Took a friend from out of town to Les Schwab(W.Sac location) to have tires replaced. Stopped at Americas Tires earlier that day & was very overly priced. My son recommended Les Schwab & to ask for Tyler. I couldnt believe the great price & outstanding service my friend received & how fast it was done!! Thankfully she was able to drive home over 2+hrs away with no problem the next morning, thanks to Tyler! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Another good experience with Les Schwab. Great friendly staff and service. Had to travel to the one in West Sacramento for my motorhome and not disappointed at all. They handled my tire rotation and the alignment in a fast and efficient manner. Replaced the bushings and it now feels like a brand new vehicle. I know that Ill be going there again for the maintenance. Superb job. Thanks for all you do!!!!

Made an appointment for a wheel alignment and to have the tires balanced. I was in and out in just a little over one hour!Afterwards the tech explained to me all the areas that were out of normal range. Also about one tire that was the most out of balance.The cost ended up less than the quoted estimate! I will definitely bring my vehicles back here for future service.

I visited Les Schwab for the first time. I got my breaks inspected. The service was friendly and timely. Also they didnt charge me a thing, with no strings attached! I am very pleased with them and will go back in the future. They really live up to their reputation. Thanks guys!

Service was very slow. The workers where very slow. I have been to many other locations and the techs were fast and very nice but this location is just the opposite I waited 2 hours before they even brought my car into the bay. The workers just had one vehicle before mine and it was just a simple 4 tire replacement. The service is very cold and uninviting. Please do not respond with a canned message but take the complaints seriously.

Everytime I try to use les schwabs services its extremely inconvenient. Either the customer service isnt good, they dont have the parts or their personal arent trained to do the most simplest tasks. Maybe I notice this cause of my WyoTech and aeronautical back ground, but huge improvement could be made very easily.

Great service! The vehicles tire was slowly deflating over time and needed to be pumped up every few days. Took it up to Les Schwab and expected to be charged for them to patch the tire, but it was free! There was a screw in the tire and they fixed it in around 2 hours. Just for anyone wondering, they will not replace brake pads without rotors due to warranty/liability and Les Schwab policy. (This was a misunderstanding, as you can see in the reply.) Totally going to return for anything tire related! Great service.

Came at 8am right when they open. Guy was EXTREMELY rude didnt even bother helping my fiance. Instead just kept denying service without letting my fiance ask or say anything when we need a simple car inspection NOT DMV CERTIFIED one after just talking with dmv saying it was not needed. Refused to accept a cupon for free inspection. So now we are getting help from one on Northgate instead they are ALOT more helpful and RESPECTFUL friendly people then the douchbag that works at this one. Would NEVER recommend this place. But anyone want people that are actually willing to do there job and help definitely go to Northgate!

When the fellas at Les Schwab put my tire back on my truck after repairing the flat, i figured they would put the spare in the back of the truck and i would need to stow it under the truck when i got home. To my surprise, they had stowed the spare back underneath the truck for me and saved me the trouble. Maybe this is common practice, maybe its not, I dont know, but regardless, they went above and beyond in my opinion, and i appreciate it. Thanks to the good folks at Les Schwab.

I was told that I needed back tires so I went to les Schwab he check my tires and said I probably should wait. I like that there not looking to make a buck and think of the customer. I defiantly will go back and get 4 tires. When needed that’s les.

5/16/20 @ approx 8am - Stopped in to get a simple repair done to a tire on my Ferrari. Was the first at the store and waited 20 minutes for it to open. Service tech came out asked how he could help, I explained the screw in rear tire and he said to hold on and went inside. He came back and said that they couldnt help me per the manager Rob. I asked how is that Les Schwab could sell us $2,500 tires but refuse service on a simple repair. He said thats just what my manager said man. This was at store #645 !!! I have spent somewhere between $15,000 and $25,000 at Les Schwab in my lifetime and it took a manager that couldnt even come out himself to lose my business forever. ANYWAY, I went to discount tire 1 mile away and the manager fixed the tire within 30 minutes and gained a loyal customer.

Quick to assess my situation and repair my tire. Service man called upon completion and no charge as well. Pleased with serviceAnd honest.

