This service only works in parts if town. Over by the comic center, I get 3 bars, where I live, just 2. Im still in west plains, idk how this is possible. I have to rely on my wifi more than the service of this company, well, because it doesnt work in parts of town. Youd think that if I lived in the sa.e town of the service provided that Id get my full service of 5 bars. This is a joke, it gets paid every month, only to not work on another part of town.

My apps would not open. They fixed the issue almost instantly. Very impressed. Janice I think was her name was very professional and knowledgeable when I walked in and started to explain the issue.

I cant really give it a star or a rating so Im going to give it three for a neutral rating. I read they have new managers now which is great to the point where I may go back to them. It was their last manager and entire crew and their lets just say amazing customer service that got me to wash my hands and walk away from a phone company I used for almost 13 years. I proudly went to a carrier (cricket) where the service sucks in my area and they charged me more to pay in store than online. So I may give us cellular another look and just go check out their new management and hopefully much improved and better customer service. Ill come back and rerate when I do.

Horrible customer service. Also throttle your data speed if u pay for unlimited. Horrible cell phone reception even in the middle of town. 0/10 would not recommend.

I had been to Us cellular in West Plains a couple times prior to yesterday with my phone shutting off and the phone was cutting out when I was talking to someone. Yesterday I talked to one of the women and she knew exactly what the problem was and showed me in settings where the problem was and showed me what to do.

I recently got a new debit card, so went in to provide the new number for billing. I was told they couldnt do this in store, I had to dial a help line.I called the number, asked to speak to an associate instead of dealing with an automated phone tree. I was told there would be an additional fee for speaking to a real person.I will be changing cellular companies this week.

Consistently deleting my online account.Just last month they suspended my account right after I paid in store. This was because they had undercharged me a penny in store.Constantly adding $9 of insurance to my bill even though I have requested not to have it.The only help I get in store is advice to call the hotline. They have refused to help me with my account on several occasions.So, over the course of several years, Id say go with a different company than US Cellular.

The employees are always friendly and knowledgable. They always have the answers to my questions, and can help you figure out those electronics when you dont know how to work them. There signal is amazing and fast. I have signal in almost all rural areas through the ozarks. I would recommend U.S. cellular over any other carrier.

Decided to have my phone deactivated due and I was going to have it shut off after the pay cycle but I was told I would get a partial refund since I paid for the full month already if I deactivated it then. No refund at all. Just lies
