If you are looking for a good Audiologist, stop your research because you found one. I visited their office today, and the service was exceptional, meaningful, and caring. I highly recommend this audiologist.

John Walker solved my hearing problem with a great paint of Phonak hearing aids a as many follow up appointments to fine tune how they performed. He is knows his business and carefully trained me to correctly use the devices. The difference is remarkable. I can now understand my granddaughters!

I was visiting my daughter when my hearing aid stopped working. We found Walker on Google. Called that morning and they said come right in well take a look at it. While it was beyond repair Austin Walker spent a great deal of time explaining the new technology available and even gave me a referral for a NYC Audiologist. I went to check out and he would not take any payment for his time. When I told my daughter the story, she said NO Doctor in Florida does that. This practice is special. If you have hearing issues, this is the place to go.

I had my ear canals plugged up for many years, the last three weeks were really bad, I wasn’t able to hear anything.I made an appointment with Dr. Walker and he removed and cleaned both ear canals, he was very professional and knowledgeable.I’m very happy with his performance, I would recommend Dr. Walker for any hearing problems.

Terrific experience! Its especially difficult to see someone about a field you are no expert. You must be reliant upon their expert advise. When often that advise can result in a very large cost (hearing aids are so expensive) with significant benefit to the expert - having someone you can trust to see you and your issue outside of the financial benefits of their recommendation is essential and often ... rare. Not in this office. I know I will need their assistance at some point in the future and will not hesitate to return in the meantime, I strongly suggest you see them first.

Fortunately, the substitute aids were not needed because Austin worked his magic and found a replacement condenser unit that resurrected my old Oticon back to life. He then showed me how to keep my aid clean with regular brushing of the ports and gave me a cleaning brush, to boot.At then end of the unscheduled visit, which took a significant amount of his time, attention and expertise, he refused to take payment for his fine service, despite my insistence. What a class act, start to finish...I left their office filled with gratitude and completely gifted by a level of generosity and professionalism that is rare in today’s world. I sought out Walker Hearing Solutions because they are one of a few who performs real ear measurements (important if you want the most out of your hearing aids) and who sold Phonak Marvel.What I didn’t know — was how professional, knowledgeable, congenial and customer focused they are as well!They provide full service and do everything to ensure your hearing aids are the best for you and fit/perform well. John and Austin truly care! I won’t go anywhere else! You shouldn’t either!

In July 2019, after my provider ceased operations and insurance on my 2014 aids ended, I needed to act. I needed earwax removal service too. My livery driver recommended Walker Hearing Solutions. My wife and I were warmly received. John Walker recommended Phonak Marvel aids. His son, Austin, configured Bluetooth connection to my phone. John optimized my 2014 aids as an effective backup. He did not offer to sell my wife new aids as he honestly said she should get maximum life out of them because he could optimize her 2016 aids and extend yearly service. Supplied with service contracts, wax guards and batteries, we feel in good hands with Austin and John Walker as we go forward into 2020.

On a scale of one to ten, John is a 15 in my opinion! I have put my hearing deficiency trust in him for over 7 years and he has never let me down. Unlike other hearing clinics, he takes the time to explain in clear detail the positives and negatives of the various hearing aid devices. He does not try to up-sell you to a device that you do not need. Finally, he offers a reasonable trial period for you to wear the device(s) in the real world! I can attest to the fact that in conversations with other patients in his waiting room, we are all in agreement re our opinion of his proficiency.

Mr. Walker and staff are excellent. I was having an issue with a hearing aid that I had purchased from an on-line retailer-- Buy hear. (They seemed to have disappeared off the face of the earth!!!)Mr. Walker fitted me in for an appointment. Not only did he fix my hearing aid on the spot-- he also checked with the manufacturer to confirm my hearing aids were still under warranty.Such integrity and and service is hard to find these days... but it is alive and well at Walker Hearing Solutions!

There are many good hearing aids on the market and you can probably shop for price--but I advise against it. The most important factor in a good hearing aid fitting is the skill of the audiologist and his or her ability to adjust your aid to fit your particular hearing loss. Mr. Walker is a master at this and his skill will make your hearing aid experience successful.