Blew a tire on I-80 E driving up from the SF Bay. I didnt call ahead or get a quote or anything. The AAA guy just recommended we go here because it was closest, and I really wanted to get off the freeway shoulder. Guess I got really lucky, because it was not as expensive as I thought it was going to be, even though I ended up replacing two of my tires. They told me five hours or so for the wait time. I dont know how long it actually was since they didnt call me, but I showed up about four hours or so after handing them my keys and the job had been done. The man at the counter was very helpful and polite. Overall they prevented a bad day from turning into a very bad and overly expensive day, and I appreciate that. Should I blow a tire again, I just hope its near one of Les Schawbs shops.

This tire center was exceptional. They made appointment for me for an alignment for a big rig. They communicated throughout the process with me along the way. It was a three-hour visit. They really need to have outlets around the waiting area so that patrons can use their devices plugged in without using our batteries. The really need to rethink how theyre waiting area is set up. They need more comfortable chairs. Im going to wait for 3 hours you need something to do. And having it in a place thats comfortable is important.

Let me just say that I should have gone to this place a long time ago. Ive been going to Pep boys because its close to me. Ive done the basic maintenance with them. I only went to Les Schwab because my tired had a nail. When I went in, I was blown away on how kind and how good the customer service was. They were already waiting for me. I told them what was wrong and I also mentioned that my car pulled to the right. So they did all the tests possible. They fixed the flat, rotated the tires and some other stuff for free!!!!!!! I actually felt like they cared about me. I genuinely wanted to pay something because that was something Pep Boys never bothered to do. Which means that they never rotated my tires even though its something theyre supposed to do every time you get your oil changed. Plus the wait time was low, pep boys made me wait 3 hours for an oil change. I literally watched the last season on black mirror just to get my oil changed. Even though this location is further, I will now go to this place. 120% on everything. You guys rock!! I still feel bad I wasnt charged for anything maybe this is how they get us. Providing amazing service, how dare they! Anyway, yall got a new loyal customer

Ive been going to this location for several years now. One of the first times i went, I thought I would need all new tires, breaks, and an alignment. I cant remember exactly what they said I needed, but it was nothing compared to what I was expecting, and it was only a fraction of what a dishonest business could have tried to charge me. Just went today because I knew I needed at least one new tire because I ran over something and ruined one. They looked at it and said I only needed one tire and that the others could use a rotation. Ive never been dissatisfied. Ive always found the staff to be helpful, courteous, and most importantly, honest, and as long as they remain that way, Ill remain a loyal customer.

Ive been a Les Schawb customer for more than 10 years. Friends ask me why I spend so much there, when I could go to smaller shops and purchase cheaper tires/breaks/etc. My answer is simple: I like having a warranty that provides a peace of mind. The biggest inconvenience Ive had was a recent alignment that wouldnt get my car straight. But after a couple of visits and speaking with the store manager, my car drives straight again (it required a deeper dive into the situation). To compensate for my time, they gave me a partial refund and I was able to keep upgraded tires. Im happy about the results and hope my tires last a long time :)

I prefer the Les Schwab store in West Sacramento. We have 4 big trucks and a tow truck. They can handle the work there for these trucks. Need alignment for your big rig go there.

I give them a 5-star rating but if youre in a hurry this is not the place to gobut other than that they deserve a five-star rating because they it is very clean the people are great they know what theyre doing its a good place to buy a tire what the speeding is bad

Needed tire chains. Drove up and the sales associate walked over to help before I got out of my car. He was knowledgeable, quick, and courteous. This was my second time buying and I will return. Quality product, easy installation, and if unused they will buy back your chains in the spring.

We have a tow company and have a commercial fleet account at this location.There are locations that are closer to us, but this location stocks our tire size and has a whole commercial truck side to it that the others just cant offer.If they dont have it, they will hop in the truck and go grab it!With great customer service, decent hours, and quick response time, the other guys that try to be cheaper just dont measure up.Thanks guys!

I came here thinking it would be $20 to fix and a long wait but I was helped as soon as I stepped out of the car and they patched my tire free of charge.Not a bad way to start a Wednesday morning. Possibly the worst automotive experience I have ever had. When I went here I got new tires as well as an alignment. Less than 6 months later I notice my tires are bald so I went back only to have the guy tell me the warranty is no good because my tires are out of alignment. I then let him know they did an alignment job when I got the tires and show him the paperwork. After that the guy was kinda shocked then pulled my car in to check it. After they check it I will never forget what he said next.... The guy sits me down and says what did YOU do to this car?? Like it was my fault and I was being accused of doing something wrong. After that Im told the warranty is no good and oh btw you need new tires and an alignment.... again....

