I was really having a hard time with my hearing. Not wanting to do anything or go anywhere. I tried other OTC hearing aids but no good. Then I wen to Miracle Ear and Annie and Michelle were wonderful. I got my hearing aids and Annie helped me set it up with my phone and it has made such a difference. I love the fact that I can call with any problems and they help me and that I can go in and get the hearing aids cleaned. I am very happy with the experience and Annie and Michelle are great.

Ive had The new Miracle-Ear Minis for 6 months now, they are great. Annie the hearing specialist is great as is Michele the office manager. Any time I had a question about connection or.how go use any feature they were right there to help. They are the best, Michelle (manager) and Annie (technician).At seventy, when I run into difficulties they are available over the phone or fit me in very quickly at the office. I love this office please come see Annie and Michelle for your hearing health care you will not be disappointed. They always take care of me when I need batteries, need my hearing aids clean and all other hearing care services. I would reccomend anyone to come see them.

After years of guessing what people were saying and answering the wrong questions because I didnt hear them correctly and am finally able to hear again. Since I got my hearing aids I can even hear a coin drop to the floor, so I am saving money instead of leaving a trail of money because I never heard it fall. When I first went in I was skeptical that they would be able to help me. But Annie and Jim worked together to determine exactly what I needed. They carefully explained how hearing works and why it doesnt work. They were honest in telling my hearing would improve but that I would not have Superman -Super Hearing. I received my hearing aids in time for a family gathering, it was wonderful. Because of health issues I had to cancel a couple of appointments at the last minute Annie and Michelle were flexible and accommodating as always. Michelle is always so sweet to me when I come in, she always asks how I am and always offer me coffee. Michelle quickly cleans my hearing aids and allows me to get on with my day with a pleasant smile. I am so pleased with my hearing aids and the staff at WPB Miracle Ear, I would and have recommended to my friends. Thank you Jim, Annie and Michelle for making my life better.

Best customer service I have ever received! The young lady Jasmine B is so helpful and kind. From the moment we spoke on the phone, as well as meeting in person, Jasmine B. was very detailed with explaining how the products works and was very patient with my grandmother, who requires ALOT of patience. She was also very professional and did not hesitate to answer any questions that we had, regardless of how small they are. She is a role model of how all employees should carry themselves and how to have customer service skills. 10 stars!!!!!!!!

The staff is attentive, through, accommodating and friendly. This location gives good customer service. The reason for the 4 out of 5 stars is because the issues that I have had with my hearing aids have never been completely resolved. The staff works diligently to accommodate my concerns however, some of the issue(s) remain unresolved.
