then couldnt get replacement remote control. Gave up looking for stuff. I do like the store

This Best Buy is great, great customer service, great product selection almost always have things in stock and when it comes to pick up I haven’t ever waited more than 10 minutes to get assisted and taken care of, I recommend ordering to and visiting this Best Buy 👍🏼
Be VERY careful of buying Apple products here! Bought an iPad, two weeks after my purchase the device started to have a double screen affect the longer you use it it, glitchy. Great thing APPLE STORE offers a 1 year warranty on their products. They told me BestBuy most likely used the iPad prior as a constant screen display.. make a long story short it was a display item that got repackaged andsold for full price! And crashed 2 weeks later. Absolutely shady business would not recommend. APPLE STORE replaced my iPad with a NEW one, actually new. That’s works fine.THOUGHT YOU WJERE SLICK BESTBUY‼️‼️

I was attempting to purchase my 2nd pair of headphones (I purchased the first the very day before and loved them). I asked the young man named “Martin” (he was hesitating to give me his name) if I can have help and the headphones were in an enclosed case as most expensive electronics should be. He the. Gave them to me. He was bent down so I proceeded to go down the next isle. He then stops me and tells me that “store policy doesnt allow customers to walk around with items. He must take it to the register himself.” Being that I have frequented this Best Buy and am currently a rewards member (I have purchased 2 iPads, a router, and a stove and a microwave) I have never heard of this store policy. I was taken aback to which I asked the gentleman at the door if that was the stores policy to which he replied no. I’m just going to assume that Martin thought I may walk away with these electronics but again, I’d like to add that I was in this same store the previous day buying these same headphones because I loved them so much. I will not be returning to this Best Buy and will tell my military comrades to not do the same. Please Best Buy, educate your employees on your practices. Please do not allow them to create their own policies on the spot as it is not conducive to customer care and service. Thank you.
Big open store. Sometimes there are issues with locating items that they state are in store when it isnt.

Very hard to locate items. Displays are nice looking but no information on each item on display area which means you have to read labels/search for pictures on boxes or find employee....can be frustrating. Did not purchase what I went in for...couldnt locate the one I wanted.

It was rather busy in here when I popped in to buy something. There werent any employees in my line of sight but as I turned a man from an area in the corner caught my eye and jumped up. He left his department and came allll the way over where I was to assist me. It was very cool of him. He helped me find what I needed and also took it to the register. I dont know his name but he made this best buy a 5 star stop.
Hi we bought a Xm receiver from palm beach lakes store and paid ahead for service to set up but geek squad come to the house to set it up they didn’t know what they were doing they tried to wing it they never got it working right . Very poor and wouldn’t come back. I would rate them very poor and wouldn’t get them again…M

I don’t know what I would do without this Best Buy. The staff is pretty knowledgeable about their products and seem enthusiastic about working their. My only complaint is that the lines at the registers are long- with that being said it’s best to check out at the other registers that aren’t at the front.

So I wanted to take the time to say how amazing my experience was yesterday (11/27) with this Best Buy location. I went on Black Friday to pick up my curbside order that I ordered on 11/23 and it was madness of course with minimal parking (no curbside spots were open) and vehicles everywhere. I drove around to one of the employees (I wish I would have gotten his name since he was so kind) outside walking around doing such a great job speaking with customers who needed direction on what to do like me. When I tried to fill out the form to put I had arrived it kept crashing so the employee told me where to park and said he would be back to help. After I parked he came back and noticed I was still having trouble with the form. He then contacted his manager who then walked up assisted me in a matter of 1-2 minutes. This manager was just as great! He apologized and went right away and got my order and brought it to me. The manager was not only helping me I saw him stop on his walk back to the store to check on other customers as well. Great job guys! During such sad times with the virus, it makes experiences like these to still see the joy through all the madness. Thank you so much for such a great experience on one of the craziest days of the year.

