My new favorite auto shop! They got me in last minute to check over a used car I wanted to buy and were great! Explained what work it needed and gave me information & advice on used car buying, which I really appreciated. Thanks so much! (I got the car for the price I wanted, btw.)

When my sons exhaust system broke as he was driving to the first day of his summer internship, I called the first five star rated repair shop that came up in a web search in Westbrook. I’m very glad I did. Vaughn took the car in even though he was booked up. He gave me a very fair cost estimate. In about 2.5 hr.s (most of which was waiting for the parts from the supplier) the car was done and I was back on the road. I had driven down from Brewer to take care of the problem while my son went to his first day of his new job. I called Vaughn at about 12:30 drove the car to the shop by 1 pm, repair done and out the door by 3:30pm. He was very accommodating and personable. We swapped stories about vehicles we had each owned and talked about the classic muscle cars he had on the lot. He has a very clean shop and an immaculate newly renovated waiting area with the cleanest and classiest restroom I’ve ever seen in a repair shop. Seriously, this is like something out “House Beautiful”. He obviously takes pride in his work and in his shop and deservedly so. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Vaugh and crew take great care of you, they treat you just like a family member.This is a great local shop where they know your name and you can trust and feel comfortable knowing you and your car are good hands.I will definitely be back on a regular basis.

Straight shooters like this are rare in the auto repair industry. Do yourself a favor and give them a shot. You wont regret it.
