I was very impressed at the professionalism of the doctor And I was so happy when I walked out the door because I’m going to get the hearing aids I need

My experience at HearUSA was great. I always received a warm greeting from the staff and Dr. McCullough during my visits. Dr. McCullough was awesome each time I visit the office. She provided me with updates on my medical authorization. Overall, the service was professional and the office was clean, staff wore mask and hand sanitizer were available in the office.

The location and the waiting area were good. The doctor doing the testing for my relative was not very friendly...but she did do her job, she just didnt seem to have a caring attitude. The receptionist was nice and helpful.
