Friendly staff, very professional and knowledgeable. The service on my car was done with care and in a timely manner.

I have been to this location twice in the last month with 2 different vehicles. The service is always fast. Although they told me possible 1.5 hour wait, it was done in less than an hour. The workers are friendly and keep business flowing. The cash register, main check out guy, is a hoot. Keep up the good work. Will return.

Just moved to the area and came to this location for an oil change right when they opened at 8 am! They were kind enough to let me know several of us had the same idea and that I would have a little over an hour wait. I decided to go to an appointment and then come back at a later (recommended) time and was pleased to find there was NO wait!! I got excellent, quick, and friendly service! This was my first visit to this particular location but I do not think it will be my last. Highly recommend.

I go to this Jiffy Lube about 4-6 times a year. I have several vehicles and I work in the area. Usually dont have any issue. But within the last 2 months I have taken 2 different vehicles and something wasnt checked or topped off both times. Also I would get a run down of what I need replaced but both time they just changed my oil and sent me on my way. I will say the services that they did do was fast.

I will never go to Jiffy Lube again. Two visits ago, they broke the fan on my air conditioner when they went through my glove compartment to check the filter for the fan. Today I went in and was told they could not perform service on my car because the oil cap was too tight. When I told them that the only people to have touched it would have been them the last time I had an oil change. The manager, in a very smug way, scolded me for waiting so long for an oil change, which he told me was over 30,000 miles ago, this was not true and when I told him to check his records, it showed that they had wrongly recorded the mileage of the vehicle by 20,000 miles. He offered no apologies, no solutions and in neither instance did he ever acknowledge their responsibility in the matters. All he offered was his condescending smugness. I had been a loyal Jiffy Lube customer for several years, but I will never go back again and I will share my experiences with all.

They can be busy at times but if you go there early in the morning there usually isnt too many people. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I had a vehicle inspection. Jason Gregory was then person that promptly came over to assist me. He was a friendly dude. Jason Gregory is awesome. Jason Gregory Rocks!

Impressed from the get go. Was approached immediately with courtesy as the reason for my vist. Took my info and was escorted to thier lobby where coffee and water was provided. Tho busy i was in and out in 1 hour. Highly satisfied.

Unfortunately, I have to edit this review. I appreciate when the business responds, but my 5-star review is no longer relevant. Since the day after the oil change we have noticed that the vehicle is leaking oil. We brought it back with hopes of a fix. After being told that they ran the car for 5 minutes and it didnt have an oil leak, we picked the car up and have still noticed the leak. We now have to bring the vehicle elsewhere and spend more money for a reliable resolve. Since Jiffy Lube responded, I will leave the previous review so that people reading arent confused..Precious review from before we noticed the leak the next morning: Brought our vehicle in for an oil change and they had the car finished in a little over an hour. The vehicle has a special oil filter that they didnt have, but they ordered it and still had it finished that quickly. Great place to go for oil changes. Very helpful and they will not overcharge you for things you dont need.

Edit: So I sent my girlfriend here on a recommendation. She got here before 8 am to get a simple oil change, so shed be the first when they opened.It took these guys an 1 hour and 10 minutes, and she missed an over the phone doctors appointment because of this. Absolutely ridiculous. It should have taken 45 minutes at the very, VERY most, she was the first one in the shop.She said they were screwing around and not even working on her car the whole time. She missed it by 10 minutes.----‐--------------------------------------------Very nice and professional, and honest/accurate with time estimates too. (I dont mind waiting, just hate when places underestimate)Even washed my windshield, which was no small feat, Ive really been neglecting that. Good guys

I originally went in for an oil change and tire rotation but I knew other items on my vehicle needed work and additional parts replaced. I would have ended up paying almost double for the service work. I was able to afford the additional price but I had only budgeted a certain dollars amount for the maintenance cost. Jason helped me out a gave a discount higher the coupon I already had. Everyone there is definitely professional and helpful in ensuring all there customers leave happy and satisfied.

I keep going to jiffy lube for oil changes, but it seems to me that their prices continue to increase. A typical oil change runs about $100+. Everybody that works there seems to have their customer service game on point. Nice and informative.

