Great customer service from the manager of the store! The only reason I took off a star is because one of my rims seems to be damaged from when they mounted a tire. Its small hardly noticable, so I can live with it, but it would be nice if they would have let me know or have offered to help fix it. Other than that, they actually didnt damage my wheels from installing the lug nuts, which other shops have done. They also use torque wrenches and not impacts, which should be common for everyone but its not.
Terrible customer service trying to get an appointment to get a rental car serviced by phone and in person. Employee not listening to the customers needs and trying to help arrange an appointment. I was told I have to leave the vehicle all day by phone and in person I was told I cannot give you any guarentees of how long it will take. He could not get a rental vehicle preapproved for service and claimed it could take all day for an approval. What is the point of an appoinment? When you have to work and have a rental vehicle and you are not from the area you do not have a way to leave a vehicle all day. I tried to explain my needs but the employee just does not care. He is not helping the business and is sending people away that need service that is already paid for.
Brought in my work van for oil change and rotation. Ricky pointed out that my tires and brakes needed to be replaced as well. He provided all the info to element and my company and got it approved and ready to go. Took Ricky and his team a day but my van feels like new. I blame my company for dragging the approval, not the team. Im extremely happy with their work and recommend coming in for your car needs. Thanks again

I really appreciated Justins help here. He managed a somewhat busy day well and calmly, making sure everyone got the attention they needed to answer questions or pick up a car, etc.I just came in for a tire consultation today because Im looking for something pretty specific and I left with a deeper understanding of their tires and what Im looking for.They currently dont do much or any work for Teslas. Not sure exactly but they wont put it on a lift which means they cant change or rotate tires for me here, despite the fact they sell them.Hopefully management gets that sorted soon but thats really upper corporate level stuff and you know how slow companies can be to make decisions that effect things from the top down.Could be a while but I appreciate the time I had here. Very likely to get a set of Bridgestone tires.

BUYERS BEWARE! I took my car in few weeks ago for a simple oil change. They talked me into a car care package, when done, they told me that I have to replace the water pump, the belts and battery corrosion. Altogether it would be $981.70!!!I have a Toyota 2017 model. I was surprised to hear the amount of damage in a somewhat new Toyota!Shocked, I told him Ill get other opinions. I went to Toyota & another auto care place. Just as I suspected, there was no such damage.I figured due to the pandemic they needed to rob to boost their sales! Seeing that I am a female alone, Id be a great CATCH!I know for a fact that my previous times that I had to use Firestone, I was robbed quite a bit.

Go here! Honest efficient and trouble shooting to keep u and your vehicle --even the older ones like mine!!! On the road. They keep me running smoothly and safe!!! Spotted some front end stuff that could be dangerous and fixed it same day 4 less $ than other places. I know the issue was real as diagnosed even tho somewhere else had said no problem but noise told me otherwise. They showed me damaged parts and got it all remedied. With regular alignment and balancing, drives great, straight and smooth ride--tight? Wont try to oversell on tires either. Great guys! Great crew including service techs and manager. Easy to deal with and interest free financing if u qualify. Go 4 it-they appreciate you & your business unlike so many others!

Really ripped me off so my car broke down in the parking lot and i had no choice but to have them service it. All in all i was charged just under 500 bucks less than a year later the same part breaks (harmonic balancer) when we took the part off it was obvious that firestone did not put the part in correctly so i called to see if i was under a warranty, of course not. So i ordered a new part online and it costed $45. Because they put it in wrong itt caused a few other issues (new timing belt, a cover top and bottom i would not recommend going to them they dont stand behind their service and are not helpful in any way

First off, if you like Firestone but do not like this one I have an idea. Drive half an hour east to the wonderful Firestone in North Highlands. This one seems to constantly overprice things. Also, every time we go there, they seem to let us know we have an additional over (100 dollars extra) of work that needs to be done. Even though we take it else where and they tell us the work is not necessary, nor should it cost as much. Our quote there for our 100,000 miles of work was over 900 dollars where are our quote at the Firestone in North Highlands was around 600. Also, the first three times I got our oil changed there, they forgot to reset the cars reminders of next oil change. This Firestone has done one thing right. They have inspired me to learn as much about cars as possible, do as much work myself, and never return to there door.

