Endless calls and visits were made due to problems with my 91 year old mothers hearing aids which were purchased in a different state. Most notedly, my mother was frustrated because she was unable to enjoy tv, especially movies, because of problems understanding what was being said. Very impressed with this Company. Went in with hearing aid that wasnt working. Thought I needed replacement. They put in their own new battery and it worked fine. Battery I had in was old. No charge for this service. Will definitely be getting backup aid from them soon.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend them.I was a victim of deceptive advertising, because they offer a free audiometry and after they called me 4 times to use that service, I traveled more than 20 miles to Surfside, Miami Fl. 33154.The first thing they told me is if I could pay between 4,000 or 5,000 or 7,000 dollars for some headphones, I told them that of course I cant pay that because I am retired.They didnt even check the doctor who attended me.The visit lasted just 2 minutes, between entering and leaving.Instead of medical professionals they are sales agents of hearing devices.And as if to conform as someone who gives a candy to a child they gave me information about a foundation that I could qualify for ...The dr that was before in that office was a true deaf doctor, these are merchants.

You must be in Hell, Tim said to me on my first visit ! The reference was of course to the setting on my AIDS . For 3 years I had tried to find someone to adjust them !I was at a point were I wanted to scream! Tim has been the BEST ! Not only did he test me correctly, he also realized that my hearing was bad then referred me to the proper Dr that agreed with Tim .That I was in need of a cochlea Implant .Tim, listened with true concern and compassion and I truly am forever grateful for his kindness and his knowledge . Dr Tim Bohl worked with me to get the best possible hearing aids for my needs. He showed me my options and reviewed the pros and cons of each system. After deciding upon a product (Starkey Livio 2400) with custom ear molds, I couldnt be happier. I had a problem with a unit that died after 2 1/2 months and he arranged for a full warranty replacement and I had it within 3 days. This group mailed out a FREE Video Otoscope and free consultation for appointments made between 4-21- to 4-24 Only. Called as soon as I received the notice in th email. Left 4 messages to return my call for appointment and never received a phone call back. Phones are being answered by an answering service at ALL times of the day. Went on line to book appointment and no appointments open.This mail out was a scam and if they cannot answer their phone during the day nor return calls left on there service them they need to get the heck out of West Palm Beach. We are loaded with scammers.