Quick and efficient, got in and out really fast. Mgr (forgot his name) was professional and courteous, even while dealing with a toilet that appeared to be intentionally clogged by a customer (honestly, whats a matter with yall lately...). Young ladies that greeted me and directed me to the open bay also did a good job answering questions about the different levels of service.Only knock about the service is they neglected to reset my vehicles service reminder, a minor issue and readily fixed by myself. Will admit to being a tad chagrined once I realized why my car felt a little different after the oil change, having underinflated tires can do that (doh...).One thing about the location: its adjacent to a carwash, the entrance of which can be confusing to their customers. Be aware of dazed and confused drivers pulling back out onto Harbor to find the carwash entrance!

I took my car in today for some engine trouble that I thought would be fixed with an oil change. I was excellently and very kindly advised by Mr. Derick Scruggs about how my car trouble would not be resolved by an oil change but rather by taking it to a mechanic. He went above and beyond to perform a free diagnostic check for me as well. Derick is a star example of the kind of compassionate service many people can aspire to provide. He definitely made the rest of my day and I look forward to coming into Jiffy Lube again because of fantastic people like him. Derick if you are seeing this, you’re the man!

First time here so I had no idea what to expect. With the luck I tend to have I was expecting the worst honestly. Well lucky me! the gentleman helping me was super friendly & helpful. Went in for an oil change and they had it done in a timely manner. The people seemed nice for the most part. Came back because I had an oil leak and was told I do not have an oil leak. Its a slow leak, I have oil in my driveway and did not have a leak before they worked on it. They told me I would need to go to a mechanic to get it checked out if it keeps leaking. Im going to fix it myself as Ive been working on cars all of my life, just thought I could save a day off of work and spend time with the family instead. Will not be returning, seems unprofessional that they are not willing to help after messing something up. Instead pass off the problem they caused on to another mechanic. Also very expensive for my oil change $190.. Lesson learned, do it your self if you can.

I will never again come to this location again. I pulled up and 4 workers were standing next to my car, none acknowledged me. There we absolutely no cars in any of the bays, no waiting behind me. I had to roll my window down ask for help. Not friendly to me from driving up all the way to walking me to my car at the end of the oil change.I was given no information on how my car looked, fluid levels, Nothing. So. I asked if my oil was low, I was told no and he walked away. I proceeded to look at my receipt and several areas were marked need action. Some kind of $80 treatment they give you. If i could give zero stars I would.

We were greeted quickly by friendly staff. Services were performed quickly & efficiently. A member of the staff even opened both mine and my mothers car doors upon completion of services!

Went in on the Feb 20 for a simple oil change, during my wait in the car the person under the car was causing the entire car to shake for some reason, they ended up having to replace my oil plug they damaged. the person who was taking my vehicle info put down the wrong mileage on the paper work and as I paid the cashier told me there’s a mileage warranty if something went wrong now I see why on paper the miles were changed. next day on the 21st in the evening my engine light turns on, now I’m without a car. By the way, a new car with no prior history with problems.

This location always does an excellent job! They have great customer service and tell you exactly what you need without extra fluff or pressure. Plus I’m in and out of there within 15-20 minutes.

It was really busy when I went to get my oil changed, but the team worked through each car really quickly! They said I would likely be there for an hour but it was more like 30-45 minutes. While waiting, a woman came in because evidently her payment for a previous oil change didn’t go through. She was trying to be honest and let them know she wanted to pay them for their service. Well, the worker who was helping the woman went to find out from his manager how to fix the payment and returned about 10 seconds later to let the woman know, “I guess you got a free oil change! My manager says not to worry about it.” It was just a very nice thing to see. Such a professional team, very kind and accommodating. Would definitely recommend. Nicely done, guys!

Sticker shock!Owning a 15 year-old pick-up, I keep a regular maintenance routine to ensure performance which includes an oil change every 3,500 miles. I have a few places I frequent including Jiffy Lube; known for their variety and quality of services, friendly and knowledgeable staff. It must have been awhile since my last visit with them because I don’t remember paying anywhere near $80 for an oil change on my last visit. It was probably a little more than half that. Opting for the High Mileage Signature Service I was surprised to hear the cost, and had the service done anyway.Looking at my receipt, Jiffy Lube now includes a $36.99 labor charge which explained the new price, and is one that is not affordable to me at this time. You do a terrific job Jiffy Lube, but as a cost-conscious consumer in these pandemic times – I’m afraid this was my last visit.No hard feelings, and keep up the good work!

Jason B was the one that helped me and I couldnt have been happier with how I was treated with such respect and he is a big part on why I will be coming back so make sure to take good care of him because you dont want to lose him as an employee!