This place was wonderful. I was heading out of town and I realize there was a nail in my tire. I stopped in to have it replaced and the manager Matt said he would replace it himself because they were backed up and all their technicians were busy. The front desk receptionist Hannah and Ricky were both extremely helpful and friendly. I have been to many Firestone and all of his good but this one had extraordinary customer service. I would recommend this shop to everyone
I would give this place 0 stars if it was possible. My college student son took MY vehicle in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. My CC was on file however they would not allow my son to use it and forced him to pay out of his pocket even though I gave authorization. I called to offer FaceTime with ID, CC and my face and they refused. I have used another location and they know me well but that wasn’t good enough For them. Then I find out they said I need 2 new tires. The ones on the car only had 5,100 miles. They stated they were out of warranty.. I find that impossible to believe.. what happened to the 70,000 mile limited warranty on my previous paperwork. I also had purchased lifetime alignment and they didn’t even do an alignment after putting the 2 new tires on. Not only were they recommending 2 new tires but also they said the car needs an additional $2,800.00 of work. Trying to up sell!!! They really took advantage of my sons inexperience and me not being able to be there for the service. When I called back to speak with the service rep the manager got on the call and told me he didn’t care who knew me well at another firestone location, He would not honor my request to use my CC for the service and was completely rude. I have taken 5 cars for service to firestone. THIS WILL BE THE LAST TIME I EVER GO TO FIRESTONE. THEY JUST LOST A CUSTOMER!!!! I was so absolutely furious and it took everything in me not to cuss him out. I’m done with them!!!!!!!!

This afternoon I realize I had a dead battery in the driveway. I was able to jump start the vehicle and get it to Firestone for them to check the battery. I went in for a battery check to find out that my battery was fine. I later learned I left a dome light on and it drain the battery. Since I was at Firestone, I had them check my alignment. 2 hours later I was back in my driveway.
Every time I go to the Firestone store, I get excellent service and a positive, friendly experience with the service managers. Noll and Brian always treat my wife and me very well, and they both always take special care to accommodate whatever we need to have done. Because of the way they both take care of us, we always take our cars to their shop, and we recommend them to our friends and family.

