Watch your bill. The store manager named Brayten well he added some extras on my bill without even asking me. Then he said 0 return policy which is a lie because on your receipt it even says you have 7 days after purchase to bring something back if it is broken or not working right like my phone I have had cricket service for a long time and had nothing but issues and horrible reception he was not even competent enough to answer simple questions he was telling me bogus lies so I switched service to US Cellular and my service could not be any better I have zero problems and I can do so many more things on my phone same exact phone that I had with cricket just now I have one with US Cellular dont go to cricket they horrible I never would give a bad review but the manager / whatever he is a horrible employee and a terrible sales person and so therefore cricket is an awful company to deal with.

I live in Salem AR and have great service. Pretty much anywhere At&t gets service you will get service. They have an excellent selection of phones and great plans. It is prepaid so no late charges but it feels like a regular plan. We have 5 people on our plan and 3 out of the 5 have protection plans, each phone has unlimited data,talk and text. We pay $147 a month. It is even cheaper if you dont do the protection plans but my family is pretty rough on phones. Great customer service and tech support. Will be staying with them for a long time. I was paying over $200 a month for 4 phones on Verizon.

Michael and Candace took extremely good care of our family today in getting us switched over from Net10. I have had Net10 for a LONG time and didnt want to change, but my wife had already switched and has been enjoying the service greatly. Michael really went to bat for me as porting my number from the old provider was challenging. Both Michael and Candace remained very polite, patient, and professional through the entire process, which I appreciate to no end!!!

Been there a few time, employee very friendly & helpful, how ever dont try to return items or get a refund. First problem was I bought a new phone for a Christmas Present $200 an within 3 weeks phone quit working. Called store told them what happen. Too bad been over 7 days. Did sent phone into Cricket they sent me a new one. Local store wasnt helpful. Stupid me went back to same store an bought a phone cover paid for it, the employee started put cover on phone but said sorry wont fit. She said her boss wouldnt let her give me a credit, said I could take a different color phone cover, lol well my teenage daughter wanted the rainbow color. Called my credit card company

Bought a phone through progressive leasing from this store. progressive paid them the day i got phone. cricket refuses to unlock the phone even though, i paid off progressive leasing within 90 days, and cricket got all their money on day one. cricket has the worse customer service. this store told me i had to spend the entire amount of approved lease amount, which is also false according to progressive leasing. this location is bad business, and the cricket headquarters does not honor their customer agreements.

Worse phone company, this retailer misinforms customers, told me i had to use my whole lease amount which was a lie,over oriced screen protector and case. case prevented wireless charging. 7 months to unlock a phone that retail price was paid for, claims its suppose to be 6 months, yet its longer.. phone shouldnt be locked when full retail was paid

Love the service but dislike their activation fee of 25.00 for a service I already have n a 15.00 charge to change phone number
