Called this location for 100k service, however the service manager could not be bothered to call me back. I went elsewhere, probably saved money in doing so.

When I inquired about the car I told the salesman that I have to take time off to come look at the car and I would let him know which day I could come, I gave him two different days and he tried telling me which day I could come in. I’m sorry that’s not how it works. I’m the customer I will come in on a day that works fir me. I’ve also never been to a dealer where they knew so little about the car. I was told the car was never at an auction and on the car fax the place listed before ending up at this dealer was “auto auction” when I asked about it they really didn’t have an answer. There was rust on the brackets holding the drivers seat and yellow paint scratched on the drivers side door. When it came time to talk about the price of my vehicle they told me their price was from KBB, I pulled up KBB which quoted me nearly $2000 more than what they wanted to give me. The salesman must have asked if my car was financed about 6 times even after he wrote it down. They knew that I drove 2 hours to come look at this car and were still completely unreasonable and nonnegotiable for a car that has been sitting on their lot for nearly four months (which the salesman wasn’t aware of) and the car hasn’t had an owner in almost a year.... no wonder the dealership looked dead, they don’t know how to sell cars!

We had the best experience at Father’s and Son’s Volvo in West Springfield. Dmitriy was awesome. No high pressure tactics. Tony was super nice. They have quality cars and trucks. We bought a used Toyota Tacoma and we were treated better at Father’s and Son’s than at the Toyota dealer nearby. We highly recommend them whether you want a new or used car!

Great overall experience, Emmett was a patient non-pushy rep. Working with the team I got what I was looking for overall. The manager Norman was great to work with an took the time to price up multiple options plus walked me through the specific details of his math when I challenged the logic of the lease model. I highly recommend Fathers & Sons Volvo. I purchased my V60 sport wagon last year and had a wonderful experience. I didnt experience any of the pushy sales tactics I found at other dealerships in the area. Tom in sales was great to work with! I got a fair deal for my trade in, and financing was easy as well. Ive also brought my car to the service department for scheduled maintenance and a check engine light on... I have had a wonderful experience every time. Tommy in service is a gem, and the complimentary courtesy vehicle makes it super convenient.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of having car trouble while traveling to my home in NH to a conference in Springfield MA in my 2013 Volvo SE. I was recommended to Father&Sons Volvo by AAA, and I called them to hopefully service my vehicle so Id be able to get home! I had managed to get myself fairly wound up, and the first woman I spoke to was so kind and helpful and made an appointment for me the next day. Tom, the Service Manager was also so, so very kind and helpful. The man driving the shuttle was timely, polite, and friendly. Luckily, it was not a huge issue with the car, but it was a pretty big deal to me, and I cannot express how thankful I was to come across a business and their employees so dedicated to customer satisfaction. I give this a full five stars!!!

This is probably the best place for service in the Commonwealth. Ive been servicing my Volvos here for more than a dozen years now and have always been met with courtesy and professionalism. The facility is clean and organized, and the waiting area is also clean and convenient to the service department. The service manager, Tom, is extremely knowledgeable and responsive. He explains all the work that has been done and gives an overall view of what items are in need of service, etc. They are also very accommodating with my schedule and offer a service car if needed. Ive not had a bad experience.

Excellent experience purchasing my vehicle. Adam, salesman, was knowledge and helpful, but never pushy as many salespeople are. Adam was very respectful, personable, and made me feel comfortable. The finance person, David, was also professional and helpful. My first call to the service department went well also; very friendly and accomodating.

Joe was our salesman along side was his supervisor Tom. Joe was great to work. He wasnt pushy or using any sale tricks to get us to purchase a vehicle. We knew what we wanted and he didnt persuade us in any way. FS Volvo made it easy and stressfree.

I had a very negative experience with a sales rep when buying a car from Father & Sons Volvo recently. In small talk, I mentioned that I taught English in Holyoke, to which the salesperson responded They need a lot of that there dont they. When I didnt respond, he continued to press the subject. Later, he also uncomfortably asked about my credit about 5 times, even after I had informed them that I would be paying cash. If this wasnt the only dealership with the car I wanted, I would have walked away. That being said, this salesperson was also hard working and communicative when dealing with my difficult insurance company.

Norman is a great person. The showroom wad super clean and super nice!! Make sure you check out the cool 3 platform showroom of cars. Very friendly sales staff!!

Tom OConnor has been a fabulous representative of Fathers & Sons to me since I first met him after I bought my SAAB in 1995. He has always been very professional and courteous to me while needing any service on my SAAB and also on my current Volvo which I purchased in 2014. You should try to have all Service Representatives to be a clone of Tom and youd definitely have a lot of satisfied customers.

I didnt buy here yet but I must say I was treated the best here compared to VW, the CSM was very caring about trying to find me a vehicle in the future and heard me out. Being an ex mechanic is a pain to buy a car but he was very cool at trying to find exactly what I want. The salesman was good too but a big thumbs up to the manager! Dealers need more people like him.

Ive always really liked the sales professionals at Fathers and Sons but none has been better than Mike Tanski. He is knowledgeable, professional, friendly and is great at responding to inquires and just following up in general. Our experience with Mike couldnt have been better and kudos to Fathers and Sons for hiring such a remarkable sales team.

I had a very serious damage with my car that had to get repaired by next day. This shop cleared their schedule up and took my vehicle in and did a fantastic job of repairing and restoring it back to 100% in an unbelievable timing! I am a very satisfied customers, thank you guys!!!

Volvo offered to pay for parts to repair my blown engine at less than 60k miles. Very honorable of Volvo, however the dealership saw an opportunity and they took it. Needing a new head gasket and cylinder to be replaced, I was left with the bill for $4,305.00. Just for the labor. The service associate tried to ease the sting by saying it *should* cost more than twice that, but volvo helped me out with all parts. After looking at the work order, I see that what I was told would be repaired wasnt, but I paid the labor fee for the full repair. I love Volvo and deeply appreciate all the help, however will NEVER bring another vehicle here again.

They serviced my mini Cooper S and I absolutely love them and will definitely go back to them it’s a much shorter drive than where I bought my car in Connecticut and there just as good and just as nice

Nice sales people unfortunately not the best follow up with customers in my personal experience, the vw dealership they have did great for my wife.

They dont know their head from their butt here, avoid this place if possible and do business with gengras. They need a new tech manager, guy has no idea what hes talking about half the time I am there.
