My daughter called me scared and crying! Dont let your kid go there and be careful if you are a female. She felt harassed and coerced bullied into services she didnt go there for. Went for an oil change....left with 2 new air filters, and her radiator fluid drained.......supposedly......who the F, lets Jiffy lube do anything other than change your oil. She has shared this with her college so get the word out to those several thousand students in the area....stay away. Ive had to call twice after reporting to Jiffy Lube Corporate, and the local owners ( From Florida ) dont even care enough to return the call.!

Still having the same issues I did prior going to Jiffy Lube. Next day I noticed my car making funny noises while braking and 2 lights came on. Now I cant even drive my vehicle cause its a safety hazard issue. My vehicle isnt fairly new but Ive never had this problem until Jiffy Lube worked on it. They were too busy getting me to sign up for Snap Finance (a scam do not do it) and didnt properly fix my issue. Now Im in debt of over $2000.

I’ve changed oils in this place like 5 times and all were great experiences for me, nice people, fast service . That’s why I went there again today for the next service but when I got there today it was horrible. As usual I asked what I want, and they refused to serve. A guy appeared and said “ I’m the new manager, I say/decide which oil to put your car and you have to put whatever I say”I am the managerI am the managerRepeated .And said “You can leave if you want, no problem “.I’ve never seen such a rudeness in my all jiffy lube visits .So West Springfield jiffy lube be happy with your new manager .

After oil change, all the lights on my car dash turned on. To my request to fixed the problem that immediately appears after their service, the manager refused and sent me on a dealership.

Jorge and his team were very friendly, honest and helped me get exactly what my car needed. The west Springfield location was a great choice . There was no pressure to upgrade to anything other than an oil change but I knew I needed a tuneup and so Jorge offered me an amazing deal and when he said I would be done in an hour, that is exactly when it was done. My car is running well and it is ready for winter. The professionalism among all of the staff there made me feel comfortable enough to run a few errands across the way and come back. I will be returning in the future for sure!

I went in to drop off my van for an overnight four hour job and instead they did it right there while I waited since I told them that was my preference if it was possible. It was done in two hours. Go jiffy lube!! And a special thanks to Jeremy B who did a four hour job in under two hours.

Good place for car maintenance

I was happy to get such great service today by all the staff working on my car today. Got my oil changed, new air filter, air in my tires, fluids checked, new wiper blades..an oil treatment. I wasnt pushed into buying extras I didnt need. Price was reasonable- plus I used my downloaded coupon. Thanks everyone.

$145 for an oil change!!!! I hope Sears was still open, I never paid more than $60 and they did an awesome job, plus they never tried to tell me I needed new brakes when I didnt. JL gave me an estimate of $488 for new brakes! My brakes are less than 6 months old! SMH I only went there because I was desperate and I paid for that desperation... Not happy!!!

I have always been treated well at the West Springfield, MA Jiffy Lube. Thorough records are kept on services provided to my vehicle which is helpful in determining priorities for scheduled services coming due. I have always been treated with respect there, and any questions I have are always answered in a manner that I can understand - I have never been made to feel stupid for asking or not understanding the first time. I always have confidence in the services I Jiffy Lube has provided to me. While I would rather spend my money in more immediately gratifying ways than on oil changes and scheduled auto maintenance, knowing I have done as much as I can to prevent possible car trouble gives me considerably less to worry about on a daily basis. I appreciate that.

Fast and friendly service. Went in for a much needed oil change, was out in no time. Staff was professional, helpful, and HONEST. I keep tabs on what my services car is in need of, and these guys were on point when informing about that state of the my vehicle. That being said, they didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need. No phony you have a brake light out from these guys - only five star service.

I Recieved a special payment plan they offercalled SNAP and used it to get a lot of work done I really needed. The crew went above and beyond trying to help me out. Well worth the 5 hr wait time in their heated customer area. I brought my knitting project because I knew It would be a long wait. Every crew member at one time or together worked on engine..oil change, brakes, wiper arm & motor, transmission. The new manager seemed professional but more interested in trying to get me approved for the snap automotive loan which he said didnt go off of your credit. (It does) Anyways They did an oil change and radiator flush which now has made a large leak in my water pump and antifreeze all over my driveway. What started as one fix for my heat and oil change has turned into a nightmare since they touched my car. I wish I never went there. The first time I went here they messed up my ignition so I had to use a screwdriver to start my car but I had another mechanic fix it. That was a few yrs ago, but I will never go there again after this. I feel like they break your car more to get more business.