When I came in nobody greeted me at I went to customer service for to ask about an item I ordered and an African American women didnt really acknowledge me as I asked about an item pick didnt show me just said over there and walked away. Then I saw two other guys both saw me didnt greet me one was sitting down eating some kind of candy and the other was having a small conversation as if I wasnt here so I went to were two gentlemen at checkout that were really helpful and friendly no problems aside from them I wasnt too not really happy
Each Department that I visited the staff was well knowledgeable of the and the service. Not to mention the staff was very curtious and professional. I would highly recommend best buy to any and everyone.
I have been coming to this store for over 20 years. This by far was the worst experience I ever had. No one wants to help especially Managers. Once I found someone they couldn’t even help me locate what I needed. Manager Mark was called to help but I had to track him down myself. Need to train your people.

I have a face mask exemption. Best Buy staff allowed me to shop but refused to answer any questions about my TV questions for the Superbowl deals. Horrible shopping experience in the TV section of Best Buy. I went to Brands Mart next door. Brands Mart asked about the mask. I filled out an exemption form and that was all! EVERY person was helpful and courteous!! So, I bought an excellent 65in 4k LG TV from Scott. I liked Scotts service so much that I went to other departments in Brands Mart and bought a printer, computer monitor, and an iHome wireless/speaker/clock/radio device. Thank you Brands Mart for not segregating family and friends from their group while shopping and not making a spectacle of my face mask exemption!
I was looking everywhere for a new laptop and while the one I wanted was out of stock, the salesman was very helpful and ordered one to be shipped free of charge with an amazingly low sales price. Walmart didnt want to help at 3 different stores

I have 8 recent surgeries on my left hip. Anyway I usually use a walker. I needed a couple things and within 5 minutes of being in Best Buy I had exactly what I needed thanks to Mike and another employee who brought us to exactly what we needed and were more than happy to do it!!
Good prices and variety of items but theres hardly 1 person to help you around the store we only saw 3 guys! Come cant you pay at least to have 5 or 8 on duty even if its slow??

Big store with a wonderful selectiom of electronics, computers, and more. Easily to access from I-95. The employees in the computer department were very knowledgeable amd helpful.
I think the layout of the store is very good. I made an appointment with geek squad, so far its been a great experience. I highly recommend these people for service, maintenance or repair.
I was able to purchase the cellphone charger that I needed here. However they were out of stock of the cable that goes along with it.

Your website said you were open. I go to the store so I can see, touch and better understand the product I want to purchase. When I get to the store, it does not allow people in the store. I had to order my stuff and have someone come and interrogate me for ID to get my stuff. This was not a good experience and I will not do that again.

I went to this location for assistance with a power supply issue, I was pointed to geek squad by the greeter at the entrance. As for the geek squad guy, took his time to come over to the window area, when I told him what the issue was with out any questions he said 40$.....but you have to buy the part, He gave little to no information and acted like helping me know what number to google was to daunting of a task. I will not be using that geek squad.
Never, ever again. If I could give negative stars, I would. You suck Best Buy!! You have a lost a customer forever with your shoddy customer service and policies. You are dead to me.

