Balise Lexus located on Riverdale Street in West Springfield Massachusetts. I went here for the state vehicle inspection. I was in need of a quick in and out visit due to pressing appointments. I was immediately taken and and out in short time. The people there were very professional and a pleasure to deal with. I took the wait time to look around. They have some beautiful vehicles, and would definitely check them out when I decide to purchase another vehicle. I have used other Balise locations for various repairs and all were great!!

Absolutely one of the best experiences I’ve ever had purchasing or leasing a car. Super easy to deal with, accommodating and friendly. I worked with Rodney, but anyone else that I communicated with was just as nice and friendly. Rodney was great from beginning to end. Direct, upfront, worked with me to get the numbers I wanted and I didn’t feel pressured or like I was talking to a salesman. He communicated, kept in touch and answered or explained any questions that I had quickly and clearly. I live over 2 hours away from the dealership, and he made it easy to do everything on the phone, through email or text. That was a huge deal to me and something that made them stand out from other places. They even delivered my new car and drove my trade in back. The overall experience was great. Alesha P was great to work with very nice and pleasant had everything all set up. Bill G did the financing paperwork again great customer service skills and made it through the process quickly but being informative along the way. Edwin A was a great help and showed me the many features of the vehicle. Overall I would highly recommend those three employees and the facility. Again customer service skills awesome.

Overall I had a good experience purchasing this used vehicle.The initial on-line process & support was good. The Sales Rep was AWESOME ! She was VERY thorough, followed up, and had a GREAT personality. I would recommend anyone to work with her. (Chantilli Cruz)I was less than pleased after finishing up with her. The overall process to purchase the car (paperwork, sit down with Finance etc....) took almost 2 hours. A lot of that was simply waiting for someone to be available. We then had to take a newly purchased vehicle to another one of their dealerships to get a Mass Registration sticker (apprx 15-20 minutes away). All was good that they gave us a coupon to get the inspection done at a sister company....however, after waiting there another 45+ minutes, it failed inspection. I then had to go back to the dealer I purchased it from to make the necessary repairs so it would pass. Then back to the sister dealership to get the sticker. Not a huge deal, but, very inconvenient and inefficient in my opinion. I started with cash in hand to purchase the car at 10am....and didnt leave to head home until almost 4pm. Everyone we dealt with was pleasant & professional. But, based on the delays & process I cant give this 5 stars.

Thanks Balise. I do not appreciate the fact that you charged me $119.11 for nothing more than an oil change! WOW! I just had the exact same service done to my Infiniti and the price was $60.11. You wont see me again as I despise being ripped off by car dealers.

I brought in a 2012 es 350 that i purchased a few days prior to bringing in to the dealer for like a pre purchase inspection and before i even got home from dropping off the car i had received text stating my car was great and only needed a cabin air filter. 80 or 85 dollars installed. i said no thanks for that i dont think a minute or 2 of anyones time to install a cabin air filter is worth 60 dollars. filters go for 20 and literally took me 1 minute mayb less to change it myself. also im skeptical of how well they really looked over car as my battery is loaded with corrosion and most likely on its last leg. i will say the customer service was pretty good. just a lil disappointed i was expecting a little more from a top notch car dealer

The whole process of buying the car was quick and easy, from test driving right on through driving away in the new car. Ed the salesman was great. The only points I was not totally pleased with was the trade in value, I felt it should have been a little bit higher, and the detailers are not the best. The windows are streaky and cloudy in the sun light and some trash and a used mask were in the back seat pouchs. Over all we were very happy .
All of the people at the service center were professional, courteous, efficient, and very fast. It was a delight to wait for them and the waiting room was very comfortable

Every aspect of our service was excellent. The only minor exception was that we were disappointed that there was nothing to eat or drink in the customer waiting area.

Went to them for a off balanced wheels because local tire shop screwed the balance after mounting new tires. They did excellent job by using the road force balancing machine. No vibration on high way after wheel balancing.

As usual, Balise was on top of things from the moment I brought my car in for service until I picked it up and returned the loaner. Dmitry was very patient and checked in with me frequently to explain what issues the techs had found as they were doing maintenance. Everyone else was great, too. Its a real pleasure to do business with them!

Courteous and friendly. Also they give out free (and new) loaners for any service lasting a full day or more. However they do charge $149 for a diagnostic/looking into any issue. That charge is on top of any parts or labor needed for the original issue or any other service.I was under the impression that the diagnostic fee covers the first hour of labor for any work done, there must have been a miscommunication when I spoke to the service rep.My original issue was looked into and couldn’t be fully diagnosed, though some things were ruled out, I was told they don’t know for sure and to pull apart my dashboard to look further and hopefully resolve it would be nearly $1000. I already knew something was rattling around in my dash, I was hoping with a thorough diagnostic they would be able to narrow down exactly what was rattling around or at least the general location of the sound.So I pretty much paid $149 to learn that they couldn’t find it for sure and to cover all the bases would be $1k, a little disappointed with that. They did a good job flushing my brakes though, rears are no longer sticky. Overall good just wish the diagnostic would’ve been more thorough for what it costs, or if the issue can’t be fully determined then maybe that fee should be waived.

I was concerned about Covd issues but I was more than pleased to see they had been seen to by ALL staff and throughout the waiting areas.Dimitri was most professional and courteous . Dimetri was my service coordinator and was great....simple oil change and beautiful lobby while you wait. Disappointed drink station was closed due to Covid, but certainly understand. They wash your car and even quick vacuuming prior to leaving which was also a nice touch. Will be back :)