After the Northgate location sent me away fur to the 3 hour wait time the West Sacramento location came to the rescue. They fixed the nail in my tire, did it with a smile and friendly service and charged me nothing but my time. Great location and the place was clean! ++++ Nothing but great things about this location. I will be going to the West Sac location from now on.

Customer service is every little bit as good as seen on commerical. I dropped off my flat tire for a repair and picked it up later without any issue. Les Schwab guys even carried the tire out for me and in a bag so my trunk doesnt get dirty.

Great people. Very clean store, bathrooms clean. Got a nail pulled from my tire, service tech went ahead and re balanced both back tires to make sure nothing got out of whack.

I have been here several times and each time the employees have been polite and taken care of my wife and I.

Went in for chains. The customer service was great and they met me in the parking lot and checked out my tire size and everything.However, they gave me the wrong sized chains. We got stranded the next day on a mountain pass and had to drive back to the resort town in dangerous conditions to get new chains.I found out that the tire size was not even listed on the box for the chains that Les Schwab sold me. On top of that, the receipt of the previous person that had bought the chains was still in the box!Customer service is not everything. You still need to have people that know their parts.

I needs tires,I called Les Schwab, they didnt have the size tires,I needed, I told the fellow I was quite a ways from home, and short on cash, he told me to hold on a min. When he came back on the line, he says, how soon can you be here I have the tires you want at our warehouse,they will have them here in 15 min, so long story short, I got there about the same time as the truck, two hours later I was back on the road.Thanks guys

The worst!!!!I called about an alignment and asked if I needed an appointment and the guy said no just walk in so I did. I waited 15 min at the counter before someone came in to wait on me, he asked if I had an appointment and I said no that the guy I spoke to on the phone said just walk in, so he gets my info and takes my keys while I go sit down to wait for over an hour until I catch an employee and ask how much longer who tells me 1 and a half hours. I told him that I had already been there for over an hour and I wasnt going to wait another couple hours for my truck, he said I should have made an appointment........... really?!?!?! They lost a sale of fixing my alignment and new tires not to mention future work Im going to have done. I like Les Schwab but this location is horrible?!!

Always friendly and will answer questions. My only issue is there wait times. Even with an appointment I was there an hour and a half for a tire rotarion.

Came in to les schwab for a brake inspection. Store was really busy and I was in a hurry. Justine and Jordan work extremely fast to take care of all previous customer to make sure I had my brakes inspected at a resinable time. My wife went by here with our car that had picked up a nail. She concerned she would get over charged or upsold, as she doesnt know much about cars. In and out in about 30-45 min and they didnt charge her anything for patching the tire. Exceeded expectations and was pleasantly surprised with the service. Well be back when we need new tires.

I went in to get a tire patched and they did it for free! they had trouble with my hub cap so i showed them how to unlock it from my wheel. They ended up breaking one of my wheel studs so they said come back in so I went back in and they broke that wheel stud too. Now at this point I had already been waiting for an 2 hours in the store. They had a lot of customers to take care of. what got me was that even after the new wheel stud was delivered I waited there another hour and a half while they took care of everyone else. They never explained to me why they werent working on my car. I thought maybe they werent working on my car cause it was something they had to fix for free. If I knew that all together 4 hours of my day would had been wasted I would have paid them just so I could get out of there sooner! These guys see hundreds of cars and still couldnt figure out how to put my hubcap on. so when they went to work on it the second time they ripped it right off with out unlocking it. which means not only did they break my hubcap they thought they could just rubber mallet it back on. I dont know much about cars but I sure as hell was able to figure out how to take off my hubcap without ruining it. so they hand me the keys I drive away with the confidence that these guys know what theyre doing. Im on the freeway for about 20 seconds when I look behind me to change lanes and I see my hubcap rolling way as cars are trying to dodge it. I never ever complain about stuff like this because thats not me, but this really frustrated me. Like I said before if I would have known free meant a lack of quality service, I would have just paid.