Five stars for customer service! Tim in the cellular area went above and beyond to help me find a phone case. Unfortunately, we didnt have any luck (Pixel 5), but I was so grateful for his excellent service. Its a nice Best buy, too. Nice layout, and easy to get around and see the products. My only complaint is that the parking lot is cramped.
Purchased item online and then went to store to pickup. Store did not open till 11am, maybe reduced hours because of Covid? We went inside to pick up instead of curbside. They told us it would be 15 minutes to retrieve item. We waited outside. They sent us a text when it was time to go back inside. It was within the time frame they gave us. Everyone was polite and knowledgeable we dealt with. Note, we looked online the night before and then went to purchase item next morning and price had dropped $20!
James (Assistant Store Manager) very rude young man. I went in for a hair clipper for my father and I was having a hard time picking out the right clippers with a reasonable price. Finally I found one that was place at the wrong place with six others that was in stock for $69.00 and when I approach to the cashier to proceed with payment and notice the clippers was $149.00, I mentioned to the cashier very nice young man and he said hold on and called James. James scan the item off his phone and stated it’s $149.00 and walk off. After I was done cashing out I walk over to him and said sorry to Interrupt James but can you walk over with me to look at the price together and James said “no I’m not walking over there and the price is that and I will not change it for $80.00 less. I said okay well is there a manager that’s available to help me and he said “no and I am the assistant store manager, I was in complete shock. How can you be a manager and supposed to be a leader to others and have terrible customer service. I would love for him to give me the price it was for on the shelve but that was not my attention I wanted him to walk over to show him the item was in the wrong spot so he can fix the issue so moving forward someone else don’t have to go through the same issue. I am a very loyal customer at Best Buy all my apple, TVs technology items I have brought from Best Buy. Moving forward, James just work on being humble and giving outstanding customer service and life will be a lot easygoing at work. Just a reminder brandsmarts is across the street.

The location can be a little confusing to get but the employees are help and seem to be available when you need one. They never really seems to be overly busy which is great.
If your going to buy a appliance, please dont waste your time at walmart it costs more at Walmart my headphones then Best buy Best buy specializes and electronics everything so even when you think youre being cheap and you go to Walmart youll just end up at Best buy they are the goat
Worst customer service ever in a Best Buy. I’m a regular customer to Best Buy. Even with credit with them. I had never came to this particular store. I went ready to buy a $159 earbuds. No one attended me. No one came to help even after asking a couple of times to a nearby blue shirt person. They didn’t really want to sell... I just left. Never back again to this store.
Bought a pair of Galaxy Buds Live recently, outstanding product but one ear was cutting out. Went to the store last night right before they closed, so I would get running into employees distant and un attending. Not the case, customer service reps are fantastic, friendly, helpful and quick. Meticulously clean and put together, high end everything everywhere to test, top end customer service every time I go.

I had a GREAT experience at the Best Buy in Boynton. I did not like this particular Best Buy on Palm Beach Lakes at all. Horrible experience. There were staff members speaking amongst each other next to the section where I was by the laptops and computers while I was waiting to be helped. All they did was speak to each other and occasionally look towards me. No one offered help. After about 5-7 minutes of waiting, I finally turned and started staring back. Then after another minute or so, someone came and offered help. When I purchased my laptop, I was never asked about giving my email address for the receipt to be emailed to me as they had done in Boynton. When I asked the sales associate about it, he said that he had to finish the transaction first before he could take down that information. I was never asked about purchasing a warranty for my new purchase as I was asked for at the Boynton location. I had to ask for a warranty and he acted like it was a hassle for me to even ask him for a warranty. I spent a lot of money, in my opinion, on this new laptop and would have thought with the amount of the purchase that I wouldve received better service. The service I received in Boynton from the time I spoke with the sales associate, before he knew how much money I was going to spend, until the end of my purchase was excellent. Im not bragging about the amount of my purchase, nor do I feel as though I should have received better service because of the amount of money that I spent. Its just sad to see associates for a company like Best Buy to be so lax about their work ethic and the clientele of the business they work for thats paying their bills. And I guess now I see why I didnt see many people in this establishment as I had seen in the one in Boynton. Best Buy on Palm Beach Lakes, get with your employees and teach them how to BE employees and not just how to make a paycheck. I will NOT be going back to this store. I do, however, HIGHLY recommend that if you want a great experience at a Best Buy location, the on in Boynton Beach should be your store.
I went there to get a big screen TV, was in and out in maybe 25-30 minutes. They did a price match which saved me a couple bucks. Best Buy, always a great place to shop for electronics!

The staff was very Knowledgeable. I initially went to purchase an adapter for my MAC, then I began asking questions with the Geek Squad technician who was very informed on my problems and provided me excellent solutions. Everyone there were COVID-19, friendly, and provided individual attention focusing on (ME) the customer. I enjoyed my visit and will return.
