Ive been coming to QuickLane and Rowe for years, they will push expensive and constant maintenance that I always bought, to find out from a different mechanic that essential maintenance I paid quicklane to do wasnt done, the owners manual claims certain things to be inspected depending on the mileage; they didnt, they cut corners and didnt preform the maintenance advertised or listed on the invoice. The excuse being that although the manual says to check something, it isnt in their multiple point inspection so although Rowe sells Hyundai they do not maintain to Hyundais standard listed in their manual. They want you to ruin your car at quicklane to break the bank at Rowe Ford. SCAM
Had spongy brakes so brought my car over to have them bled assuming I had air in the brake lines. Call me up and say its a much bigger problem and that itd take a while to figure out what the problem was. Had it towed to an actual mechanic who identified I had air in the lines within an hour. For oil change theyd be great.. but if you like inconvenience and spending money go here
Got my tires rotated November 2020 and found that they rotated them wrong. It’s no big deal it’s going to cost me 28$ to get that done right but I don’t know if I’ll come back.
Stopped here at the end of May for an oil change. My van has never been serviced by anybody but quick Lane. The man says they only have a 9,000-lb lift and my van weighs 6400 lb but yet he still cant do it. Refers me to the commercial side of the store which of course is more expensive. commercial side couldnt squeeze me in for 2 days while quick Lane had nobody in line.I called b*******

I was in Maine at this Dealership this summer while I was working in Maine. Im from Oklahoma, went to this Ford dealership to see how often do I need to change my transmission fluid on my vehicle. Was unable to get this information from these guys. Who also had no idea on what to charge for just a drain and fill. So I said just do an oil change never mind the transmission mission questions. Well just got back to Oklahoma and was changing oil and oil filter and noticed that oil was leaking from oil filter. I felt it and tried removing it when I noticed it was loose maybe on thread in . Place is terrible be awareness

Every time I come here everyone is friendly but, the wait times are out of controlWhy set an appointment if my vehicle wont be seen for an hour or more after I arrive?Im really not impressed with this process. Ive never waited so mong for basic maintenence service in my lifeAppointment set for 9am and Im not leaving until after noon time just for an inspection?!?!? Nearly 4 hours waiting for just an inspection!Today is an oil change and tire change over.Its 11am right now .I arrived at 9am to Ill get you in as soon as I can.Not everyone has all day to wait for their vehicle.When I book a time I understand difficulties but, hours different!?You folks really need to fix this Ill be going elsewhere at this point .Spending my whole morning or afternoon waiting on something that should take less than an hour is ridiculousIts just like over booking flights or hotel rooms.Youre clearly over booking service hereThere is nothing Quick about Quick Lane

I brought my car here for service and dealt with Jessica who was phenomenal. Service was fantastic, great value for the money and they even washed my car! Walking distance to restaurants and stores.
Got treated well. Sound advice not to spend 1300.00 on a 9 hr clutch replacement job that was maybe slipping 10% more than tolerance.
Set up an appointment three days ahead of time for a battery replacement. Told them on the phone the make, model and year. Came out in a snowstorm, gave them the keys, and went to the waiting area. After about 30 minutes in, they told me they couldnt get the battery at the quoted price from any nearby parts place and would have to get it from a couple of towns over. So I said to go ahead. After waiting for another hour, they come over and tell me they wont be able to get it in for a few hours. I ask them if they knew they wouldnt be able to get the battery why didnt they tell me. The answer was that the calls are routed through a call center and they dont have the car info. So wasted two hours, in bad weather to get nothing done. Wont be availing myself of their service anytime soon.
Stopped in to get my sticker and Anthony, at the desk, set me up with everything. Personable, helpful and willing to go the extra for a customer. Ill be back at oil change time.
Worst experience I’ve ever had. Staff took advantage of me and made insulting comments and my appointment took 2.5 hours for oil change, tire rotation, and front brakes. Never going here again.
