I have a 2003 Toyota 4Runner. New to me, purchased in Maryland. Cody took a look underneath, reported that there was very little rust, and with annual maintenance we’d keep it that way. Rust Check straightaway took care of the rig. 40 minutes later I was driving away. Cody is informative and honest, plus good company while his team seals and washes your car or truck. I have been using their product on my Wrangler for two years and it still looks as good as the day it was first applied. This year I took the rest of my cars to him and encouraged my friends and family to do the same in order to protect their vehicles. Rustproofing is probably the single best investment you can make in terms of preventative maintenance particularly in Maine.

Recently purchased a 2020 Jeep Compass that hasn’t seen snow yet. Decided on Rust Check to coat my vehicle instead of the dealership. I prefer to support local businesses, anyway. In and out in under an hour. Everyone was super nice and professional. They let my dog hang out with me in the waiting room, so that was also very nice.

Great service here. Friendly and so helpful.Using the service was new to me a few years ago, but I got great information from Cody about rust proofing for the winter, and now I use this business every year to keep my vehicle ready.

I had a great experience here. They answered all of my questions, gave me some helpful tips, and had me back on the road in under an hour. Their pricing is significantly less than what I was quoted for a Fluid Film application at another shop. I now feel more confident that my already-old vehicle will last for many years to come, despite the truly excessive amount of salt that some cities and towns put on their roads. See you next year!

I just had my 2019 F150 done at Rust Check. Cody was very professional and took the time to explain what they were doing and some areas of my new truck that were already showing signs of rust. Disappointing but not surprising...who knows what my truck was exposed to before I bought it. Anyway, just had the under spray done and the price was great. I think I’ll have the inside sprayed in 2020. Thanks again Cody and team.

This is a great place to do business. Weve had 2 vehicles undercoated here and the quality of work and customer service is second to none. Materials and techniques used are far superior to other rustproofing shops and prices are cheaper than you would expect.

Great shop and great service. Timely and very friendly and knowledgeable service representatives at this originally Canadian owned company that undoubtedly knows about rustproofing vehicles. Easy to reach them and appointments are handled on time. Wish all shops were run this well. They have a lifetime customer now in my case. I had the liberty of working on a vehicle that had been rust checked a few years ago - still looked pretty damn good underneath in terms of protective coating.

Great professional service. Super friendly, answered all of our questions, covered the seat with plastic and the floor mats with paper covers and even washed the vehicle. We will be back!!

I was overall pretty pleased with the service and how thorough Cody was about the procedure. But I was a bit dissatisfied when I jumped back in my truck to find that the steering wheel was covered in the oily rust check substance. I also noticed that there was a thick coating that covered the whole exterior of the the truck from windshield to side windows. I’m sure that’s just overspray but that was a bit annoying. Overall I would recommend Rust check but I would hope they would be more careful with the interior of customers vehicles.

I absolutely recommend going to see Cody at Rust Check! Vehicles are a huge investment for most people, and taking steps to keep them in good condition is very important in the Northeast where the salt used on the roads in the winter, as well as the salt air (on the coast), can eat away your car.Rust Check is extremely reasonably priced, convenient, and a must if you love your car. Salt damage can happen in a very short amount of time, and anything to mitigate that is worth every penny. Cody explains everything, was very accommodating to my schedule, and just so nice! (He even laughed at my dumb jokes.) To top it off, I got a hand written thank you note in the mail from him! These days, very few businesses even bother with something so personal and kind. Cody has a customer for life with me and Ill tell everyone about him and his business.
