Great place to get in and out. Handled in no time at all. Got my account switched over and walked out with a nice phone. Rashad was a big help especially with my issues getting into my account. Great and fast help.

Product knowledge and service contract knowledge is essential to any business. I would suggest training before the employee gets to the store rather than on the job training so much that it does a disservice to the customer. I have been a T-Mobile customer for over 17 years and have never had as many problems as I had on this visit since doing business with T-Mobile. Long story short I believe I spent almost 3 hours at this store and spent well over the amount that I was originally told I was going to be spending to make changes on my account. This visit was a huge disappointment and I blame T-Mobile more than the employee since its T-Mobiles responsibility to make sure that they have their employees knowledge base up to speed.
We have been a long time T-Mobile customer of over 17 years, the one disclaimer I have is their tech/customer support service is 1-2 star tops. But Nicholas has been helping my family out since he has been with T-Mobile. He knows his stuff and helps us out every time, his customer service is excellent.
This Tmobile is by far the best! I drive way out of my way to specifically come to this location. Their amazing customer service is well worth the drive.

I went into this store for the first time last night, I just wanting to buy a micro SIM for my new phone and take it home and activate it online. Well Katie was there to help me and talked me into activating my phone right then and there. I thought, fine, at least this way I shouldnt have any problems. Well she was really friendly, and super helpful. She totally hooked me up. I appreciate her great customer service skills and am honestly glad she suggested activating in store, because everything went smoothly.

If you didnt merge with Sprint, I would still.continue my service with T-Mobile. Customer service was quick and efficient even though they had a long line. I was therr to deactivate my phone. Sorry! Sprint!

Do people here do not listen to what you actually are requesting. The reception here is zero. I have come in to T-Mobile on multiple occasions after speaking to somebody on the phone for very long time period when I got into the store I explained what I needed for the third time which was to use my insurance and get a new phone. They prompted me to do work on their computer for them in order to get myself a new phone. I do not work for T-Mobile nor do I wish to work for T-Mobile. I am coming close to an end and frankly and very fed up with this company. I spend over $5,000 a year for T-Mobile and do not feel that I am getting what I paid for.

I went to this place and bought G6. They told me free screen protection, free case and Bluetooth. After all this they are now stating that I have to pay in monthly fees. They should have disclosure this before. I know there are more like me in the same boat. This place is a big rip-off.
Worst store I have ever visited in my life. Not at all concerned about the costumers. Half knowledge people messed up my order and wasted a lot of time. Till now I have to waste 7 hours with customer care and visited 3 times for the same order.

Went to this T-Mobile store to try and triad my Samsung Galaxy S II for the Galaxy S 4. And they said I couldnt trade it in because I was on a pre paid plan. The T-Mobile store where I live in Gardens,CA. They said I can and they were very help full. This store really sucks big time DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. NOT VERY HELP FULL AT ALL.

Horrible service. Wanted to try out the new no contract plan, and service was slow,didnt have the device that i wanted, so they sloppily and quickly without explaining details put a plan together,the black guy ( without a name tag.. hmm i wonder why no name tag) didnt know what to do or which papers were forus and for Tmobile. So i went to downtown to get the 2nd device i wanted. In downtown Al is a cool guy who eventhought to update the iphone 5 that we got from THIS store so it would support the 4g LTE for Tmobile)When returning the devices (the black guy again) couldnt return the 2nd device which we got at the downtown store.(really? isnt all the info supposed to be universal to any Tmobile store? oh my bad didnt know the ghetobooth in mall had more clearance than an actual store). The guy also said wed have to call customerservice to cancel the plan etc. and when we did the next day, the person on the phone said we have togo to the physical store again(because of their policy) and have them call a certain number from the store to confirm that we returned the devices etc which when i wentthere again Lily (with a name tag) was able to do and solve. Thanks Lily. and to the other guy: learn how to actually do some work, know how things work at Tmobile and dont be lazy!

Horrible service. Too few staff and too many customers being blatantly ignored. Waited for 45 minutes before calling another store who told us we had to deal with insurance online for our problem anyway. What a colossal waste of my time.
