Ours was not the easiest of installs due to tight space and not wanting to compromise on wanting the large expanse of a single pane of seamless glass vs. several smaller panes which would have been easier to get up my curvy staircase. Shopping and ordering with Melanie was a breeze. She was very patient and thorough, especially in my search for a specific handle that she needed to do a lot of research on. Melanie knows her products!! Joe, the owner, came to measure but also at the completion to check the install and our satisfaction. Jess worked around our crazy schedule to set up the installation and George was professional, patient (I had lots of questions) and meticulous installing our glass. Nice frameless shower enclosure, which looks great. Installation was very good except for a leak under the shower door. A follow up mechanic came at no charge and fixed it. Easy to do business with this company. Recommended.

I always try my best to keep my business within a few miles of my community. Since I just finished gutting and retiling my upstairs shower, I wanted to have installed solid, non-flimsy shower doors. I wasnt looking for the Home Depot do-it-yourself doors. TriView was the perfect shower door company. They were close to me, very polite office staff, and explained exactly whats available for my situation. Without any hesitation I ordered the doors and was told it would take approximately two weeks, yup that was what it took, two weeks. The price was definitely fair, the doors are of excellent quality, and the installation crew was quick and clean. After my bathroom remodel, I needed custom doors. I visited similar shower door businesses in queens including the big name home improvement stores. Most showed me the same glass door, the door you would see in every home that just did a bathroom remodel and their asking price was ridiculous. I was about to settle but I remembered seeing a shower door business on my commute to work so I decided to try them. I walked in the business and was greeted by Jennifer who is very professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. She showed my husband and I several different options for the shower doors. I was not going to be stuck with that generic glass shower door. On installation day the installers rang my door bell with their supplies in hand blankets to protect my floors. Also the installers was professional and quick. Thanks for a job well done. On a side note choose the low iron glass option it truly makes a difference. I would recommend them again and again.

Love our new shower doors! Filomena and Jennifer made the process simple and painless. The tech who measured for the doors caught that I had requested brushed nickel even though my bath hardware was polished nickel and made the appropriate changes to my order. I worked with Melanie and she was very pleasant and helpful. I got a frameless custom made frosted glass shower enclosure. However, it took 8 weeks from measuring to installation. They said it was because i got gold hardware which is apparently in high demand. Then when they installed it, the handle was hitting my vanity! So they offered to replace the handle for a smaller one, which is not the style i wanted. I just feel like if they measured it they should’ve accounted for the handle as well. Also, the glass came out very green, not what I expected. I wish i was offered a low iron version, which i found out about after i complained about the color. Some hiccups here and there but overall seems like a decent shower door (we will see how it holds up as the time passes).Update: When they came to replace the handle, they realized they could just raise the original handle so it is not hitting the vanity (goes above it when you open the door), so i could still keep the one i liked. This makes it a lot better for me, since the original handle i picked matches my bathroom better and I didn’t need to compromise. Good job!

They kept me informed during that time and as soon as they were able to open they got the job done immediately. The gentlemen who installed the door were great too. Amazing job installing my shower door and glass enclosure in my master bath.

I had a project with two full baths. The first one involved a shower that was separated from the bath tub by glass with a glass shower enclosure. We worked with Melanie on the project and placed a deposit to get started. We were told two weeks to installation. A week later, we decided to order a custom mirror with sconce cut outs for the bathroom from them as well. I placed that order as well but triview decided to delay the shower installation and do them together without telling me. We essentially waited 3.5 weeks from the initial deposit to get the shower installation done. We didnt mind too much except when we asked for an update we were cut off short and told the process is out of their control. Ok... the install day came. Guys showed ip and after what I thought was a complete install, the technician made me aware that the shower door was fabricated an inch too narrow (they come and measure your bath and even charged me extra for not having square and plumb walls!). Ok i said. No door install. I was expecting to hear back from the office on an iodate bit got nothing. Two business days later, i called and asked what is going on and was rudely told that a replacement door is on order. I asked for an ETA and was told it cannot be provided because it is out of control. I asked to make sure we are not placed at the end of a typical two week line and was rudely told I don’t understand the tampering process ant there is nothing they can do to expedite. Two and a half weeks later, they came to install the door. Install was complete and we started to use the shower. After the first use, we noticed a leak at a corner joint. We called and asked for service. Someone was dispatched two days later and said it was fixed. Since they use silicone, you cannot try it put for at least 24 hours. The next shower, we still had a leak. We once again called and once again were rudely addressed by Melanie where she made is feel like we were the problem. Her exact words were “We never have this issue and I have to involve my manager now. I will have to get back to you after i talk to him.” Long story short, i asked what does her manager have to do with setting an appointment to fix the issue and her response was that she cant do anything until she talks to her manager. At the end and three days later, they came and fixed the issue. Overall the entire process was about 1.5 months and not two weeks as promised. Attitude and disrespect for the paying customer was obvious throughout the entire process. our second bathroom reno is almost complete and we will not be returning to them. 1 star for service and customer support and 3 stars for initial quality. With good customer service this would have been a 5 star review and a repeat customer.To the owners: Everyone will make a mistake. Its how that mistake is handled that makes a difference in customer service and overall experience. Melanie is condescending, overpowering and ignorant. I actually got into close to screaming matches with her on the phone and she did nothing to help. I had a whole house renovation and actually focused in driving business to local and us based businesses as much as possible. My other bathroom will be done by another vendor in Mineola.

Triview installed two doors systems in my home. One was for a sliding bath tub shower and the other was for a sit down shower. They came out first to measured and then installed the glass. It looks fantastic. They use very high quality materials. They also explained the different glass systems I could get and showed me different style hardware that matched what I was looking for. I went in today the manager ripped the paperwork in front of me. The sales girl was amazing on the phone as well as when we went in. I was shopping and Estella was amazing. Owner/ manager on the other hand was unprofesssional and rude and ripped up the quote the young lady made. I wanted to pay with credit card. I also had 2 more doors that I was planning to instal with them. People like him should not be in business. I’m in the customer service business. And I have met customers that provoke people to act like this. No provoking was done I was being nothing but polite. He was obnoxious and didn’t even comprehend the request.