Our family has used the Feeding Hills Jiffy Lube location for over 25 years and we’ve been very happy with the services. Today I found myself needing windshield wipers and I was close to the Memorial Ave location so in pulled in and got terrific customer care. As a bonus I ran into Vinny M., who I recognized from having worked at Feeding Hills in years past. He recognized me also and came over to greet me. I was not surprised to learn that he is now in management because Vinny has always gone above and beyond to make me feel confident in giving him our family business. I know for a fact that his experienced advice has kept my cars running smoothly and even saved me from expensive, unnecessary repairs over the years. I was very pleased to be able to tell him in person how much I appreciated his help. The Memorial Ave crew were professional, polite, efficient and worked quickly to replace my windshield wipers. What a difference! They also offered me a windshield treatment to help keep my window as clear as possible for winter driving. I’m very pleased with my decision to stop in at Jiffy Lube today. Car only drove 1000 miles from Oct. to Jan. and my engine turned out to be bone dry when I went for top off. Asked to see if any comments were made about leaks when oil change was done and none were made. I work at Autozone, this car is meticulously taken care of, i decided to be lazy and have them do the oil change because its cold but its obviously not worth it.

Please DO NOT USE this Jiffy lube if you value your car. My boyfriend went for oil change and they said he needed his brakes to be done. He was like i want a 2nd a opinion and he went to the dealership and they said his brakes were fine. Jiffy lube is not like they used to be. Be careful

Its okay for a easy access to a shop but they forgot to check tire air pressure

I needed a thermostat which the first Jiffy Lube did not do. I was towed to another and they replaced it. A little pricey but the car works now.

MY LIFE WAS AT RISK AFTER GOING TO THIS JIFFY LUBE!After my last service at a Jiffy Lube (3/22/2021) my car started displaying funny error codes on the gas (i.e.: saying I didnt have enough gas when my tank was half full+) and on Tuesday 3/30/2021 my car started shaking in the highway and stopped moving leaving me stranded in CT.I got to a different service center and they saw that the air lid was not properly placed and air was getting into the computer and that might have been causing the shaking, the stopping, and the error codes.I was lucky enough I was near a friends house and I could stay over safe and warm, I was lucky enough this misplaced lid did not result in further damage to the car and caused me more money, and over all I was lucky enough not to have had any accidents, injuries or be dead, because imagine it had suddenly stopped in the middle of I-91.I spoke with George (the manager) the next day after coming back explaining how scared and unsafe I felt, but he denied any accountability (We just did an oil change) or offered any compensation. He just offered to take a look at it again (when my trust in Jiffy is already shattered). And again, NO ONE ELSE had touched that engine, and I was trusting Jiffy team to check everything as usual. It is like going to the doctor for a physical check up, and have blood work done but the doctor forgot to see the iron levels. Distractions can be life threatening in this line of work!I am not recommending Jiffy to anybody ever again.

A lil expensive I think $50 would be ok, but great over-all service. Thanks Ill be back.

This was my first time ever going to a Jiffy Lube -as I change my own oil generally, however; I was pleased to see, excellent customer service. It took no more than 30 minutes to be seen, and tended to, and I appreciated that. The manager was very courteous and very positive. In fact, everyone there was very positive and smiling. I appreciated that greatly. They took care of my car and even rolled out the red carpet. Cant lie, that was very cute. Good job Jiffy Lube!!!!!! Excellent customer service etiquette.

The slowest service ive seen literally have over 7 employees and most of them are standing around on there phones and all i see is 1 person handling 2 bays

The people here were up front and polite and help me take care of my problems with the my car. Never once lied or try to hide anything that was wrong or could be wrong. They were very honest and upfront with me about everything and even said I could go to other places to get it fixed. I trust their honesty.

Staff are super friendly

Just went to get an oil change at Jiffy and due to my car stalling while in reverse I decided to get a transmission flush as well as a complete tune up. My car is over 120,000 miles and is paid for so I felt okay about spending a lot of money for the tune up and all the other stuff. My car is running great now and is no longer stalling when I reverse! I am completely happy with my service.

Paid for Groupon, I went to the jiffy lube on Boston rd an they wouldnt accept my coupon I already paid for for an oil change, the lady told me I had to drive all the way to west Springfield to get my oil change. 🤔😐😑😒 I was upset. The manager called me from west Springfield after me speaking to an employee at his store about the situation, as soon as I got there he took care of me an so did the rest of them. They were very nice an handled my car in a great timely manner an made sure I was good before leaving. Thank you guys so much, you guys made the drive worth it :)

Guys are very nice here, not pushy, they respected when I declined any additional services. Quick in and out service. Would definitely recommend these guys. Ling Ling was very nice and even helped us get out of the parking lot because the Big E traffic made it difficult.

I waited a long time to have my oil change done. The triage guy tried to upsell me as did the service person. Other items were quoted so high I was astounded. Ill only go there for oil changes.

Went for oil change and received my car back with no coolant in it. Almost ruined my engine after being told everything was topped off. Not to mention the young kids working were more interested in knowing me then telling me about my car. Kid gave me my car back without even paying for it. Thankfully Im honest and went back in to pay. Took it to my father, put coolant in and now my car is running like a champ no thanks to jiffy lube.