Spoke with Matt on the phone. All I needed was a tire patch for a screw in the tire. I told him dropping off the car just to do a tire patch is unacceptable. He rudely disconnected the call on me as I was trying to speak with him. What if someone came in with an emergency tire patch? Are you going to tell them to wait X hours for you to get to it? Seriously?If this is the service I get over the phone before even bringing my car in for service, then why would I want to do business with Firestone?If still decide to do service with this place, dont do it with Matt. Worst customer service experience Ive ever had with a auto shop.
Always friendly and helpful, although I wish they would change their policy regarding the daily cash payments accepted for their credit card. They limit payments to no more than $500/day so if you have a balance greater than $500 you either have to make multiple trips or you must make a payment online or snail mail.
Took my work vehicle in to have the ac serviced dropped it off for the week because I was on vacation and Im trying to get it serviced on my time off so the techs arent rushed. Dropped it off on Tuesday and Wednesday evening I received a call stating that the vehicle was completed...... I picked up my vehicle on Thursday afternoon and was told that I needed to take the vehicle to the dealership. So it was not completed! Right! No communication! So I picked up the vehicle and took it to the dealership and instructed that the diagnoses would take one day. This is downtown Ford mind you. I have to work on Monday! With no vehicle to take care of my customers! Or to even get to work! They had no vehicle for me to use and they went willing to take care of my customers. Long story short get everything in writing when dealing with your vehicle!!!
By far the worst place to go to I’ve visited this place for a simple inspection and I wish I never did !these guys have no care for others property I’m sure not all but at least the short manager with glasses he first lied in the estimate about what the car needs he said it needs breaks when it didn’t and he said it needs a rear end also a lie !and on top of that broke my window his employee admitted that and the lil man said we’ll take care of it but never did, I do believe in Carma tho and I do hope that he loses the most lovable thing to him for being a thief and dishonest.DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.
We have taken both our cars here for as little as oil changes to as much as full sets of tires and the bells and whistles and these guys never disappoint. Every person is always extremely helpful, polite, knowledgeable and communication is prompt. We did price shop and found Firestone to be very competitive on top of having better customer service.Thank You!
My favorite place to get an oil change. Their high mileage oil change is a synthetic blend for under 40 dollars, and comes with a better inspection than most other big chain oil changes. Only been here twice but I had good experiences both times
The 3 gentlemen that helped me are always so nice. They do a great job explaining whats wrong with my car without mansplaining and making me feel dumb. They were great with all the other customers as well.
Horrible! Whats the point of scheduling an appointment if its still first come first serve? Pitiful customer service is what Im basing this review on. I scheduled a 1 oclock appointment for an oil change, get there at 1:05 and told it will be up to an hour an a half wait. I let the guy at the counter know Im on my lunch break which is why I made the appointment. He says sorry but there are other cars ahead of you. Really? Did they all have 1 oclock appointments too?? So I scheduled an appointment and wasted my lunch break to come get an oil change that was going to be on a walk in basis? If thats the case, why even make an appointment?? It takes that long without an appointment. I will never go back! However, I do love the Stockton Blvd and Elk Grove location. I recommend them. Only reason I chose West Sac location was due to convenient location to my job
They up-sell too hard here. If I go in for an oil change, dont take it personally if all I want is an oil change. Additionally, every seat in the waiting room has sagging and torn seat cushions. On the other hand, they seem to have done a fine oil change and they fit me in last minute, which I appreciate.
Took my car on for standard oil change. Road it home and it was parked ever since,, undriveable. Had no problem whatsoever with my car before this.
I had an appointment to inspect my rear brake pads and get estimate for replacing them. I had very worst experience with the service Advisor JOSH, he misunderstood my request to provide estimates for my rear brake replacement and intended to replace them by his own assumption. When I declined to replace whatever he mentioned in the invoice (total amount mentioned is $1232.00), he was completely upset. I paid $9.99 for complete vehicle inspection and got the invoice report, when I asked him to explain what is mentioned in the report, he was RUDE and asked me to read the report and understand myself. I am a new customer to Firestone, Is this a way all customers are treated here? I would rate 0% customer service. Please avoid this place and show your car somewhere else.
They are worst in terms of respecting customers and showing professionalism is concerned. The front office person not only rejected providing me a ride to office (just 1 mile from Firestone) but also didnt let me use the office phone to call my friend to get a ride when I had to drop off my car for break pads installation for more than 2 hours. I clearly explained that I forgot my cell phone and need to make a call to my friend to pick me up, but they werent helpful. With such a unpleasant experience, I changed my mind at the last minute to take my care to nearest Nissan Service center instead of Firestone to get break pads installed. Guess what happened next, the diagnosis report provided by Firestone were incorrect as compared to Nissan service center.! I paid less money and got better service in the service center.
I generally had good experiences there, though this one changed my mind on them completely. I generally did whatever regular maintenance they suggested at face value (ex: replaced belts), and one day they recommended replacing the 2 rear tires as they were balding. I asked if I should just replace all 4 tires as they had a buy 3 get the 4th free deal, and the guy recommended not buying all 4 as the rear tires wear out faster, so I buy just 2. I show up 2 months later for my next oil change and then Im told that they recommend changing the 2 front tires.I explained the circumstances but they wouldnt let me get the deal retroactively. I understand why they wouldnt let me have it, but it still was enough to make me doubt any recommendation and I feel manipulated.
Couldnt just help me check if a fuse is bad after being a customer and willing to pay a little extra on maintaining my car I thought it was a little much. It would have only taken them a second.

