Steve was the one who helped me. He is very knowledgable and he seems to be a really great person. Getting my new account was easy and fast. These days its nice to find someone who knows what they are talking about!

We finally made the switch to AT&T and have definitely made the right decision. Jacob assisted us at the store and did an amazing job. He was very knowledgeable and provided us with excellent customer service. We look forward to shopping at the store in the near future to add an additional line.

The manager Steve was very helpful and informative. It was a pleasant experience changing providers.

Maybe in store experience is better, but have tried to call the store for 2 hours and not able to get an actual person or even leave any kind of message. It just tells me a in store representative is not available and hangs up. Not impressed at all.

Worst experience I have ever had! Would highly recommend going anywhere else..more like a bad used car lot..bought phones and added 3rd line with trade ins..trade ins have never made it to AT&T so we are paying full price, lied about monthly bill amount! Manager not available and associate there will not escalate to next management level in fact refused to do so..

Very helpful staff got me and my family set up with all new phones at a price that blew our old carrier out of the water!

Worst at&t store Ive ever been to. Ive been to many in several states, etc. Customer service is pitiful. Only 1 rep there. He wanted to argue with me about access to my account, etcId I had not been with at&t for 25+ yrs Id switch immediately.Ill do all business over the phone or thru chat from now on.

Teberile they wont help u with your phone I sent mine to get fixed still not fixed the store wont help u the 800 # gives u the run around att socks im going to a different cell phone company

The free lifetime replacement for the ATT screen protector isn’t free. They tell you that when you buy it but then when you go to get a new one they charge you eight dollars.

Let me tell you about this store and the wonderful lady that was working. Heather Roberts, helped me with an issue i was having with the account. She ended up saving me money every month. I highly recommended going to see her. Ask for Heather.

I have tried calling them several times and can not get anyone to answer. I ordered a phone online yesterday and did the curbside pick up. It states online that an authorized user can pick up the order. They would not let me pick it up because Im not the account holder. Im am very disappointed in this store! Im going to call the better business bureau and tell them about false advertising online.

This guy was rude to my Dad stood around while the girl was working and said “she will help you when she’s done” and this isn’t the 1st time and as I see from other reviews we’re not the only ones having issues here. This needs to be addressed right away this should not be happening.The AT&T stores here in Texas are not like this and this one should be no different I expect a change!!!

Yesterday I came into the store to inquire about an upgrade and ask questions about the new towers being put in. Sadly my experience was one for the books, the manger who was helping me learned that I knew some previous employees due to small talk. The conversation quickly turned into a bashing session defying their character and giving me details that were frankly none of my business. After I informed her that I wanted no part to do with the conversation she still continued the conversation but went on to talk about a different previous employee. What has customer service came to? Who hires these managers? Do you not look into the type of people you have representing your company? I believe the drunk girl who makes the paper for her husband beating her who trash talks everyone was possibly not the best fit? Or should I not have said that, as it defies her character as she does others? Very Classy move AT&T.

The sales associate Kimber was extremely knowledgeable, she was multitasking training a girl and helping me. I got great services and was out the door in record time. The a/c in the store wasn’t working correctly and it was extremely hot I heard another associate saying it had been like that all season.

My gf finally got a new phone - geez - you need a textbook for these things!

This is NOT an AT&T store only an authorized dealer. One of many that will NOT take your payment any more according to them and AT&Ts home office. As a matter of fact they DO NOT do a lot of things that an AT&T Store does according to AT&T. This store needs to take AT&T Store off their signage as it makes one think it IS a AT&T store and it IS NOT only a dealer of cellular service that is provided by AT&T, not them. I understand other payment options are available but if all you have is cash or dont trust the internet with your credit card info then this move is a bad one for business and customers.

The staff was nice and did want out of their way to make sure everyone had a good experience and left happy

I had the pleasure of dealing with Houston, not only did he go above and beyond. He stayed until 10 PM that night to get our phones switched over. I would recommend him to anyone. I hope management sees this review!!

I love AT&T otherwise I wouldnt have been with this company as long as I have been. The only complaint I have is you show no respect for a persons loyality. I have been with yall for years and when I went to get another phone, I was treated like any Joe Blow off the street. Loyality means nothing to yall.

Bought a phone brought it to this store. they told me it didnt have any money owed on, it was unlocked, and was not stolen. 6 months later they refuse to unlock it claiming money is owed on it. All beware... of this rude crooked manager.

The manager was so helpful with explaining everything in detail.

Went in to check on possibly getting internet service through AT&T; we have cell service through another provider. Everyone was busy with other customers so I didnt expect to be waited on immediately. I did, however, expect, a greeting of some sort instead of being completely ignored. We stood around for roughly 15-20 minutes without a single employee even looking our way. We walked out without a single word being spoken to us.

Courteous and professional staff. Knowledgeable and friendly. 5+ stars.

Was sold a plan and lied to about fees. The equipment not working as advertised is another matter. Buyer BEWARE!!! As I returned from my vacation, I returned all the equipment, my bill has gone from 300+ dollars to 1300 dollars in 6 weeks.