Michael and the crew are legit. Got in and out asap. Everyone was polite and seemed like good people. Good value too. Dont worry about the upsells, its how businesses make money. Everything they told me I already knew but was true. The whole place has a good vibe, good experience. Also, if youre looking for a job this seems like a good place to work.

I was greeted with a warm smile and immediate answers to my questions by Shannon the manager. She offered a financial plan for payment if I chose to have the service done.Being pressed for time I couldnt stay at the moment and came back in the afternoon to have the back rotors done. While waiting in the lobby they offered coffee or tea, a public restroom if needed and TV viewing. The employees were playful with theyre lightheartedness and made the waiting go by so much quicker in my thinking.I did not have my cell phone with me to present any coupons and Shannon offered to look to see if one was available when I told her my dilemma. She found one which was so very accommodating in my opinion.I will be going back to Jiffy Lube to have the front rotors done within the next week because of this West Spfld Jiffy Lube location meeting customers satisfaction and their needs and all the while with a genuine smile.This is a good team of employees in West Springfield and especially given the Red Carpet surprise! A real nice touch!

A good place to get an oil change. They are pretty fast getting you in and out. I just wish they would bring back the ice cold water bottles again.

Wife went in for an oil change. They did not perform the complementary inspection they promise on their website. Rip off, as for a few more dollars the dealer wouldve done the oil change with a 12-point inspection. And they wouldnt flirt with their customers.

As soon as I pulled in, there was someone there to help. Alls I wanted was an oil change, but then they discovered a gross air filter that needed to go. My tail light and break light were out in my car, and I came in to get it fixed about a half hour before close. Not only did they stay late to get it done, because my rusty old car had some issues to get the lense taken off, but they were kind, enthusiastic, and overall had a very positive and helpful attitude. and even with all the extra effort, the job still only cost me $5 ! fantastic experience overall, thank you especially to Edward and the rest of the staff.

Specifically asked if it was busy as I could come a different day. Was Quoted 25 minute wait, spent over hour and half for basic oil change and tire rotation. Also just discovered today they forgot to put my toyota wheel center cap back on. Always used jiffy lube in the past but these type of experiences loose customers.

I would give them a 5, but I believe the price for the oil change was steep. I normally go to another particular auto care place and get charged $50 less for my synthetic oil change because their customer service was so great Ill give them a 4.

Jiffy Lube is great for an oil change, but do NOT let them talk you into other services...rip off artists for sure. They took advantage of my 19 year old son who didnt know better. Then my hubby went because he failed inspection due to his emergency break, and they told him he needed $950 worth of work, and here...sign up for our credit card. He took it somewhere else and got it fixed for $350. Before he left Jiffy Lube, they miraculously said they could drop the price $200. Disgusting.

I went to get an oil change and have my brakes checked. When I arrived I immediately was spoken to and was told about the waiting area and free coffee. Although it was freezing inside the waiting area. The staff was attentive and tried to get me out as quickly as possible. I was able to use coupons. I was satisfied with the level of service I received. I will be returning thanks again.

Genuinely I never go out of my way to write reviews unless something picks at me and tells me too. I loved the service and the speed it takes to get in oil change done. I rolled up for an oil change and in the span of 30 minutes (including the time I got there) that got done along with a cabin filter and an engine filter change and a whole estimate on everything that I could get done to my car. Thanks to Catherine and the red headed mechanic (don’t know his name) I got everything done and estimates of what could be done to my car to tune it up, thank you a ton guys!

While I appreciate the top-off service between oil changes, one of the service people who worked on my car mustve had oil or grease on their boots, as my carpet has stains on it that were not there before I drove in. I was advised when I got there that it would be quite a wait for the (free) service, but then the service person helping me asked me to move my car over to Bay 3, as that car would be finished sooner.

The store was clean coffee was good but add keep reminding them on what to do factory Wii putting the floor panel under the engine and they gave me back the car without being vacuumed even though when I first got there I asked him make sure you vacuum my car

I had an amazing experience at the West Springfield Jiffy Lube this past Monday! Came in for an oil change and a replacement air filter. Being a walk-in customer with the amount of cars that were before me, I expected to be waiting around all morning, but I was in and out in only one hour. Mechanics were friendly and attentive. They somehow got my car stereo to turn on again, and they even knocked an extra $10 off my total! I will definitely be coming back. Thank you!

I desperately needed an oil change and decoded to try out Jiffy Lube. Ive had some pretty ctappy experiences getting this done in pull up shops such as this one but decided i needed one badly enough to give them a shot. I was not disappointed. Chris was my texhnician and despite the fact thay yhey were shorthanded and very busy, i was serviced promptly. The job was done bery well and my vehicle was thorouggly checked and taken care of. He even added air to a tire that was low which ive never known any other technicians to even take the time to check. To top off a perfect service, Chris also made sure i was included in a promo that saved me 20$! Everyone working that day was professional and went above and beyond to help each customer that came through.
