Two weeks ago, I spoke with a gentleman asking for a copy of a contract for furniture I was trying to rent. He never got back to me a few days later, a woman named Monica called and apologized and said she would get back to me. My wife and I were out of town when she called and she said she would her back today, I spoke with Monica again, who said she would call back in five minutes after looking foe the infoI’ve been in retail for decades and cannot believe that people do not have any customer service. Just a joke

Kavian was so amazing. My bed was not promised to me as stick was not available but kavian’s customer service was promised and he made a way for me to get delivery and get an even better bed than what I was looking at. He really did go above and beyond for me and I will always remember his great customer service. He has morales of a store manager . Because of him, I will be a lifetime customer!

These people went Above and Beyond !!!We woke up on a Saturday morning to a fully stocked, warm refrigerator. After spending 3 hrs. finding out that nobody could deliver a new one in less than a week, We tried Rent-a-center, ordered online, problem solved.It would be delivered today.Turns out this store didnt have what we ordered.These guys went out of their way to find one they had in-store that would fit my space and then dodged a rainstorm to deliver it in time to save all my food. Came and picked it up on time too.Thanks again to everybody involved.Great job!,Ed & Cheryl

Horrible, I do not recommend rent a center to anyone. They call you when the payment isn’t even due yet, and if you’re late 1 day, they are blowing your phone up. You have a late fee so why blow my phone up? To make matters worse, show up at your house with the truck lol. I could see if you’re a month behind but one week, you’re doing too much. I have a washing machine paid off through you, a couch, a play station, and a lap top, why would I run off now. Never again!!!!

I put in an online order for a tv with this store. The sales manager( Lorana) took my application and scheduled me a delivery on Thursday 6/6/19 after 5pm due to my work. I was at home waiting and no one showed. I called and spome with a guy, whom informed me that the store had not even picked up the tv from another store yet and it would be Friday. I explained That i dont get home til 5pm. He stated they will be there at 5:30. I got home Friday and was waiting for a no show. I called the store and spome to the store manager ( Tae) whom wouldnt give her name at first. She was sooooo rude and disrespectful. Because i had issues with the mis communication, i was told my order was not done correctly and i wasnt suppose to get scheduled for a delivery and the best thing they could do is either deliver on Saturday or refund me. Then she goes on and pit the sales manager on line and stated oh im showing that i may cant afford this and i will just have to be refunded and i cant receive my order. I was never so upset with the conception of what i cant afford as hard as i work 2 jobs. I find them to be very RACIST. Both individuals kept getting slick with me over the phone and yelling. I am totally appalled of their behavior. I will be calling the corporate office.

I purchased a 2 piece from them out of rooms to go on Okeechobee Blvd. Call to ask them about the leather material on the sofa started shedding but the love seat is good. She tells me thats wear and tear. Woman stop lying. I havent had it that long.Poor service. I will never shop there again

An employee/manager name Princess more like the devil is extremely rude. She will argue you down and disrespect you. I wasnt gonna leave a review because the rest of the guys at this location are awesome but enough is enough.. Shes the reason why my mom decided to give her tv back and buy one instead. Shes always ready to fight and argue with customers. TERRIBLE customer service skills.. its been nothing but drama dealing with this rude woman.

Never had a issue my delivery arrive on time Tae and Hector was very professional I highly recommend them.