Not very customer service focused... at all... I mean not even a little... I now go to the Firestone on Stockton Blvd... Being new to the area Ive been having a hard time finding someone I can trust to not overcharge or just generally will have a customers best interest in mind... The Firestone on IKEA Ct. Wouldnt even just tighten a loose bolt on my trunk for me while I was there buying a full set of tires with warranty and lifetime balance and rotation... I spent a good chunk of change.Today I just took my car in to the Firestone on Stockton and paid $36 for oil change and to get my battery posts cleaned... calling with the free balancing and rotation. They did not try to up-sale me and I completely feel like they considered my best interest with all my, Im sure silly, questions.Firestone on IKEA... NO GOOD. Go to Firestone on Stockton.Tell them Michelle sent you... 😁

An unexpectedly AWESOME experience. Entering the Firestone establishment for the first time, I noticed the quote on the wall that read, I believe that fundamental honesty is the keystone of business. I thought to myself, I wonder how true that is, considering this was an automotive repair shop. The problem I was having with my car was not spot on diagnosable, not even by the dealership, which I also consulted. While many people shared with me and I myself thought that it is the goal of auto repair shop to find problems, even make problems, for the sake of getting more money out of the customer, to my amazement I felt a peace and calm regarding the ethics of the West Sacramentos Firestone employees from day one. My concern lied in whether or not they would be able to find the problem on a car that I was still making payments on. Attempting multiple solutions, I was concerned about how high the bill was climbing after not only parts but several hours of labor. Picking up a car that was restored to an operatively smooth condition along with an overall bill that was jaw-dropping low was icing on the cake. I am forever grateful to Firestone and its employees for the excellent customer service that put me back on lifes track. Thanks so much! JJ (Sacramento, CA)

Even on a very busy weekend they found a way to fit a flat repair oil change and tire rotation within a reasonable time . Very courtesy on phone call to inform us on other concerns for the vehicle and call to say the car is ready. They turned what would have been a stessfull day into pleasant day.thanks again firestone job well done.
I have had overall good experience with this Firestone. I had four new tires installed and after a year of troubleshooting and about 3 visits one of the four remained either out of round or out of balance. They continued to look at the issue and when they couldnt resolve it, installed four new tires at no charge. Needless to say I was happy.One thing that I do find frustrating is they always inflate my tires with too much pressure. My vehicle calls for 30 psi. Its listed on the door jamb and on the fuel door. Every time I get my pickup, all 4 tires are set to 35 psi. Even when I ask them not too. I think a tire store should be better at that.

I have no response or call I definitely will not go to any Firestone again CONs and how the two other guy that tries to run the shop theyre walking back and forth whispering and have you sit there and wait for 40 min. Me and two other young ladies one had to be at work and I had got off work and we would just saying this is just horrible and how theyre trying to con us and saying we need this and that and just putting people before me you have two guys there that runs the shop very unprofessional bad attitudes and con artist 😈Definitely stick withJjiffy lube & Walmart ......PS. This place knows how to lose customers. Multiple occasions when service was incomplete. Forgotten washers on oil filters, broken studs when rotating tires, inaccurate information on necessity of belts, and same service manager for years. Can I be any clearer: if you don’t give a damn about your car, this is the place for you.
Im disappointed that they changed the name brand of oil they use, and tripled the price I was paying. I do like the service I get there, but that was a big jump for me. I understand better quality, but not triple the price. I would still go there for other stuff,but not my oil change.
Been bringing our car to Firestone autoshops because we trusted them... not this time. My son scheduled and brought our car to this place for engine check... he had more than 3 hours before his final exams so he thought he had time to sit and wait for the car... son left for an hour to get breakfast nearby... came back service still not finished... my son sat for another 2 hours and could not wait anymore as he was gonna be late for school... he found and approached the guy who had helped him earlier who looked surprise and didnt seem to recognize him... totally forgot about my son and the service... guy checked and voila! the engine check has been done for quite some time... no apologies whatsoever... they couldnt perform the needed repair... son was late for his finals... never again!
Slow and understaffed. I was kept waiting more than an hour and a half for a simple tire installation. Someone else here at the same time was kept waiting even longer for an oilchange. There were 3 mechanics for 8 bays of cars and no sense of urgency to get the cars out the door. Attempts to schedule an appointment were met with 10 minute plus hold and being hung up on abruptly numerous times. In person customer care was less rude, but still slow. Actual work was rough. I brought an extra set of wheels with me to mount the tires to and when returning them to the car, the tech was really rough obviously with no care for any damage they may do to the car.