Stopped in for an oil change on 8/21 and I witnessed a team working in complete sync. Estimated wait time was an hour and was out within 30 minutes. Extremely professional and informative crew. Will be back soon with my other car.

(update: 7/31/21: I am not returning here until the Covid fanatic stops forcing customers to wear a mask in the waiting room. I was kicked out after self affirming vaccination. Were way past that now and Im not supporting a business with my 3 business vehicles that is Covid neurotic.)Reliable, quick, but depending on the crew, I get a different rate, and I have experienced problems with two of my vehicles where this crew did not put the radiator airflow panel back on correctly so it began to fall down under the engine. I know it was this crew because it happened consecutively to two vehicles after getting oil changes. Im just not confident with the crew at West Sac. The experience should be consistent. This isnt rocket science, its a flipping oil change. Cant they put everything back together without causing problems for the customer? I dont experience this problem when visiting the Chico service center.

They were quick, polite, and cheerful. Will definitely go back. Only suggestion...put a little bench out back in the shade cast by the building so people have an optional place to sit. The waiting room makes me feel like they are taking covid19 precautions seriously but i was waiting with another patron who was a heavy smoker and that scent just filled the waiting room. So i waited outside till that person was gone. It would have been nice to sit out in the shade.

The customer service is perfect! Showed up on a busy Saturday afternoon and still got me out in a timely manner. Samantha and her team were professional and friendly.Their motto is one team one dream and they show it! You can also bring your own oil and filters and pay for the labor. They notified me that the dip stick in my car was broken and stuck, ordered me a new one and going to fix it for me in a couple days. Can be done same day but I had more stuff to do. They go above and beyond! Highly recommend this place.

I explained my problem and the Harbor Blvd. Team got right on it. They provided thorough diagnostics, identified the problem and resolved it. They also kept me posted along the way. As a woman who knows a lot about many things I have to admit that cars are not on my list. I have been going to the West Sacramento Harbor Blvd. Jiffy Lube since May 2019. Every time I go for service the staff is great and Austin smiles a lot which is welcoming.Adrian is AWESOME! He is very personable, listens well and is great with customer service and can tell he likes his job. The length of time for my service is speedy and thorough. I reccomend this location even if its a longer drive.

Best service I’ve ever received at a auto service location. Greeted right away, took my info, and let me know their available discounts without me asking. Informed me of things to look out for, but were never pushy. They performed a synthetic oil change and tire rotation in 15 minutes. All employees were extremely professional and courteous. Will definitely be going back!

JJ greeted me right away when I pulled up. He explained that they were out of the normal oil used in my car and explained that there was a synthetic available. JJ went over what was needed after the initial inspection and I was out of there within 30 minutes. Great service!

Really nice guys working. The day after I went one of my headlights went out and while changing it I noticed they had written the date on the new oil filter they installed, which gives me confidence in the fact that they not only actually replaced the old filter, but have some general care and foresight for their customers! Will be going again for my next oil change.

Got checked in ok once in the waiting area the staff got very confused about what car was mine twice. They ended up showing me the wrong air filter and never corrected their mistake when they figured it out. And to finish it of they fished for a cash tip and I didnt even get my sticker to remind me of my next oil change which will not be here.

Always go here. Never a complaint whether for a fleet vehicle or my own personal car.

This location is waaayyyy overpriced. Do yourself a favor and go to Walmart down the road, save $50, and get the same service done for less.

The customer service was amazing! Ardian, who helped me was kind, professional, and made sure he provided me excellent service! However, the price was outrageous! I usually go to Carmax, where I can get a fully synthetic oil change for $40, Jiffy was trying to charge me over $100. Is this price gouging because everything else is temporarily closed due to COVID?! Adrian helped for me to search for discounts and coupons online, but that is ridiculous that we need to do that, because it is not a fair and competitive pricing structure. This was my first time coming here, I do not know whether I want to go back, but probably not.

I dont appreciate the increase in prices every time I go. The young man who helped me was nice though. The technicians were a little lax with their job, goofing around and ignoring the customer. I really dispise the constant up sale but I prepare for it before I go to Jiffy Lube now. The next day, I notice oil spots in my driveway, (its a new driveway, never had oil spots.) Now, I have to wait to see if and when it stops leaking, to determine if its messy work or if something is not tightened enough. Yay! I wont go back again.

My dip stick was broken by the workers and the manager on sight refused to replace it even though it was fine before they began working on it. Will not be returning. The customer service representative did a good job.
