Steven was a great help in getting us two new phones. One of our phones had quit charging and we needed a new phone quickly. We got there pretty late and Steven and Cindy both stayed until well after closing to make sure all our data and settings were transferred properly. I highly recommend going to this store over buying directly from Verizon online or over the phone.

Incredibly rude, unhelpful, better than you attitude from everyone in the store. We came in with a problem about our billing not having gone through (has happened once before already) and they didn’t even take the time out of their days to even look up our information, just told us it was a problem with our bank; then we asked if we were able to fill out the COVID 19 Hardship Form in store because the phone app is unresponsive and were told it doesn’t exist. They said “Glad we could help you out today, have a good day” without having done anything to help us out.

Came into the Verizon store today to look at an upgrade. Steve met me at the door, which was really nice. He went over my account to see about discount on plans before showing me the phones. He was not pushy at all and was able to get me a new phone. He also got me a great bundle on accessories for my new phone. He was great. And got all my data transferred.

I was greeted and helped immediately when I came in to store. Cant believe this but I actually am leaving with a new phone plus a tablet with unlimited data for LESS monthly bill than before thanks to promos. When I came in I said I did not want to spend a lot on the phone. What I really appreciated was that Steven listened to my needs and did not try to push higher phones on me. He was so nice and helpful that it made this a great experience. Steven was able to get me everything I needed and more.

I had THE best experience getting my new phone set up today. My old phone was having issues staying on, but Steven Plante made sure he kept trying to transfer my messages I needed until it was completed. He was very patient and helpful. I really dont know how this company has any business in this area. I moved from West Plains, MO to Batesville, AR, basically from a house in town to one out in the woods. At least 2 of the reps in the West Plains store swore the Verizon service was better in Arkansas, plus the coverage map showed the entire area covered. My wife and I each have a phone (mines a Pixel 4 and hers is a Galaxy 9) and neither of us has hardly any service at all now....like anywhere. Ive consistently driven through Batesville, Newport, West Plains and surrounding towns with absolutely no service at all. I understand not having range at the house, but it completely baffles me as to how we can have no service sitting in the middle of town. Suffice it to say, well be switching back to AT&T. Also wanted to talk about our experience at the West Plains store. The only reason I gave this review 2 stars is because the guy that helped us was super nice and worked really hard to get us taken care of. That being said, we were in there for what seemed like hours getting our service set up. Not a big deal, but in that time our rep was doing the work of like 4 people while the other 3 agents literally sat around and flirted with each other. One male rep had a set of golf clubs and was practicing his swing while flirting with a female rep who was deeply absorbed in some Youtube cooking videos. I dont even know what the 3rd rep was doing. But all the while, our rep was taking care of us and answering phones and working with customer service to get us set up. We left pretty disgusted with the other workers. Anyway, now the wife and I have to go back and try to change our service back to AT&T so at least well have working phones again. I dread spending hours in there again. Really wish there was a supervisor present to keep the employees on task. or at least pretending to be so while customers are present.

Preston is a miracle worker

I went into the store very upset. I had just paid my last payment on my Samsung galaxy s6 last month. And yesterday it decided it wasnt going to charge. I did all of the tricks to try and fix it. Nothing worked. I walked in, just knowing Id get the run around. I was greeted by Steven. I told him what was going on and everything I had done. He told me unfortunately Id need a new phone. But Steven and his manager made the process as painless as possible. I spent far less money than I thought I would have too. And I got an awesome new phone. Steven even took the time to transfer everything off of my old phone. I just had to re activate a few apps when I got home. Because of the staff at this store Ill continue using Verizon. thanks guys.

Eric and his trainee, Steven, were absolutely wonderful. I walked in 10 minutes before close (not my preferred method but i had no choice) and they were so diligent in helping me, staying super late and making sure that everything transferred to my new phone correctly. They were also fun to chat with and made the time pass by quickly.

Kevin took our phone business seriously and spent the time helping us work thru choosing phones, making the switch, and then gave us his own cell number so we can call for his personal help anytime!! This is great service!

I honestly had such a good time. I never thought I would say that about a phone store visit. I never caught his name, but the man that helped us was so great. Almost everytime my family goes Verizon, were bickering between ourselves, but this guy made all of that frustration go away. He was funny, cool, and his dad-trying-to-be-hip vibe was the best. I dont mean that as an insult towards him in any way. Hes the type of person I want to be when Im older. We were the only customers in the store, so it was easy for all them to focus on us, which was so great. 1000 out of 10 experience.
