If I could give no stars, I would. I’ve known swan to be a reputable company for many years and bought tile from them. I regret trusting them with my counter purchase and installation. They came on Wednesday to install my quartz counters. I needed 2 pieces for my island as it’s big. I didn’t realize swan would send me 2 pieces of different thickness. The smaller side was 1/8” off. They took that piece back and said they would fix it and come back to install. They came back on Friday and the same issue was present along with the side where the seam would go not lining up. They sent their shop guy to my house late on a Friday which was nice but then he cut it too short. They promised they could fix it if I let them complete the install. I let them try and they did make it acceptable. They drilled the holes for my soap dispenser and faucet and messed that up too. They drilled them to close to the sink. They came back on Saturday and were able to shave the back of my sink for the faucet to work, but my soap dispenser bottle won’t fit under the counter. How much more must I endure?? What other damage can they do? Let’s not mention scratches to my stainless steel sink and the need to call my cabinet installer back because they adjusted the legs to get the counter on but didn’t level it and my doors became misaligned. This is still going on and I’m waiting for another person to come and see if they can fix the soap dispenser. This is a nightmare.