Ive dealt with some REALLY horrible tire/alignment shops in the past. I have a lifetime alignment on my truck and always make a weekend appointment and am always happy with my service. Im in and out within an hour. Ended up getting lifetime alignments on my other 2 cars.
Great shop good location ! However prices are extreme and replacement parts are inferior 2 starters in 5 years ? Honda civic usually warranty expires few months prior to repair something not right about that thinking maybe cheap parts ... 😢

They told me my struts were leaking and needed to be replaced, what they didnt know was that I literally just had them replaced which was part of why I was coming to them to get my alignment done. I went back to the place that did my struts only to find out they were just trying to up-sale me here(never had issues with my suspension either)

The low tire indicator came on on my car. Im a long time customer of Firestone. I dropped in and asked them if they checked the tire pressure on my tires! That only did they do that but they didnt charge me for that!

I like firestone but not this location. They will recommend work to be done on your car that isnt necessary. Customer service is also bad. They scratched my window and wont own up to it. Find another firestone or go somewhere else.

Over the last 2 days i have been hearing grinding sounds coming from my cars left side front wheel. I took my car to firestone on Friday June 2nd 2016 early in the morning about 1 hour later firestone called and said the sound was caused by a rock stuck between the rotor and the rotor plate. They fixed and off i went. Great customers service ***** five stars.S. James

They broke my dipstick and did not notify me. Now my dipstick tube is full of dirt and debris, and Im sure some went into my engine. When I brought it to there attention they blew it off. When I asked for the number to corporate office they told me they didnt know it. I will not be returning to them.
I came in for a front end inspection for 57 dollars to determine why my car was shaking at freeway speeds. They recommend that i get 4 new tires cuz they were seperating. So i go to another shop an the ask him for an inspection while they does my front tires. An not 5 seconds into lookin at my car he determines thatmy tie rods are bad on both sides. I call firestone an talked to chris there an he argued that they were only required to inspect my bearings and front tires. Which is why they didnt notice my tie rod which sticks out like a sore thumb. Because i didnt ask them to inspect it. Thats not how things work i trusted them to inspect my front end an determine why my car was shaking and they didnt do there job. Now after ive got new tires they would like to give me a refund for the inspection. Not to mention he told ne that an overall inspection cost only 22 dollars, basically they over charged me for misinformation.
I made a appointment to have breaks and rotors, oil change, and vehicle inspection with tire rotation, got a good deal on break and rotors with oil change, dont pay $20 for inspection, I picked up my car, had to go back in cause they didnt rotate my tires, said my fluids were good, windshield wiper fluid was empty, said air filter was good, I havent had that changed in over 2 years, honestly I think they dont check anything, they just check the boxes on the paper work, this should be addressed to managers and employees!

Honest techs, only sell what your car actually needs without pushing unnecessary services. It can take a while sometimes, but theres Home Depot, Wal-Mart, and Ikea to walk around while you wait.

Called them up to ask a quote for a tire, was put on a silent hold and then i ask about michelin, was told they dont have them at all, and as soon as i was about to ask about other brands, they hung up on me.

Such a bad experience here. my tires was under warranty. One of them was losing air.. Got here took them forever to replace my tire. Will not return to this location again .Not happy with they customer service:(
